Sitari is my go to place when doing school runs etc.... so I am in there alot... I have tried many times to give this store a go as I always see something I like... Unfortunately staff makes you feel as if you a nuisance when you walk in. They always chatting with each other. I have picked up items many times and just ended up putting it back because you can feel when you are not welcomed. Other than that store has some lovely items at good prices.... My daughter went in there last year before Christmas to buy gifts and also ended up walking out.... We are service providers so customer service is high on our list.

visited the store in Sitari and unfortunately the staff couldn’t care less about customers. no greeting and they will stand together and talk, if you ask something they are visibly upset that you interrupted them. It’s a pity as the store has some nice things for sale at good prices, but won’t go again because of service

I like this store and although it is quite small, they have very nice ranges of crockery. Through the years I have bought a lot of Maxwell and Williams crockery at this store. They also sell clocks, glassware and other kitchenware. Friendly, helpful staff.

The staff at Home ETC is always so friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome and at home there
