Asboulety the worst place I have ever used constantly leaving messages and couldn't even be bothered to help you with my problem as I have a nuisance neighbor acting like lord of the manner and knocking on doors and annotations other tenants that's ok I will be making a formal complaint you should be ashamed brushing Me off like that I I'm going through a really tough time

Once you get through the advice line, the service is excellent. I am going on my experience a few years ago but used the centre a few times and always came away feeling my needs were being taken seriously. This week I am having problems getting past the advice line but because of past experiences, I persist.

They never offer appointments anymore everything is trough emails…not good at all. I had few different matters and needed help so I contacted hackney law centre just to find out they can’t give me the appointment or they can’t help me…Very disappointing….

The centre is good all information you can get from there and if they can support you they will or tell you where you can go to get the support you need, the place i don't agree with is Hackney town hall they never know, take care love and light.

This organization is very poor in so many aspects its unbelievable to even think this service is affective. Genuinely this company and staff only support people they think they should help. Its like picking raffle tickets from the bag and

It seems a very good advice clinic for many issues, but I am yet to hear from them regarding solutions to my problem since we had a meeting on 15/11/2022. I will write another review when I hear from them. Thank you.

Two emails and two tweets over a period of three or four weeks and I didn't get a single response. Why do they even bother having a contact form or their email address on their website?

I went there with a specific problem , did all my own research, so as not to dump it all on them. And now it's an on going conversation and what they helped me with was successful
