I don’t normally leave reviews but was so disappointed with the service here. I went to get my hair cut and coloured for the first time. Hair dresser did not colour all greys properly so I called and he asked me to come back to ‘go over’ the ones that were not coloured. It must have been worse than expected as he had to re colour the whole head. He was obviously unhappy about having to do this again, was very unprofessional and made me feel very awkward throughout. He then changed my shade of colour from a medium to dark brown without communicating before or even after. I was very upset and will not be returning.

Just had my first experience here on Wednesday (11th Dec2019) All I can say is, where have you been all my life! From the moment I walked in I just got good vibes. Warming, friendly, happy environment and the minute and the minute i sat in the chair I was just filled with confidence in letting Robin funk up my hair. Literally the best cut I have had in an age! So Versatile and dynamic, but still so easy to style, just so me., I could not be happier! Thank you, Have the most awesome Christmas and you'll be seeing me a lot in the New Year Xx

Maria is the best hairdresser I've had. Ever! I always leave the salon feeling a million dollars. Her passion is clear in her work and she is a real perfectionist, with an eye for the most fashionable styles and bringing the best out of your barnet. Maria knows what works for each individual, her prices are very reasonable, the salon is gorgeous and there's always decent coffee or a glass of wine available if wanted. I won't go anywhere else. Sorry Maria, you have to put up with me for life!! Hahahaaa!

Absolutely love having my hair done at Hair@1RD. Robin is the best hairdresser I have ever had. He blow drys my hair like no other hairdresser has done and cuts it so that I can manage it myself too. The ladies who work in the salon are always friendly and even during these strange times, it's a pleasure to visit the salon. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this salon to anyone. 5* :)

Would recommend Hair @1rd a million times over, absolutely love having my hair done by Maria. Been visiting for five years and will always return! Such a clean salon, and they have thought of everything with regards to covid 19. You will see everything being sanitised throughout your time in the salon. Best place to get your hair done!

Maria did my hair. I have curly hair and she did a great cut to maximise curls and gave me hints on styling and aftercare. She is very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her. Thanks for a brilliant experience
