Hi just wanted to let you know Carole is a stellar employee. While waiting for security to open to let her through she assisted many passengers waiting to go through security by telling them what they cant take in. Hot infants and those needing assistance at front of line. Not her job but noone else was assisting and she was waiting with us. She took the time to promote your duty free items too. She is a stellar staff. A keeper.

It's coming along. Flying from Hamilton airport is less hassle when compared to the Toronto disaster. The DIY free store is a work in process. They had some items... unfortunately nothing for me.

Lost my duty free when trying to re enter Canada cause teller did not put receipt in security bag! What a waste of money …
