Disappointing and poor customer service. Staff lacking experience. Bought an item online with an additional %. Received it , too large. Went to the store to see the item and wanted an EXACT exchange for smaller. same item! Sales clerk unable to figure this out on system, called manager. Manager refused to apply the discount, they insisted applicable online only. I explained that when ordering online we, the customers, are at a disadvantage by taking a risk on the look and fit of item. Exceptions should be taken into account. Kept on repeating those are the rules, no intelligible or logic explanation was given. I returned the item and will not be returning for a while, based on principle.

I leave the store confused. I come, fitting room are closed more than one hour before closing. I’m being told “you can buy then return”. I choose some Joggers. 34,99$ online but 39,99$ here (actually 34,99 with a 39,99 sticker over it). They were kind enough to adjust the price but making it a finale sale though. This morning I receive a newsletter claiming it’s free shipping and 20% off. At this point, I wonder, why do you keep the store open, why did I come?

Store is good .. collection is also amazing.. one thing did not like about the person who was on check out .. he was so rude to me while checking out my stuff . He supposed to return me 4.95$ cash change so i told him I have 5 cents just give me 5$ instead. I literally called him 10 times on the counter he was ignoring me while calculating the change.. he immediately closed the till and told me sorry i didn’t here you .. I felt so disrespectful.

They closed trying room 1:15 hour before , manager was rude (girl ), felt racism toward asians only ,the rest of the people were trying clothes and they even laughed on our face , did not expect hm to hire workers like this who don’t even know how to do customer service! Really bad experience never going back to this place in my life ! This kind of experience spoiled my whole day

Men’s section is on 2nd floor. When I get to the cashier, 2 employees are standing there, chitchatting. Instead of letting me pay and be on my way, they send me downstairs where there are 30 people in line and 2 people working the cash. Are queues supposed to be part of the H&M experience? Is this by design or are we just dealing with lazy employees? Annoying!!!!

Good selection and well sorted store, but seems to be lacking staff. We were there Saturday afternoon, probably one of the busiest days and there was only one change area and one cash open. Needless to say that for the 3 items we wanted we had to wait 10-15 min to try on and then to pay again. Really would have expected better planning.

Good collection of Running T Shirts, Shirts could use better fabric, Shorts were okay too Wish the SPC worked for Store purchases as well The staff should more proactively remind all customers if they want to enroll in HM membership, I didn't have it the last two times I purchased coz I wasn't informed

If you go there on the week end on during the evening after 5 pm, prepare your patience. The girl that was in charge of the cabines when I went there didn't seem to notice that there were more than ten people waiting... The service is long, even at the checkout, but every employees are smart!

H&M itself is fine, but this particular location has poor selection. Furthermore everything seems to be misplaced or hard to find. The prices are good for what you get and usually the styling is decent for depending on the category of clothing you’re shopping for.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All the employees I spoke to were rude and immediately brushed me off because they were too busy fraternizing with colleagues. A great reminder as to why I do majority of my shopping online!

Nice clothing, but deceptive promotional practices. On this rack marked 6.99$ we couldn't find a single item at that price. We assumed that the price on the label was simply not updated to the 6.99 price so we brought it to the cash. At

Very bad service. At 16:30, all the cases on the second floor were closed. I had to stay in line for 30 minutes just to purchase 4 things, while behind me, at least 30 people had to wait. Definitely do not recommend this store.

More like a H&M corner store. Expect to find a tiny selection of their collection, especially in the kid's section, and even more in the boy's. I'd stick to the website really, I waste my time when I shop at that store.

I really enjoying going shopping there, the store is pretty big and carries a big variety of clothing. They offer a lot of sales, I once bought a beautiful dress for only 10$, I highly recommend it.

Too bad we can't exchange the items that we bought online , it is really inconvenient and unpractical to return by the post. H& M should do something about this , we won't ever shop online again.

I love this store! The layout is great and I always find what I want in my size. The only thing that needs improvement is the staff in the changing rooms. One employee there is not enough.

It's ok if you are looking for cheap clothing. But take note, the quality is cheap but the prices have gone up. Men's sweatshirts range between 15 and 35 dollars.

DO NOT GO THERE! The staff were rude and racist. They accused one of my friend of stealing and called the cops on her for no reason at all. Worst place ever
