Very limited men's selection, which is not surprising, but still kind of annoying. Decided to drop by to see what I can find as far as men's summerwear goes but was disappointed to find that H&M, or at this location, doesn't have much in stock. Mostly jeans and casual pants, with too much polyester and recycled materials to justify the price. A lot of casual clothing in solid colors with a very small selection of slacks and blazers for more formal wear, and all in sizes meant for people who definitely diet and exercise daily. Hard to justify the mark-up for clothing you can find elsewhere on sale. Not really worth it unless you really want to boast you shop at H&M for some godforsaken reason.

Worst customer service ever by manager Brie and associate Diamond. I was in line to pay when Diamond told me the line at the other register was shorter. When I get there it turns out the line was twice as long as the one I was in before, apparently she had told like 20 people about the "shorter line" before she told me. When I asked for help with a speedy check out because the made me lose my place in the line they simply said they were trying to "help" and that it was my choice to get out of the line. They also had security escorting me and my family out even though I was a paying customer.

First of all. If you are changing your hours it take 5 minutes to update your schedule so not waste customer time. Second, closing your fitting room because you are understaffed is ridiculous. Many customers do not want to buy a bunch of clothes on a weekend to have to return all of them since they couldn’t try them on. I know staffing is incredibly difficult but you don’t NEED a fitting room attendant. Most stores do not have them and you are no better.

Very good prices for what you get. Was helped by an associate named Niki. She was fantastic! She is a real professional and a huge assett to H&M. All things being equal, I will continue shopping here because of customer service like she provided! Thanks, Niki!!!

Pretty typical h&m, nothing more and nothing less. Just like all other h&m, the prices are decent, but not the best for quality. You can shop in Macy’s Club Room brand for better quality clothes for similar prices

Great selection most times. Prices are fine. I caught them at a weird time when things are in between seasons. But usually a good place to shop

Nobody here will care, but they pay the people who make the clothes $2 a day. You can get cheap and ugly clothes from somewhere else.

This is the #1 place I got to for my suits. The fit is perfect and the price is affordable. Highly recommend.
