I have been going to HC Med Spa Mill Hill and Finchley since 2018. Sadly they have terrible staff retention, so you need to continually build new relationships and poor handovers. Their management and customer care since late 2022 is atrocious in cases of complaints and issues. I have had my matter mishandled and unresolved since November 2022 and we are nearly in July 2023!!! The phrase ‘Pass the buck’ now fits well in this company. There is no continuity of complaints or care. They do not care to resolve or pick up the phone and sort things out. You just get emails that are not even related to the matter because the buck has been passed so poorly repeatedly and they do not care to hear, understand and resolve the issue. The CEO/Head of the company is also simply not contactable for some bizarre reason.. you’d think they’d care to hear.. Now let’s get to the laser hair removal. Sure! Seems to work initially. But then over years you realise that your fine hairs become increasingly worse!! Their machines stimulate fine hair growth. So areas that didn’t have hair, then become increasingly hairy!! I have since started working with other spa’s which use the Candella machine and getting good results managing the problems that have been caused. Senior customer service and managment here is simply diabolical! Check out their Glassdoor reviews!

The staff at HC Med Spa in Mill Hill are extremely rude and unhelpful, as a customer who has been using HC Med Spa for a long time the terrible customer service at the Mill Hill branch has confirmed I will never be using the company again! The Staff rarely answer the phone, on one occasion I rang several times over the course of a number of days, when I finally got through I was told by an extremely rude member of staff that they are too busy to take calls even though it’s the main route to book appointments! When going into the spa the staff were just as rude and unhelpful in person, I felt extremely uncomfortable during my time there the staff certainly do not create a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

I honestly cannot recommend HC MedSpa in Mill Hill enough, especially Melina! I get my laser treatment, HydraFacial and stretch mark removal at HC Medspa and I have seen great results so far and looking forward to more. My experience of getting my treatments done with Melina has been fantastic. The sessions are always super comfortable, she is lovely and accommodating and makes you feel extremely comfortable during the entire process which is very important to me. She patiently explains the entire process to you during your sessions and answers all your questions in such a polite manner. Highly recommend this place and Melina :)

The worst clinic I’ve ever visited! I booked a one hour hydra facial which lasted 20 minutes!! And they wanted to charge me full price- Ramona the therapist ( who called herself the ‘queen of hydra facials’) was very unprofessional indeed- appalling service from her! I was then advised by reception to book an appointment in their High Barnet branch instead as they do relaxing facials there. My appointment was at 15:10 I turned up at 14:55 and their doors were locked and no one would answer the phones. I waited till 15:08 then left. I had arranged a babysitter on both occasions! The worst experience ever!,

While I see noticeable results from the treatments, the quality of individual sessions varies a lot. My last treatment in particular felt very rushed. The treatment took less than 10 minutes, certain area of the face were omitted and the general experience felt quite abrupt. On a contrast, my previous treatment took over 30 minutes and covered all face areas twice and provided thorough coverage, while providing much more caring and professional experience overall. The varying level of quality is quite disappointing. The treatment is also advertised as 60 minutes treatment on the website.

Having just transferred over from Finchley my experience so far has been great. From staff to cleanliness you can tell all precautions have been taken to make you feel safe. I've been having laser since 2013 and Nital is truly one of the best therapists I have had through the years. Really professional and excellent with her rapport building. Can tell she knows what she's doing. Please pass on feedback to management as she really does deserve the recognition. Ps. Loving the efficiency of the new Soprano machines!

Just paid £23 for full face threading and have come out so disappointed.Two members of staff arguing about the treatment rooms infront of me!!.Halfway through my treatment was told to go into another room and I replied ARE YOU JOKING!!. Is this what I paid for??. Completely messed my threading up and left hair on my upper lip and sides. Disgusting how these people get way with it. Waiting for Rachel to call me on Monday.

Just had my last laser hair removal session with Tamara and she’s been the best therapist I had in my 6 sessions! I was very worried to feel a lot of pain during my Hollywood treatment as I did in my previous sessions, but she was really precise and careful and made sure I was comfortable during the whole treatment!! Indeed I didn’t feel any pain!! She was also really nice and put me at ease! I highly recommend her!!

Tamara did my laser Hollywood and I was worries it would be painful but when she did it , it was wonderful .Pain free! She was so kind and talkative ,put me at ease. If your considering laser you should definitely ask for Tamara you won’t regret it. I recommend her she’s 11 star ! I’m now going to get laser resurface treatment on my face with her as I trust her with any beautiful treatment as should anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived for my booked appointment at 16:15 having spent 30 minutes driving here. I waited 15 minutes with no one saying anything, I then asked for them to tell me she has 3 appointments before and wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes (an hour after my scheduled appointment). The lady at reception was extremely rude, unapologetic, and just told to me leave.

I had a great experience at HC MedSpa! Tamara, the staff member who performed my laser hair removal treatment, was incredibly thorough and took her time to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. She was very meticulous and made sure that every area was treated properly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic to others but especially Tamara!

Sana is wonderful; knowledgeable, professional, thorough and extremely considerate. The laser treatment has been much more comfortable than I expected and the whole team at Mill Hill have been professional and helpful throughout. HCMedSpa came highly recommended to me by 2 friends and now I am recommending them to all my friends! They are a real find.

I have been to the HC meds bar since the day it opened I absolutely love it Parrole does all my waxing threading dying the lot I absolutely love this place and would recommend to everyone. So many people ask where I go and give them the details. Warm friendly clean and comfortable I just love it.

I had lip fillers at HC Medspa in December and my experience was quick and easy. I had Dr Umair Qureshi and he was great at putting me at ease (I was really nervous as it was my first time!) he also explained the procedure really well, all in all a great treatment.

I have been gong to HC MedSpa in Mill Hill for about two years and I have to say I am so happy everytime I visit. I always have my facials there now and all the staff are very kind and attentive to my needs and my skin always feels and looks 10 times better.

Great place for treatments, very professional and lovely staff. Their Laser hair removal services are top of the range and I found it to be very effective. Also use their waxing services. I have no complaints their services are definitely worth the price.

I had been coming to HC medspa for years but not anymore! Prices are now extremely high and the woman who threaded my eyebrows was insulting and rude. A very cold reception when I entered the salon. Definately won't be returning any time soon.

I remember going there and two colleagues were arguing on the floor so unprofessional. They didn’t shape my brows properly and didn’t follow my instructions in my request left the tint on to long. Ridiculous

Everyone is always very helpful and polite and I like the way they always check everything is ok and call you or message you before your appointment is coming up. Salon is very clean and friendly.

I’ve been seeing Romana for eyebrow threading for the past few years and she is absolutely incredible! The attention to detail and customer service offered by her and the whole team is amazing.

The stuff are so welcoming. It was my first experience for a treatment for my skin. I am waiting for the result but my experience was good with them and I will go again for another treatment.

Had the skin peel 3 days ago and I am very pleased with the results so far. My skin feels like a baby's bottom. :) I will definitely go back for another peel just before my September break.
