So I had to come to this place twice once for a medical review for SSDI consideration and the second for knee X-rays. For the medical portion I was in and out rather quickly. I felt like the young man in the front and the doctor feels like they would have rather been somewhere else instead of having to see people for their SSDI medical portion and I really wished they'd let a person explain how their issues affect their life instead of just saying yes or no and at least show more eye contact since I'm sure people like me are already scared to go through this and I was already going through panic attacks from having to drive there and out of my comfort zone. Now the X-ray portion. When I was told to come back I was told that it was across the hall from the medical portion but I wasn't told that the actual entrance was on the opposite side of the building. So I had to ask a person waiting for tests where I needed to go to check in and another let's say patient had been sitting there for a while so he was upset that nobody told him. We went to the front and I let him go first since he had been there for a while. The lady at check-in was kinda rude to him by telling him to only ask and answer questions when she addressed him. When she did talk to him she was asking questions so low he was not able to hear her and she was getting upset that he had to ask her to repeat the questions. That being said she did help him fill out his paperwork. She was nice to me but after the man's experience I was going to say anything unless she asked. The person who did the X-rays made me feel like he was hearding cattle in and out of the X-ray room. I'm just going to chalk it up that they get tired of having to deal with people like me and having to deal with so many people every day or they hate their jobs or was having a bad day. Either way I definitely understand but would not recommend this place to anyone... sorry.

I Moved to Dallas and could not have picked a worse clinic. I cannot express the frustration that I have dealt with in only the one visit I've had since coming here. I've spent collectively over eight hours calling this office, and the offices they were supposed to have received and sent my medical records to. I've spent so much of my time away from my job to make sure they do theirs. I worked with Dr. Billinghausen and her assistant clearly was overworked or did not posses the organization to make sure records were sent, requested and received. I went to this office with a pre-existing condition that Dr. Billinghausen failed to take note of, and so when I needed a referral to a local endocrinologist, Dr. Billinghausen was not able to provide that, because she could not remember that the appointment I made with her previously wasn't directly pertaining to my treatment of that condition. Now I have to take not one, but two days off work to go back and see Dr. Billinghausen all over again for the same reason I saw her in January, and then again to go see the endo they should have referred me to in the first place. I will be letting my insurance know about their failure to keep up with such simple things as medical records and pre-existing conditions.

I have been seeing Dr. Shana Clawson for over 4 years now. I considered her my Primary doctor until today. I was told that I have to have a virtual appointment if I’m congested or have a common cold. Tell me how is a virtual appointment going to help me. I need my Primary Doctor to look down my throat and check me for symptoms.. How can that be done virtual? I shouldn’t have to diagnose myself and the doctor just send medicine based off what I tell you. That’s not Medical Practice. You charge my insurance based off my diagnosis, and then tell me I can come in for an annual check up. With all the information of how to protect ourselves from Covid in which I’m vaccinated and have my flu shot, If the people up there are that scared to be around sick people ( I’m confused) although this is a medical center, a new profession is in place. I’m very upset because it’s hard finding a Doctor you can trust and now I have to start all over. Please Beware!!! Definitely about the money

I've had very mixed experiences with this clinic. Personally the doctors are very kind and likeable. However there is a huge hit and miss with nurses both at the clinic and at the radiology center. The clinic had a typical 30-50 minute wait like most other clinics I've visited. The radiology experience was wonderful when getting screened. However obtaining your results is an entire different experience. I was told that my results would take them 20 minutes to put on a CD. It took over an hour only for them to tell me that they had to find them after misplacing them.

I've been going to Dr. Johnson over 15 yrs now. You can tell he's a very caring Dr from your first visit. You won't be just another patient. He have a great since of humor( not clowinish) that you'll feel safe in his care from the start. My children are grown and I recommend them to him anytime something is wrong. Really I trust all the Doctors at Hampton Medical. Everyone is even the Awesome staff will make you feel safe and secure with any treatments you're there for.

Omg!!! Very unorganized and unprofessional place. Called spoke with operator who advised me on how to get my prescription refilled. Did exactly what was told only to be told my Doctor is out and won’t be in until Wed. So because she’s out I have to go without my medication. Btw they could’ve mentioned she was out when I was told how to do the refill since I was asked who my doctor was initially at 8:00am when I called now it’s 12:20pm and 2 calls later with no resolve

My wife waited several months for appointment for allergies. On the day of her appointment she waited for 2 hours before she was seen by a doctor. Then they told her they don't do allergy appointments at this location, even though she designated she wanted to be seen for allergies months prior. Then they charged her money.

I've been a patient of both Dr. J.D. and Steven Johnson for about 35 years, when the office was across the street. It was the BEST place to go then and it's the BEST place now. I've recommended Hampton Clinic/WellMed to family, friends and co-workers with no complaints thus far. They know what they're doing.

This place has really hit rock bottom. The employees are very rude. I’m on day 3 now of waiting for the doctor to send in a prescription. I’m guessing there is no way to get in contact with them because I just keep being told call back later to see if it was sent in. This is ridiculous

Have been going there for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else . Dr. Jonson cares. My husband doesn't like doctors but likes going there. Dr. Jonson assist Dustin is great. You can get everything done there. The clinic has a women's clinic, and you can get your lab work there, MRI,Scans.

Came in to get tests done for my surgery and everyone was amazing. Walked in and out in less than an hour. The person who assisted me was incredibly nice and patient. She also explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Absolutely love Dr. Johnson. I have been a patient of Dr. Steve for over 30 years. Previous a patient of Dr. JD Johnson, his father. The staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and very nice. I highly recommend this clinic and Doctor.

After WellMed bought this clinic over everyone acts like robots, Justin/Dustin PA misdiagnosed my mother, glad I went with my instinct and took here to the ER after getting out of there. Won’t ever recommend that clinic again.
