1 specific MAN did not listen to my personal preference and toned my hair based on what HE thinks suits me. I left with brassy looking hair when i asked for a cool tone i paid 200 for my balyage and cut and blowdry all for it to look different shades of orange. Don't like how he assumed he knew better. Asked why i want cool if i have warm tones in my hair and skin naturally. Questioned my own preference because it was different to hes!! Dont let professionals put you down. If you dont like something tell them, especially if your paying alot! Further more..the bleach bath on my hair stung sooo much i could not breath and i honestly think he did it on purpous because i came back the next week and if was a complimentary treatment. He tried to tell me my orange hair is nice tones of brown!! Hes name began with the letter 'Y' and he did not wear a face mask while doing my hair and told me to take mine off at 1 point. Rubbish job rubbish treatment and service. He whispers to the reception lady to tell customers their hair is too long so they come under XL and pay another 6 pounds LONG HAIR IS LONG HAIR AS TREATWELL DOES NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT XL HAIR. They try scam people. I did have my hair done great twice here..ild say go for a female hairdresser if u go here because This specific male hairdresser is probably one of their long lost cousins with no experience.

I had Olympea, she was super friendly and nice and made me comfortable. However, I asked for a v cut and it didn’t look like a v when I got home and straightened it, it was slightly lopsided and soft on the shape. I mentioned I wanted to keep some length which she did, but there wasn’t much shape to the v. I couldn’t tell in the salon as it was blow dried (so the ends of my hair wasn’t straight), and I knew there was another customer after me so I didn’t want to say anything. The front bangs were fine and cut to the length I wanted. I did really want layers but she mentioned my hair was fine and it would look thin which is understandable. However overall my hair isn’t shaped how I’d hoped and looks very flat.

I was recommended this place by one of my friends and it was such a good shout! I was in today with the lovely Olimpiaiulia for a colour and cut. She took time in figuring out what colour would suit best as the one I had in prior to arriving was quite harsh and turning brassy. I left the salon a very natural brunette which I was delighted with. Olimpia is such a perfectionist, she had dried and cut my hair and right upto before I walked out of the salon she had me standing infront of her making sure the cut was perfect and needed no more adjustments. Such a friendly and bubbly individual who is super talented at what she does. I will most defiently be returning

If I could leave 1000 reviews I’d leave them. I went in for color and a small trim. What happened to me was insane. I knew my hair was bad because the other hairdressers were looking around when my hair was being cut. I look in the mirror and I can see that my hair is not even at all. I ask her to take a picture of my hair from the back and show me and I will attach the picture. She expected me to leave like this with my hair so chopped it looked like a shark had eaten it. I asked if someone can please fix it and no one helped. She was so offended when I was so sad with the way my hair turned out I think you can judge for yourself here.

I had a wash, cut, blowdry and hair mask with Olympia yesterday and she did such a fantastic job. She was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled as a hairdresser. When I asked for a particular cut she made a recommendation for an alternative style instead since my hair was in bad condition so wouldn't achieve the desired affect which I was happy to trust her expertise with this. My hair is looking so much healthier and feels a lot more put together now. Thank you so much Olympia, I'll definitely coming back to you again for my next hair cut!

I have been trying to find a hairdresser in London for quite a while now who could really handle my hair, cut and style it exactly the way I want it. YANNIS IS AMAZING! This was my first time to visit gusto soho and I’m usually really picky! I had a wash cut and blow dry and yannis was just amazing such a nice person whilst also caring and cutting my hair in a way that was even better than what I had asked for , really worked on cutting my hair to suit my face! He also curled it only using a hairdryer which stayed for three days of being out and about!! Absolutely amazing , I’ve gotten so many compliments! Highly recommend!

Loddy was incredible and so lovely! I went in with inspiration photos for a wolf cut and she was very honest and took time to ensure that I got the result that best suited me. In addition to being so skilled at cutting my hair (and listening to my request exactly), she was very friendly and made me feel so welcome. I have been using Gusto's since 2021, and as someone who had never stepped inside of a hair salon beforehand, I've never looked back. After a recommendation from a friend, I have used their stylist Emile and every time I have had him cut and style my hair, I have loved it each time. I recently had some subtle highlights done (first time in 6 years) and I haven't felt this confident from my hair in a long time. Would definitely recommend!

Took me a while to find my go to salon, let's just say the wait is over with Gusto. A small but lively Soho salon with some frankly superior stylists, at least compared to what I've seen so far in my decade in London. Lovely colours at really great value, no where does what they do here for the prices they offer. Astonishing stuff all round.

i absolutely love my hair results stella washed my hair giving me an amazing hair wash followed by dita who blew it out. I have curly hair and not only was dita really gentle and did not burn me at all, all by herself gave me an amazing straight blowout with a perfect trim! Everybody there was lovely and i would 100% go back again.

Went there for a wash and blow out the salon is nice but very small, the stylist who took care of me was nice but my blow out was literally gone by the time I went home… none of the curls held, when I do it myself or at other salons I can usually keep it up to a week with no hairspray, so I’m quite disappointed for the price paid.

I’ve been to Gusto Hair Soho twice now - colour and haircut done both times by Olympia. She did a great job - cut the hair exactly like I wanted (I showed her some photo references) and I’d say even made it better because she considered my hair type and how it grows. Highly recommended getting your hair done by Olympia!

I had brazilian kerating treatment done several times in other hairdressers, but I haven't come across anywhere better than Gusto Soho yet.
