Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars) I recently had the privilege of receiving medical care at Hayatabad Medical Hospital in Peshawar, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. The hospital's facilities are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with standard technology. The waiting areas were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was calm and soothing, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had about my visit. The medical team at Hayatabad Medical Hospital is exceptional. The doctors, nurses, and support staff displayed a remarkable level of expertise, care, and dedication. They listened attentively to my concerns, conducted thorough examinations, and provided clear explanations of my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt involved in my healthcare decisions, and my questions were always answered with patience and clarity. The hospital's commitment to patient welfare is evident in their meticulous attention to hygiene and infection control measures. The entire staff followed strict protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Additionally, the administrative staff at Hayatabad Medical Hospital was extremely helpful and efficient. They assisted me with appointment scheduling, billing, and paperwork, making the administrative process hassle-free. I am immensely grateful to Hayatabad Medical Hospital for the exceptional care I received. They have set a benchmark for healthcare excellence in Peshawar. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate medical services. Thank you, Hayatabad Medical Hospital, for your dedication to patient care and for making a positive difference in our community.

If i could rate the doctors available at the emergency i wouldnt even consider a star for them!! That’s how unkind, unskilled and unethical they were. My father was taken to emergency at 5 am handling the case was out of their league! The nurses were wayy too ignorant and very very rude and unskilled. My father was in pain for 3 consecutive hours and they couldnt figure out his ailment rather sent put reports for blood test which would take hours. All this while they asked us to wait for doctors to appear at 8 and guess what they were no better. At 8 o clock the emergency looked like a barn and all the patients like animals (just how they were being treated). A critical person was rushed into emergency but was considered resurrected after defibrillator shock was given goven the situation NOT EVEN A SINGLE NURSE OR DOCTOR was sympathetic enough to condole rather they were laughing over the dead body sharing smiles and jokes! The worst day i could imagine in an emergency is the paramedics being UNKIND AND APATHETIC on top of being UNSKILLED.

Dear MD(Dr Zahid Aman) HD(Dr Shehzad Akbar), HMC First things first: When more than one patient comes to you in a short period of time with the same complaint about a member of your staff, you need to sit up and listen. The fact that these people shared their observations with you is indicative of a change in behavior that needs your attention. I suspect that you and your team have established a rhythm that keeps your practice running smoothly, which is great. The downside to this is that you may have developed blurred vision about how some of the systems and staff are working. Your receptionist's well-being is a priority. So are the operating standards of your practice. And one last The Staff of Gynae B ward specially the Doctor's are so rude and behave like patients are their slaves. And i will expose this to the world. Is this the way to deal with patients and their attendant's? Before the Staff and everyone exposed ! Teach them how to deal with patients and attendant's?, How to do duty?, How to give Respect and get respect?

My father was admitted here about 6 years ago. I was with him for the last 10 days of his life and what I witnessed during my time there was shocking. The staff, Drs and cleaners had no manners what so ever. The security guard was more help than anyone else and that was because of the bribes I had to gave him to find oxygen cylinders for my father. All the doctors are clueless (the blind leading the blind). Basically testing ground for junior and senior Drs alike (including the so called Professor - who basically thought he was God himself). Each Dr would come along and re-write what had been written by the previous one. This would happen on a daily basis sometimes more than once in a single day. Each time I had to rush over the road to get the new medication from the vultures. Any poor illiterate sole that comes here doesn't stand a chance, he'll be bounced from pillar to post. No care, no compassion, no hygiene, no professionalism. May Allah save us all from such butchery and abattoirs.

A next level government hospital with extra ordinary doctors. This is the cleanest hospital among all the government hospitals I have ever witnessed. Moreover all the doctors work really hard to make us healthy but the young doctors here are working extremely hard. According to my knowledge the doctors here in Pakistan have the hardest job but still they are not given the perks they are deserving. And whenever they get frustrated of such an attitude, then people like us taunt them and call them MASEEHA. Which is very bad because if someone is working really hard, he should be given the respect he deserves. One more thing which I have seen about this hospital is that the shops nearby are a little expensive as compared to other places in peshawar. But still it's in the best location of peshawar so you will find it clean always. The bad thing about it is the people who come here through wrappers here and there but there is a dust bin in every 200 meters.

Yes this the Provincial big medical complex where you will likely go into a psychological complex if you have an emergency patient to be admitted through emergency. Before the patient treatment is commenced you will have to follow the hospital protocols and complete all the investigations xrays and other dozens of procedures and then filling and admission process .If you are lucky and find a bed in the respective ward your patient will be admitted otherwise you go home and come another day .You wasted 5/ 6 hours just to see which ward to admit the patient.Meanwhile if your patient become serious and needs resuscitation probably someone may take you to the resuscitation room and try his best to prepare him for further postmortem Examination. In short it is a kind of a unique COMPLEX COMPLEXITY.

I’m really disappointed particularly with the eye doctors here. My mother had eye surgery few weeks before & after the surgery, doctors congratulated us as according to them it was successful surgery. Within a week of the surgery, my mother experienced severe pain in the same eye. In the follow up appointment, they attempted another surgery as the lens was not properly placed. Right now my mother has same issues. We went to eye specialists & he discovered that lens is still not properly placed & also stitches. He advised us that my mother needs another surgery to rectify these problems. Shame on you as my mother has to go through third surgery due to negligence of these eye docs at HMC.

All the doctors nurses and staff at the HMC were wonderful, kind and understanding. I could not have had better service and care if I had paid to go private hospital. My fimily members both an inpatient and an outpatient at the HMC for the past year and have always received excellent service on every occasion during that time period. Staff are conscientious and are committed to their patients, and are friendly and have always treated me with respect. Appointment times are rarely running late and considering how many patients they have to deal with it's amazing that they are able to function as well as they do. I would recommend HMC especially as it saved my money.

Well built structure, with required facilities, often overcrowded, lack of proper sign boards gives newcomers a nightmare ( specially the HMC restuarant arrow, if you follow that arrow you will bump several times onto a wall until you realize that the restaurant is on the opposite side). I advise to have someone along who knows this place to make life easy.

This is one of the best place for medical treatment, but it's overcrowded. Long queues to get the OPD token paper (percha). If the authorities develop a mobile app for booking an appointment then this will greatly reduce the hassle we face every time we go there.
