A few months back I bought a beautiful 925 sterling silver herringbone chain. The price was awesome so I jumped on buying it. Other places were like $100 to $200 more. Obviously they were a rip off. So glad I found this place. Staff that wIted on me were very helpful, friendly and just do genuine. I just felt so pleased and warm inside about my experience. So I had run out of my jewelry cleaner and had bought some silver jewelry cleaner on line and used it on the chain. It left the chain almost white and nothing I could do would help. I decided I would bring it back to Guo and see if there was anything they could do. I was expecting to have to buy a new one. To my surprise the young man was able to help and explained how to care for the chain. He remedied the chain like brand new in 10 minutes. I was absolutely estatic !!!! I could not believe he saved it. Once again the service and knowledge was so much more than I expected or experience. You really don't get this kind of customer service many places. This is my favourite jewelry store in East York! Have had several purchase experiences before and their staff is always very professional and friendly! A week ago the necklace I bought elsewhere broke accidentally, so I asked Guo Jewelry if it is possible to fix it, because I really like this necklace! The owner fixed my necklace very efficiently and without a trace! Five Star recommends this jewelry store if you need to buy any jewelry or need repair, they will give you the most professional service.

Love this jewelry store! I’ve been going here for more than 15+ years with my mother and we both do all our buying and repairs here. The staff is super helpful and patient. They do their repairs in house so no need to wait two weeks for jewellery fixes and the owners are always willing to work with your budget. I recommend this place to my family and friends all the time and I travel almost an hour just to come to this store compared to other stores. :)

Guo Jewellery is exceptionally the best!! I have been coming to this jewellery store for a few years and they never disappoint. I had recently brought in a damaged diamond earring post that was severely bent. I showed my item to Adam without any hesitation he started to work on my earring.
