Sehr gute Lage in der Mitte der Fußgängerzone. Ein und Ausladen vor dem Eingang war trotz Fußgängerzone möglich, was hilfreich war. Leider war der Rest des Aufenthalts weniger ansprechend: - als wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind war bei uns auf dem Fensterbrett Zigarettenasche zu finden!! Ja es war leicht “versteckt” hinter dem Vorhang, aber wie kann das denn bitte übersehen werden, bzw. Wie lang longer es dort denn vielleicht schon? - underground parking is 12 euro a day and is a horrific garage that smells horrible and has a completely outdated system to open the gate! Please renovate at least the gate, so we do not have to pull a string anymore at the bottom of the hill to get out!! - we had a wedding to attend and were relying on an iron to steam clothing which these days almost every hotel has one in each room…after we called and the reception said she would give it to us, it was nowhere to be found when we walked downstairs to pick it up. She said “maybe someone took it” and laughed. I asked her to let us know when they find it - never heard anything. - even though our reservation said “breakfast included” there was no breakfast available at the hotel, which no one warned us about the day of check in. Apparently no staff available. - you can hear noise from the adjacent rooms all night! - in short, prices are way too expensive for what you get and I do not recommend staying here!

NO LO RECOMIENDO NI GRATIS Me hospedé el mes pasado de julio, cuando llegué mi reserva se la dieron a otra persona que se apellidaba igual que yo, así que tuve que me tuve que quedar en otro hotel cercano, una malísima gestión, ademas la higiene del hotel es horrible ya que la habitación está llena de polvo , las camas incomodas y el servicio pésimo, tendría que ir un responsable de sanidad ya que hay un perro tirado en el hall todo el día y cuando entras parece que estás entrando en una perrera, entre eso y que huele a pies… vaya reserva nunca volveré Además hicieron una cosa ilegal que puedo añadir fotos de eso Mi hermana quería reservar ahí y se equivocó de fechas, habló con ellos y por mi reseña en booking similar a esta le han dicho que no le devolverán el dinero por la reseña que puse No aconsejo nada ir a este hotel Hay muchísimos mejores alrededo

Réservation via le site le 25/04/2022 pour la date du 28/05/2022. Paiement par virement bancaire le 19/05/2022. Appel à l'hôtel le 27/05/2022 afin de savoir si tout était en règle : confirmation que tout était en règle reçu. Le 28/05/2022, un bénévole de l'association amène notre invité à l'hôtel : on exige de lui un paiement immédiat sans quoi on lui refuse la clé de l'hôtel. Personne ne vérifie le paiement, ni l'appel de la veille, personne ne contacte le responsable de l'association en charge de cela. A aucun moment nous n'entendrons d'excuses ou une quelconque remise en question de la part de l'hôtel, au contraire il a été compliqué d'être remboursé "à distance" du paiement CB exigé le 28/05, le tout via des échanges téléphoniques au ton nonchalant.

Minus: kleiner TV, WiFi funktioniert nicht, Betten mittelmäßig und schmal (80 cm obwohl deutlich mehr Platz im Zimmer wäre), Parkplatz wird gerade renoviert und war nicht nutzbar, enge Toilette, defekte Spülung, Waschbecken und Auslauf verschlissen, Tür der Dusche schließt nicht richtig, Seifenhalter in der Dusche nicht benutzbar, Griff am Fenster nicht mehr fest. Plus:sehr ruhig mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf die Rückseite, das ist sehr ruhig. Ich hätte gerne eine bessere Bewertung abgegeben jedoch ist der Preis für diese Mängel zu hoch. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht aus anderen Gründen, das kann ich nicht bewerten. Denkt daran, wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist: in Esch herrscht akuter Parkplatzmangel und die Tiefgaragen kosten 18 EUR pro Tag

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Hotel allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Badezimmer war teilweise stark von Wasserflecken und Schimmel an der Decke behangen. Parkplatz nur in der Tiefgarage möglich (kostet natürlich 12€ extra). Treppe darunter schlecht beleuchtet, Sturzgefahr. Wir haben 155€ für das Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück aber inkl. Parkplatz bezahlt. In meinen Augen stark überzogener Preis für das was man bekommt.

I want to write a review and recommend this hotel, because after I had stayed there I found out that in the group I was travelling with there was a problem with paying the hotel for our stay, and apparently the staff had been super nice to the people responsible even though it must have been very stressful for the staff. They were very nice in general and everything was fine. So I had a good experience there and felt like they deserved a positive review.

Kamer was goed, maar voor 1 persoon gereed gemaakt. Ontbijt was vreselijk, in eerste instantie een kan koude koffie, en een Ontbijtje wat echt nergens op sloeg. Er stond alleen brood klaar en verder moest je alles vragen aan een meisje wat steeds verdween. Echt onacceptabel. De omgeving is ook niet geweldig, veel "kansloze" types die daar in de omgeving rondlopen. Eens maar nooit weer!

Management is HORRIBLE. Man who runs hotel threatened me. Rooms are disgusting. Dust everywhere. Black mold in all 6 of our rooms. Literally holes in walls. Bed was so full of dust I had to open window to air out. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Drugiego dnia nie dostaliśmy śniadania, mimo że opłaciliśmy to pierwszego dnia! Taras co oni nazywają ogrodem wygląda jak miejsce dla bezdomnych, pieniądze za śniadanie którego nie było nie zostały zwrócone! Gostei muito. Hotel simples, muito bem localizado. Quartos bons com bom banheiro. Café da manhã não é buffet, você tem algumas opções que pode escolher e eles lhe trazem na mesa. Mas valeu muito a pena, estava muito gostoso. O funcionário que me atendeu entende um pouco de português. Foi extremamente simpático e muito solicito.
