Worst waxing experience, unprofessional & unhelpful. Waited 45 minutes to be told "not sure what to say" by a receptionist who was too busy getting her nails done to help, she then proceeded to talk about me to another customer claiming its not her fault and that the appointments had overlapped. When the therapist finally got around to seeing me there were no apologies for the delay from her or any other member of staff, she showed me to a room and shut the door, not asking about my treatment and not having read my treatment card which had been filled out but NOT collected by any staff members. The therapist would not have known about any skin conditions I have or medical needs and neither did she ask or request to see the client information card which I was holding. When she returned to the room the wax hadn't been heated, she put it on full heat and when slightly melted proceeded with the treatment. She burnt me with the wax twice and didn't apologise, the treatment itself was poorly done with hair still visible and I had to point this out as she told me she was done. She didn't give me any privacy to get dressed after the treatment, no after care advise was given, she just walked off to reception, the receptionist took voucher details. I had paid to get a Hollywood and underarm wax but only a Hollywood was done, the therapist was not aware of the treatments that were supposed to be done even though they had been booked prior to the appointment a week earlier. All in, if you are looking for an unprofessional, disorganised, poor experience this is definitely the salon for you.

I have had my hair treated here by Nadera since last year. She's very professional and I love her service! The salon is also clean and easy to find. Unfortunately I was supposed to come here today, having had my booking confirmed and approved via e-mail, and when I got there I was told by the receptionist that she tried to call and leave me a voicemail two days ago to say that the salon was actually had been fully booked. There was no missed calls on my phone history. Yet despite having both my phone number and my e-mail and unable to reach me via phone call, the receptionist didn't try to leave a text or an e-mail to cancel. I had already booked half a day off work for this appointment, so I was highly disappointed. I even checked with my mobile provider right after I left the salon and there was indeed no voicemail left on my phone this week, nor a text from the mobile provider to notify for any voicemail. It cost me half a day's work so whilst I hope to visit again mainly for Nadera's professionalism, I hope the salon will improve the booking system, retrain their receptionist, and will try to contact customers via text or e-mail as well.

Very bad experience I had with the hairdresser she was very awkward and rude to book me a single appointment this October, she wanted me to make me a appointment to suit her self, last time I was there I had oplex treatment, me thinking she was using the products but she wasn’t when I turned my head back she was using just normal products not oplex products, also with the pandemic going on, she sat someone very close to me without a mask she was saying to me sorry “I am late for my next appointment” rushing me out the building, before, the next lockdown she sold to me £100 package to have 5x for colour my roots I only used 4x so the company still got £25 of me I just think it’s very unprofessional I would advise everyone to not buy treatment packages from this business it’s all a rip off very unfriendly staff rushing the service’s using wrong products be careful when you’re booking a appointment for the hair and skin clinic you will be disappointed trust me .

I had a Hydrafacial with Rav,My skin type was the most difficult to treat, and I've been suffering with acne and scars from years,But I can't believe how amazing my skin has transformed after just one session of Hydrafacial with Rav,my skin is clear,smooth and even skin toned now.first time in my life I can say my skin is clear and I'm so happy and confident with my skin now. Rav also told me how to follow a proper skincare routine, and I've been following everything she has told me to follow. I can't express how happy I am as my skin was my biggest concern, it was a miracle to be honest, I will be ever so thankful to Rav.she is the best beauty therapist I ever been.Thank you Rav and I can't wait to see you again .I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

I was recommended the clinic for laser hair removal by a friend, and as someone who has polycystic ovaries I’ve struggled for years with facial hair that left me shaving practically every day. I’m on my fourth session of laser hair removal and I can see a big difference in the thickness of the hair and also the rate it’s growing back. I cannot recommend Eylaf enough, she takes her time to ensure she’s covered the area properly and is very considerate of what you need. She’s a lovely woman and I will definitely be going back for more sessions with her. Everyone there are all very professional and very friendly, they are the sweetest women so I really can’t recommend them enough

I have visited this salon before and had a lovely experience so thought I’d book again. I booked around a week in advance as it’s my birthday on Thursday so needed a haircut post lockdown. Everything seemed fine no problems. I was due to have my haircut tomorrow. The salon rang this morning saying they had double booked my appointment, no apology or anything. The girl on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. I am very disappointed as it is very short notice for me to look elsewhere and she did not even offer me an additional time. I then looked again and they’re still appointments for my previous time. Very unprofessional and ‘whatever’ attitude.

Editing my review after the below reply from salon....Went for keratin treatment. Cheap quality products are used it seems. Also , the price is not worth the quality. Not recommend at all. I am taking all the care recommended. The treatment didn't even last for a week. I had the most disgusting experience in hair and skin clinic Birmingham.Keratin treatment was all gone after one wash.Unprofessional hair dresser and charged even extra amount becoz her assistant was absent. She denied compensation after promising over call when I visited. Salon is trying to justify in the below reply but that's just for business.

Visited the salon today for the first time. I had my lips dissolved with Dr Heba and also a hair, cut and blow dry with Nadera. Both ladies were so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My hair feels amazing after a long time and I’m excited to have further treatments with both ladies! I’m so glad I have found a salon in city centre that provides so many services all in one place! At a very affordable price. This salon is very spacious, clean and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be having my laser, facial and other beauty treatments at this salon! I saw thehalf price ad for Hydrafacial facial and booked it, as I had Hydrafacial before with another practitioner and loved the results. However, upon entering the room, I found that what I'm having is a Hydrafacial knockoff called 'Hydra beauty'. Although the machine looks similar, the effect and efficacy is nothing like the real Hydrafacial. The is misrepresentation and I should have just walked out, but being an introvert I stayed and paid the fee. The lady who performed the facial has been lovely though, the one star is awarded for her. I would not want to return or recommend.

My experience with hair and skin clinic has been amazing. The treatment I am still undergoing is laser hair removal and today was my 5th session. I couldn't be more happier with the results I have seen so far and Rav has been excellent! Her way of getting to know each client and making the experience enjoyable is everything anyone could ask for. I was very nervous the first time as I never had laser done before but Rav made sure that I feel comfortable and she was making conversations but yet was very professional. She is absolutely amazing! Recommend her a 100%!!!

A great hair cut at a brilliant price. I finally got my hair cut today with Nadera. She was very caring, welcoming and easy to communicate with. She listened and gave me exactly what I asked for in a hair cut. She is professional and you can see the passion she has for her career. The salon has a reclining massage chair for when you get your hair washed. Never seen that before in a salon. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a hair cut. The price is pretty low. Absolutely brilliant experience. Thankyou

Don't pressure someone to book a service with you. After haircut she mentioned I had dry hair, all I did was ask what I can do for it & she just went right in & booked me for a conditioning treatment & took a deposit. Then I tried to cancel it and the cancellation policy says if you cancel before 24h of the appointment you get a full refund but that's a lie. So did it anyways & it was useless after 1 wash & yes I did wait a couple of days before washing it.

The receptionist apologised when the there was a short delay. Nadera the hairdresser was friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions. She was considerate and looked after my needs. She restyled my hair taking into consideration the natural curl. The atmosphere was relaxing. My hair now does not feel knotty any longer and is easier to manage. The price was approximately £28 which was cheaper than where I live.

My daughter had a hair cut with nadera for the first time and she really looked after her and even maintained her privacy by putting the screen up so thank you zulekha wants to come back again, I had a hydra facial with Rav I have problematic skin and Rav was very knowledgable you can definitely see she has a passion in what she does so will be booking future treatments with Rav thanks ladies would recommend x

Nadera cut my hair and she did an excellent job. A brilliant place I can't rate it high enough. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I feel they value customers and like how they will try to fit you in even when they are busy. The stylists are really friendly and willing to chat but they also understand if you are tired and just want to dream a bit while they work on your hair.

Amazing service with lovely staff! I had my session for an Enzyme retexturing facial and it was with Rav. She was lovely and talked me through everything she was doing in the process, which was reassuring for a first time client and made me feel comfortable throughout it. The session was great and definitely felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. I would definitely recommend and do it again soon. :)

I can only sing the praises of Hair and Skin Clinic. I used to come here years ago for my nails, but came back for a facial and Rav remembered me! She was so knowledgeable, talked me through all of the steps of the facial and even messaged me her recommended skincare routine for me. So lovely, I'll be back next month, and the month after that, and the month after that!

Caprice is amazing! She’s been my nail tech for years. My nails are always perfect and last so long. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s thoughtful and is always on hand to make recommendations for nail colours and designs. Whatever design you want, she will do it! Fantastic service and quality products are always used (Gelish, OPI etc). I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a haircut today with Nadera and it was really good! She cut my hair the exact length that I have requested and she was very effective. I really enjoy when I go to a salon and they have good time management and they finish the job on time or before. Highly recommended as Nadera is really polite, effective and eager to make the client happy

Caprice has done my nails for a while now & and i can honestly say shes the best nail tech, my natural nails are in such good condition compared to when i would go elsewhere to get my nails done, this is because she does not use a drill! Every design i request, she does them even better! I would definitely recommend her!

Honestly i feel so happy after one session of lazer treatment i cant believe the results i didnt expect it. Yes staff were friendly and place was very clean but its takes years growing your hair long, i showed how much i would like cut off and they cut it alot shorter than that.
