Went in this afternoon to find a wig, was greeted at the door which is the only Reason for a 1 star. I proceeded to head to the back and look at wigs, I found a woman behind the counter and asked for assistance for a wig. She was standing behind the counter on her cell phone, and instead of helping me she decides to tell me she is busy and that I can get someone from the front to help with a very aggressive attitude. I decided this establishment does not deserve my hard earned money and walked out and will not return. Your employees need to be trained to have respect for the customers keeping yall in business. DO BETTER!

Grand opening today. Waited 2 hours in line and still wasn’t able to get in at opening. Very unorganized, security guards could not control the crown and it became dangerous. Should of been more efficient by handing out tickets to the first 200 people to ensure things ran smoothly and everyone had a great experience but that wasn’t the case at all. One the pushing and rushing the door started I left empty handed. Very disappointed because I really wanted to support this new location.
