The staff was rude.... Cheap prices ( maybe) are probably because of cheap staff.... The staff was rude particularly towards my 3 year old kid who tried to get onto one of beds. Instead of informing the parents or professionally telling the child to get off, the staff member started yelling at the kid... at politely requesting the staff member to be polite, was told to read he instructions about kids and another round odf unprofessional display of attitude, now towards us... i went through the store looking for instructions..... couldn't find any instructions. ... Wouldn't like to visit a place like this which doesn't respect customers especially kids..... Previous experience of the place was ok.... but this time it was all new place with couple of unprofessional staff members ... Strong Advice: Avoid this place... There are lot more disciplined stores with equally good prices...

Brought a mattress from them get it home had hole in it could prove it was from them had to put tape in corners after we loaded it were there was hole in plastic i only done this because of rain didn't want to get mattress wet didn't think it went though to mattress explained all this to them even have me on camera putting tape in corners just tried saying it was my fault had nothing but excuses why it wasn't there fault basically could not care less offers 50 dollars on a 1400 dollar mattress but said it not because of the hole just offered 50 to f off basically DO NOT BY FROM THEM I YOU Will BE REGRETFUL HAGGLE ps dont answer back to this message like you care

The lady working on Thursday jan 5th morning was rude to my mum when she double checked the price for the 4 mattresses we had purchased and were there to pick up. Purchasing multiple items and paying the total amount together can create some confusion as to how each individual item was calculated, so naturally mum asked to double check when the customer lady showed extreme rude reactions. If we hadn’t paid a deposit already days before, we wouldn’t have bought anything as the customer service disappointed us massively. Edit: thank you for replying. I can take this review down as per requested by a staff member if the lady can provide an apology. Thanks.

My Dad is 92 and has been moved in to residential care. I had a need to purchase a recliner and a hallway table to put family photos on. I walked in to Haggle Co Marion and met the lovely Simone. Her understanding and help was exceptional, not to mention me haggling lol. She went to her computer and said this is the best price. I took Dad in and he said yep, just what we need. Bought both and happy as can be. Thank you Simone you are a legend. Anything we need in the future we won’t go anywhere else. I have referred you to everyone at Resthaven Aberfoyle Park and all my family.

If had option to not choose any stars i would WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER We collected a display cabinet from warehouse it was in a big sealed box and loaded face up in our trailer when got home and removed cardboard found top of unit was all split on both corners and along top front after sending pictures to their customer centre we were told too bad that damage must have been done in transit and will not replace refund or repair and that we should have removed it from box and checked it before leaving warehouse so buyers beware will never shop there again

Visited the Parafield store today as the staff were dealing with a blackout and eftpos issues. All the staff were fantastic, I waited a little while for them to contact the bank and rectify the issues then made my purchase and left happy Jen and Kim were both calm and professional even while they were dealing with an aggressive customer who didn’t seem to understand that the issues they were having were out of their control. Great work team, I will be visiting again soon and telling all my friends about the exceptional service I received.

Been waiting 6 weeks for a phone call to say a mattress we wanted and was told would be in store in a week has arrived... I called 2 weeks ago to be told oh sorry it's not in yet that's why no one has rang you but it should be here by the end of the week.. that was 2 weeks ago so now all up been waiting 6 weeks no communication from them nothing. Now trying to ring again website says opens at 10 .. keep getting a answering machine stating I'm calling outside open hours... not happy at all .. looks like I'm better off going elsewhere.

Manger was good said to me he would call me back never did. The lady who served me was amazing. Other team members are bloody useless and the head office don’t go wasting your time!! My mattress was damaged at the time of pick up from a pallet they use to load you with. Stupid!!! They say that it’s in the terms and conditions that it’s your responsibility but yet they cannot provide proof to you when you ever agreed to them. Check your product before they even come close to your car. Once it’s near you it’s your responsibility!!!

Partner and I went into the store looking at lounge sets. It was 4:45pm, and we were not attended to by any staff. At 4:50pm, a staff member came up to us and told us that they close at 5pm... and then walked off, she was not interested in what we were after or making a sale. On that note, we walked out, and went to another store that closed at 5:30pm. We got there 20mins before they closed, and the owner there stayed beyond their closing time to finalise out lounge order. Sorry guys, but this left a very poor impression on us.

We saw a lounge suit with 4 recliners at Parafield, I took a photo of it, as we still looking I took the photo to the shop in Payneham, I told a staff member what we wanted (the 4recliner) I showed him a photo. But now I understand that he processed the wrong item. 10 week later we have our delivery with only 2 single recliners and a standard 3 seater. And now the HAGGLE CO are refusing to take any responsibility. What is funny is the are using the new COVID wave as an excuse Poor poor poor customer service

I ordered a dining set from the shop, the dining set delayed by a couple of months then one day I called them and they said the set is going to be in store within 5 days. Then after 3 weeks I called them and try said the dining set was sold to someone else as it came ages ago. Then they refunded my money and deducted $99 as admin fee. This fee was stupid as they delayed the order, they told me it hasn’t arrived when I called them and at the end they sold the set to someone else.

I went there about 3 months ago to view a bookcase I saw on-line. The two men there were very polite - said they had one in the warehouse and got it in for me later that week to view with no obligation to purchase. It was exactly what i was looking for as the website wasn't all that clear. When I purchased it both the salesmen helped my son get it into the back of the wagon - they wouldn't let me help. I found it a stress-free and very respectful experience

Absolutely the best customer service. Visited Parafield to buy a bed frame with my mum. The assistant Dion was so helpful and spent such a long time assisting us that we ended up buying a mattress and TV unit too and we're going back there to get a table setting, rug and lounge. He was so helpful and we were truly appreciative of his excellent customer service. Its a 5 stars from us. Thankyou Dion.

After doing the rounds of many stores and being told we would have to wait for the items to arrive from interstate up to 7 weeks I was a bit depressed until I walked into Haggle Co! The service at Haggle Co was fantastic - brought a bed and mattress within a couple of minutes, paid for it and picked it up the next day. Now that is service! Would highly recommend this business. We will be back! :)

No stars from me. They would not honor a credit voucher for $130 as it was a few weeks out of date. I would not have expected that a credit note would have an expiry date. It now means that Haggle co hzve got $130 of my money and i have nothing to show for it. Considering that i have made numerous purchases from the store you would have thought that they could have extended me some leniency.

Worst customer service ever. Spending several K in this business to receive broken products with missing parts. After calling them to ask for explanation and a replacement I was told to send an email which I did showing broken and missing parts. They never even bothered getting to me. Not heard back of them ever even after touching base month later, still no response.

Sourced all our mattresses from Haggle Co Parafield and extremely satisfied with them. The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help out. Shout out to manager Jenny and Ben who are extremely helpful and patient and gave us a positive experience with the store. Will surely come back for a visit.

Never buy any extended warranty as it is just a strategy to make more money and they never care for if something happens after once you bought any furniture as I bought a couch and it was covered for any structural damage but when it happened they say they can’t do anything so a heads up for everyone who buys furniture from here

Ordered our new lounge unseen, was advised by haggle co that it was a quality product at a great price and ALL was true! The friendly staff, especially Jen made it all happen without a hitch. From ordering, payment through to delivery was fantastic! I recommend these guys and a 5 star rating is truly deserved!

Very disappointed with the service that my 84 year old mother received at the parafield store. They would not refund the floor rug she returned in new condition but managed to sell her another over priced rug. Discounted or not,both rugs were overpriced. On eBay for $167 not $249. …

Looked at an item, sales guy was ok, but didn't know how many boxes product was. Did provide some measurements. However we were not told what time warehouse closed, as we needed to measure boot size and upon or return were told cant get item till Monday. Went elsewhere.

Poor Delivery, I paid $50 for delivery, waited hours for Delivery guys just for 5 minute went a my backyard they came and go without delivering, they had my mobile number but didn't call. At the store I was told they will call an hour before they come.

Don't believe 'Bob' when he tells you that they will pick up your old furniture. Delivery guys just laughed and said "Don't believe what Bob says" and drove off. Technically a verbal contract is binding but I can't afford the lawyers.
