I go there for Japanese hair straightening and they make it seem like a good deal but they charge you a HUGE mandatory tip (fee) and honestly my hair wasn't even pin straight for long. Just pay extra to go to a high end salon. The atmosphere here is not even friendly or plush and neither are the services.

Yulia, the owner and main hair stylist, is awesome. She knows what I want without me having to specify exactly, and she is consistent every single time. I am satisfied after every haircut. Also, they wash your hair before and after each haircut. 10/10 recommend.
