If I could leave a lower rating, I would. The staff can’t read the order properly because it‘a never right, it’s always cold, and I swear to god the staff are trained to deliberately do anything to avoid making eye contact with customers. I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve stood at the counter for MULTIPLE minutes waiting to be served and some kids are just standing in the corner; literally went over to someone and asked to collect my order, she said she was busy and proceeded to pick up paper towel and just stand there staring into my soul. Travel to mad mex at Knox, it is 100000x better. Store manager is a weapon, even remembers my name and my order. Food is always spot on. Guzman is well and truly past the hype now.

Love coming to Guzman at Eastland, however, the last two visits i’ve had i’ve been waiting for greater than 20 minutes - and that’s when it’s been relatively quiet. I always order ahead on the App, but i’ve noticed the staff are prioritising each of the walk-in orders over the online ones. Orders need to be completed promptly and in succession. I order in-app because i’m always on the go, turns out it’s taking longer than if i were to just go there and order in person. Bit of a let down. At least the food never disappoints.

Rubbish. First time ordering, and will be the last. Ordered nachos, a cali burrito, one dip and cheese fries. Only recieved nachos and fries. Called twice, can't get through. The receipt on the bag shows we were charged for the burrito and dip that were missing. Food that DID turn up was stone cold. Useless flogs, lift your game. Will be bad mouthing your franchise to everyone i know. Never again. Shove your sub par food and your "muchos gracias" up your quesadilla.

Will not be returning!! I ordered takeaway from here, when I got home the order was completely wrong. I ordered 3 crunchy Grilled chicken tacos, asked for it to be (crunchy) i received 3 oily beef soft soggy tacos that i didn’t order. I also ordered the (cheese fries) Queso. They gave me half cooked chips with dried up cheese on top there goes $36 that I can’t get back. Very over priced and not impressed. At $36 I expect my order to be spot on. Not happy.

I don’t usually write reviews but this bowl max me feel motivated. This was the best GYG i have ever had period. Ample toppings and every request I had made was delivered, and this was on a hectic Saturday night dinner rush. My man handing out the orders even opened my drink for me. Praise guys

In my list of go to options for ubereats. I usually get one of the bowls. I believe that it's one of those meals that can afford to be a little soggy when it comes out of the delivery steam box and still be satisfying. I think I would have rated it higher if I had ever had it fresh during a dine in experience, but that's purely speculation.

Love this takeaway joint. Visited it a few times in Sydney. This one is ok. Could have more flavour. Ordered via the phone app which was a little clunky and froze a little. Make sure you select your extras-seems like you need to tick what you want because things like lettuce don't come standard. Good flavours. Pulled pork, pulled beef tasted nice. Loved the corn nachos. Good takeaway. Edit: ate instore after the 2nd lockdown and the quality of food skyrocketed.

Bought two chicken Cali Burritos on Friday 24th November and they were cold and quite disappointing. We have both experienced food poisoning since eating them and it’s been an awful experience. We won’t be coming back unfortunately. Feels like it’s run by young people who have no safety standards or customer service.

What an experience and a half. The sautéed veggies with guacamole burrito was so bland, the whitest womans cooking would be more heavily seasoned. The pulled pork bowl was gross. It tasted how my mums morning breath smells. I’d rather eat old cheese on old bread than that again. Almost threw up twice and couldn’t finish it.

I am very disappointed with the food and service. The quality of the food was low, and my order was incorrect. I ordered two nachos, and one was missing pork. The chicken seemed burnt, and there was no sour cream. I will never go back.

Not packaged well for delivery/takeaway, everything was stone cold when delivered. They are way overpriced for the quality of food they provide. I have included a photo of the $6.30 cup of chips I got so you can decide if it's good value. In a time when businesses are closing there doors left right and center, I would expect more of an effort to get return customers.

Great meal today, lovely service from all the staff. Only complaint is that the beans slightly overpower the flavour, other than that amazing first meal at GYG!

It’s really not that hard to follow simple instructions. I asked for no beans. That’s it. But you couldn’t even follow that. What if someone is allergic!? Learn to follow SIMPLE instructions. More

GYG is 96% of the time my go to meal if I'm at the shops. Eastland can be hit or miss, either quick or have to wait ages. When I ask for quac though I prefer guac instead of half avocado's.
