I was able to submit as well as successfully pass my claim.

I understand they are busy and they are working on a weekend on at an collision reporting centre. Appeared very rushed and quick to declare they have done their part and get you out of there asap. The workers there could be bit more patient and sympathetic to people who just had a car accident.

I went there to report a collision and had an exceptional services. The lady at front helped file a complaint in a quick and efficient manner. She assisted me in filling up the forms as well. Overall a streamline process.

I haven’t had this good experience for a long time now. Shout out to the manager, she was so attentive and helped me with my request at the soonest, even when she was almost done for the day. Keep up the good work :)

impossible to get in touch with them by phone. Their voicemail box is always full so cannot leave a voicemail either. Accident reporting form is poorly prepared. A tenth grade kid can prepare better forms.
