The bathroom has been out of order since January at the earliest. Now I simply noted that rather than needing to use the facilities but seemed like the out of order sign was more of a permanent fixture rather than a temporary sign. Train service is usually quick but was delayed during my past visit. They did make several announcements informing riders that there was a delay. Most ticket booths worked but one was out of order. There are some really sketchy people that ride the train making it uncomfortable for others. There was a homeless woman with dried blood on her dress which was an eye opener and raised some sanitation concerns in my head. Great way to get to Mercedes Benz Stadium, maybe the airport, and not much else.

They dont care there are so many people depending on the service. People that cant get to their meetings. I have a car but elderly physically people depend on it to get to the appointments. The mobility makes them be late for appointments. Most are on fixed income or disabled veterans. All marta wants is to get to the high rent district and get "specials" to shuttle people to games and such. To top this off they want to raise the fare. Sad just sad

Convenient but sketchy... I wouldn't be around nor take a train ride from this station at night. However, I feel safer taking it in the mornings for my commute to work in Buckhead. From that aspect, I really like taking the Marta(although they DEFINITELY need improvements on logistical & mechanical issues). It took me about a week of getting over the awkwardness of sharing transportation with strangers.

Convenient rail station that is starting to see some improvements from the More MARTA program, including a new mural of Hamilton E. Holmes and updated signage / departure board. There is a mixed use development called iVillage under construction in the south parking lot and the Fresh MARTA Market occurs weekly (seasonal) where you can buy local produce.

You can get on here and right and bad review but don't read signs at the station or plan it through the map. Be informed before you leave your house just that simple. People never cease to amaze me with their level of feeble-mindedness. But carry on complaining lol “it’s called a smartphone for a reason”

Ashley the Bus Supervisor was very professional as well as the officers who responded as well in regards to a female bus driver who was driving the 51 bus #1480 on 08/27/2020 at 11:00am En route to North Avenue train station who was abusive abd corrosive in her administrations as a Marta Bus Operator

Getting here was fine. However, the far left ticket machine and the one next to it refuses to read cards, and the far right one stole $7 from me-almost all the cash I had. Buses are more or less randomly placed as well. Some are in a dedicated bus station, while others are on the station driveway.

the station itself was clean and in good physical condition, but there is alot of random violence at this station. there have been several murders at this location and i have been personally threatened with violence here as well. keep your wits about you, and dont let anyone "borrow your phone."

I think the security that patrols the parking lot is getting paid off by the people who's breaking in cars. When five or more cars get broken into every Sunday, it's go to be an inside job and the security always say I didn't see anything. Man please, higher a new security company geesh!

It was super hot on the train. The station was clean and in good shape but the MARTA employees are not as attentive as they should be. I was unsure ans confused about which way to go and they just stared at me. Never offered to help. 3 stars.

After numerous complaints I couldn’t wait to compliment!! Took the 856 with Nisha this morning it was a wonderful ride! She is a courteous driver and waited for passengers to be seated and to catch the bus if the hadn’t made it to the bus

A lot of bus drivers. Fun transit. It the six flags exit. They have a piano you can play on the fist floor. Lower level. Pretty cool. Not as dirty as other transits but I did see a broken window that should be fixed.

its okay to me I'm able to get to where I need to at a decent time but I don't like Saturday's. The employees are (VERY RUDE) when asking for directions!!! Why are they here if they don't want to help? …

It wasMe and my daughter's experience involved us transferring from the CCT to the Marta The homeless dude on the bus in front of us reeked something terrible that's why I'm giving 3 stars!! …

I don’t know what the hell wrong with the bus drivers but they keep pulling out in front of cars when they see us coming down MLK! They consistently do this and it is dangerous and can cause an accident!

Not enough marta police presence on train in certain areas,Young teenagers are snatching riders cellular phones and running off the train and u can't run after them and catch them.

Parked to ride Marta for Taylor Swift. Easy in and return. Plenty of law enforcement present and our midnight return.

The police officer in the parking lot & the attendant were VERY helpful & VERY kind to us! Thank you & ROLL TIDE!

Right now it's still being upgraded and work on but it does not stop or slow you down to where you got to go...

Homeless everywhere, expensive tickets, inconsistent train lines and east/west bound trains are a bit too few.

Because every body say it is hot or people are rude need to fix this kind of a mess and you're attitude

The station is clean and you do feel safe while at the station but could use a coffe vending machine.

I do not like driving downtown so this is convenient for me. Don't have to worry about traffic.

Great station for parking a vehicle so you can ride the Marta Train to different destinations.

The train is very convenient. I park my car and ride, i dont have to worry about the traffic.

I for love their service, with the population growth in Atlanta, they doing great job !

Best transportation network just need to reduce bus tickets though.. 3$ a day pass
