John from GutterGuard King was excellent to work with. I submitted a request for a quote while having my coffee on a Saturday morning and got an email reply at 8:30am the same day. John came out to see our house the same day and got a quote about 2 hours after he left. I was floored that he was so available and accommodating on a Saturday but was very grateful. He did a thorough assessment of the property while he was here and recommended the product that we needed without any unnecessary upwelling. Once we approved the quote John let us know it would take about 3-4 weeks which was fine with us, we got a call 2 weeks later asking if his guys could come sooner which we were also happy about. Installation day went well, the team that arrived were quick, efficient, respectful and got the job done in one day. They cleaned out our gutters before putting the guard on and didn’t leave any mess. John came by at the end of the day to inspect everything, took pictures of the Gutter Guard installed for us to see without having to get up there and ensured that all garage was cleaned up and taken away. Very satisfied customer’s, in the end Gutter Guard King’s quote was right in the middle of the 4 quotes we got from other providers but the service and response time made us want to work with John. We’re glad we did.

I contacted John via email to use his service for solar panel cleaning. Note we have 20 solar panels on a 45 degree roof pitch, not a easy task. From the moment John responded I had no doubt the job would be done efficiently, stress free and with open communication. I have never spoken with him, all communication was done via email with great professionalism. From the quote to receiving this review link I cannot fault this company. Photographs and a condition report came with the quote which after 10 years of having them on the roof was great information to get. Whoever did the photos from the highest point of the roof certainly has my praise. We have some driveway issues at the back of our house and again the information given was listened to and respected. John and his team are not a cowboy business, they listen, respect and communicate whilst doing the job to the highest standard. I would highly recommend and the price is also reasonable as I can say that other quotes have come in at twice the price without the service.

Would highly recommend John and the crew at Gutter Guard King. We have a multi-level roof which was becoming home for increasing numbers of starlings every year. Impossible to get them out of the roof space and their droppings and nesting materials were creating a visual eyesore and posing a physical health hazard to our tank water system. We had several quotes for the job. They all seemed good but Gutter Guard King seemed to offer that little bit more. From the initial quote with full samples of the materials to examine and frank and honest answers to what we did and didn’t need to the installation day, John was available to answer our questions and oversee progress. The roof and gutters were pressure cleaned and scrubbed without harmful chemicals that could impact our water supply before the guard was fitted. The guys were here over 9 hours (it’s a lot of roof) and were professional, thorough and courteous throughout. Excellent job.
