Had to have my tax done this year for the first time. Very professional and quick service. Booked online and had an appointment that suited my schedule perfectly. Everything was explained in great detail and communication between appointment and lodging was fantastic. Will be using them again.
Costa was helpful but the lady actually processing my tax return was very rushed and refused to answer a question I had. The lady had to keep flicking through the paperwork and it all seemed very confusing to her. I felt pushed out the door basically and wasnt told how much I would be charged.
I have been going here for 8 years and was extremely happy with Cassie. A recent change of personal meant that I had a new accountant, glad to say Costa was fantastic, the process seamless as usual and I got my claim processed super efficiently!

They are a franchise and not a part of the groups of H&R block. When I have had my tax done before they put it straight into the computer and lodge it the same day but at this place they do it on a piece of paper then enter
