I was reluctant to post a review due to selfish concern that it would cause a booking frenzy and it would make it more difficult to book an appointment. However I reconsidered because good karma will present itself as I share a wonderful secret with you. Gather around and take a seat. I'm speaking from a place on constant back pain. Sciatica and a herniated disc causes many daily pains. I've been seeking a miracle worker for many years now. Many massage therapist have been tried, test and failed. But one, one master masseuse has finally been found in Jacksonville Florida of all places on this planet. Every time I get the appointment reminder that today is finally the day that I get to transcend space and time with my 50 min relaxation massage, a small tear leaves my eyes. When I walk in and lay down on that heated massage table, I mentally prepare myself for relaxation at a different level. I am always asked, "What would you like me to focus on?" and my response is always.. "My back". He understands and starts the process. He senses the level of pressure required and puts my muscles at ease. Finding all the tension in my back, he works out the stress and forces out the bad energy held in the shoulders. I find myself drooling during this process because my body is at such bliss. I allow myself a full body muscular release. He continues down the rest of my back and works out any residual body pain through firm pressure and perfected motions. Even so he focuses on my back, he doesn't forget the remainder of my extremities and works out any stress or pain. He ends the massage through a concentrated neck massage and I feel sweet relief. This master never talked through my massage and allows me to imagine myself on a fantasy world of my choosing. He sets the ambiance and is concerned with the space facilitating a magic massage. There have been times this has been disrupted by noise from third parties. But at no worry to me, he quickly shuts it down if possible, allowing me that quiet that I so desire. Don't even get me started on the CBD oil upgrade. That massage made me loose sense of time in space for the remainder of the day. If you are wonder who this masseuse is that I'm "backing" in my review, his name is Edward. I pray each night that his miracle hands do not loose their touch, and I hope you will include this in your nightly prayers because this is a miracle worker on Earth.

Are we not worth it? Treating myself to an amazing experience has been much too long . A massage and facial has been needed for my health and well being, and I felt guilty about booking these appointments. Having been a member at Hand & Stone Spa in Mandarin years ago, I decided to go back. Am I ever glad!! I rejoined after having a massage from Hector that helped ease my pain and revive my need for relaxation. Hector is a quiet, respectful, very knowledgeable Massage Therapist. He knows the body parts, the pain areas...areas that need special treatment. Hector gave me the BEST massage I have ever had!! It was such great therapy that I now have been twice and am going to continue every few weeks. Yes, I am worth it!! You will not be uncomfortable with this awesome treatment from Hector whether you be male or female. Thank you, Hector. See you in four weeks! Now, for the facial...I have mistreated my skin for years...too much sun, age spots, too little time taking care of my face. I booked a Dermalinfusion the first time. Fortunately, I was given a Therapist/Esthetician who gave me an in-depth analysis of my problems, and assured me she could help with all my problems. Indeed, she did!! Her name is Dana. Dana performed such a great procedure..so cleansing, so revitalizing, so relaxing...and so healthy! I was in awe! I could see and feel the results almost immediately. So much so, I went back for another facial/treatment yesterday. I am hooked on this lovely young woman who has such knowledge, education, and a good spirit. I did not mean to be so verbose...and I was NOT paid for this comment.. but, wanted to share so others could see the value of taking care of themselves without guilt. Are we worth it? You bet! After having a wonderful facial I was excited to get back for a massage. I ended up doing a couples massage with my significant other. We both like firm pressure, as I requested two masseuse that would be able to give a strong deep tissue massage. Two women were recommended as being “excellent with strong hands”. Upon arrival, my woman was less than friendly (granted I was likely her last customer of the day and she just wanted to go home- which is the vibe I received). I let that slide, but noted I wouldn’t go back just based on her unfriendly personality. That being said, I said multiple times that she is able to go firmer on the pressure and yet all that was given was a rub down. I was very disappointed after saying multiple times that I would like a deep tissue massage, when all I received was a ton of oil on my body being rubbed in. Sharing my focus points were barely touched, and when they were it was barely taken care of, almost like she was on a timer to hit every body part for 2 minutes. Hoping I spent good money on my significant others experience....however, he had the same experience. Said he felt bad I paid so much for being rubbed down with oil. Did not leave feeling relaxed or happy with box experiences. Will not be returning for another massage- will likely be cancelling my membership. Not wasting more money if the experience was poorly done not once but twice.

Highly disappointed with Hand and Stone. Booked a PRENATAL massage with a female service provider online back on 5/2 online. Filled out ALL of the paperwork entirely about being pregnant. Confirmed my appointment. Show up for my massage on time just to be told they can’t accommodate that because they don’t have anyone to do prenatal massages. No courtesy call ahead of time to let me know even though I booked well in advance. I was offered a facial but declined because if I wanted a facial, I simply would have booked for a facial. Being 36 weeks pregnant this is what I have looked forward to for 2.5 weeks. Cancelled appointment and walked out just for someone to chase me out the door and then offer me a free facial. In the future, don’t advertise specific appointments online if you’re not able to accommodate those and don’t let people show up for appointments EXPECTING to receive the service they booked for just to be told no. I would much rather have appreciated them trying to resolve the issue by looking at their schedule to find a prenatal service provider and a day to accommodate a prenatal massage rather than wanting me to pay for a facial that I didn’t want and then when I decline offer me a free service because they realized no money would be made.

Unfortunately I am forced to leave a bad review despite the fact that my massage therapist, Jessica, was absolutely amazing. I received a gift card for Christmas for a massage and the card was from an out of state hand and stone. The employee who made my reservation was made aware of this and it was confirmed again when I arrived for my service. It was only after the service that I was informed they could not use my gift card and I would be forced to pay the full cost of the massage. Totally ruined the experience for me. I won’t be making another appointment with this company. If you do get a massage, try to request Jessica. She’s fantastic. Update: I messaged the provided email address with no reply. Unsure whether it’s been received or if there’s no longer any interest in reaching out. I have a phone number on file if you’d like to get in touch. Update: Over a week later and no response to this or multiple emails. I guess the copy/paste response to the original review is the best I can hope for. Worst management I’ve ever seen. No wonder your masseur turnover is high if you keep losing them clients left and right.

Wow-I wish I had read all the negative reviews prior to patronizing Hand and Stone of Mandarin. I have cancelled my membership three times due to relocating (I was assured their cancellation process was super easy) and yet they CONTINUE to charge my credit card. I moved states away in August of 2021, filled out their cancellation form multiple times, and yet they are still charging me monthly despite multiple cancellations. I'm VERY disappointed as to the misrepresentation that they perpetrated regarding their cancellation policies. I spoke with them today and explained the situation (again) and was told that someone will call me back. I haven't received a call back. I have now filed a complaint with the FTC because clearly this is a pattern for this company/branch location. I'll be filing with the Florida attorney general's office for consumer complaints also. This really did not have to be a difficult situation for them to remedy-they could have just ceased charging my card after I filled out the cancellation form numerous times. BEWARE!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Very disappointed with the massage I received. I booked a deep tissue massage with aromatherapy. The “massage” I received was not deep tissue or not even a normal massage. The masseuse went down my back twice very very very slow. And twice over my neck at the same pace. She did the same thing to my legs and then told me to turn over. She did not massage me AT ALL, she just rolled her hands down my back and that was it! I think she was going super slow to make the time go by faster and when she would replenish her hands with lotion it took so long. When she was done I didn’t feel relaxed or have the refreshing feel you get after a massage. I walked to the check out desk and realized it was 11:50, my appt was 11am, I told the lady at check out my massage ended early, she said our massages are only 50min. Their website says it’s 1hr and there’s a huge sign out front that says the same thing. Needless just go somewhere else if you’re looking for a real massage, you’d be better off going to the chair massage places in the mall honestly. I truly feel cheated out of my $90.

The services are good. But I would say if you have a membership, not only read the fine lines but also ask questions. It’s very shady. Keep a calendar record of your used services/appointments against your free services, because they will be counted against your regular monthly services. I went through managers to clear it up twice! I have a membership for a year now and have only used it a few times. This holiday I gifted 2 services from my 6 remaining services and was originally told that the recipient would have to pay $10 at time of service. No problem with that. Today I called to confirm one of the gift services and was told that if the recipient is unable to make appointment, the credit card holding the reservation WILL BE CHARGED half of the service cost, $44!! So I asked for clarity, after I already paid $69 (monthly for 1 service) my guest would be charged $44 in the addition to me losing the $69 if they missed the appointment? Answer: Yes. I do not recall this being in the membership notes. And that is quite unfair! Thus I’m canceling my membership today.

Called in a day before and made an appointment for 3:00 O’clock We got stuck on our way and we Checked in at 3:06 and we filled out their lengthy paperwork. By the time we got in inside to the massage room it was 3:30 and the masseuse Stated that she is going to do the massage till 3:50 because she is booked for another person after me. She also said We inform you two three times to come in early to do the paperwork. I have never got any message from them not text nor email nor did they inform me when I was booking my appointment. I understand we should got there earlier and things happen but they should not treat their customers any type of way. When I got to the front desk and ask if they have any other person they stated no we already cancel your booking and I ask if there is any charge for cancellation she stated yes. I asked if I am I getting charged and she responded very condescending I didn’t charge you for it. If you pay for an hour massage you should receive more than the 20 min massage they were trying to pass off citing paperwork.

This review is about the Mandarin location. Very disappointing experience. I've attended massage school so I have a very good understanding of massage therapy. I had the advertised '60 minute" introductory massage. The actual massage was 40 minutes??? . When I scheduled the appointment I requested a therapist who can provide firm/deep massage. During what was no more than an unskilled "light pressure" massage I told the therapist that she could increase pressure. She told me that other clients had asked for the same, and she told them there's no need because she can achieve same results with less pressure - and continued using light pressure. I felt the therapist was unskilled and did not appease my request. While checking out I mentioned that the massage was very short duration. I was told that the massage is 50 minutes, not 60 minutes. When I said that the massage was not even 50 minutes, the employee just shrugged her shoulders. Overall, a disappointing experience. I will not return and suggest that others stay away. A waste of money!

scheduled this and told the girl on phone I have one more massage left. At no point on the call did she say it had expired in 2/2! I went in expecting to pay a tip only. I got my massage and was told after that it had expired and now paid full price plus tip, I do not have that money to spend. I had to charge it on a card I shouldn’t have used it’s only for emergency. To say I’m less than pleased is an understatement- If I had been told yesterday that one massage I thought I had left expired I would never had made the appointment- The attitude at checkout was pretty much not my problem oh well. No I have no desire to rejoin after that. Seriously! Train your people better! First thing she should have said is I’m sorry you don’t have one left, grace period is over. Also I had Covid first two weeks of January and then my husbdand and kids had it so I couldn’t make it there until February if anyone had called to say hey your one session is expiring by such a date I could have told you that I couldn’t come in and infect people.

First I want to start by saying I had a membership and enjoyed a few massages and/or facials here but after my experience today I will not be going back. I brought up a previous bad experience to management and I’m not one to write somewhere off due to a one time fluke but I just left a prenatal and decided I will not be returning after my pregnancy like I planned. The woman who gave me my massage was coughing and clearing her throat the whole time (which normally wouldn’t bother me but being 8 months pregnant if you’re feeling under the weather you probably shouldn’t be doing a prenatal). On top of that, her phone was on the table the whole time and I could feel it vibrating throughout the 45 minute massage. Whenever it would vibrate I could tell she was distracted either reading or texting back because she basically just kept her hand on me not doing anything. Very disappointed considering I’ve been looking forward to this and left feeling like I need a shower, I wasted an hour of my Sunday along with the money spent.

Definitely I will never do business with this people, really don’t know how to taking care their customers. Bought a gift card to my girlfriend to go together with her friend, try to schedule for the weekend a 3 ⃣hours package and this people told me they couldn’t put together because they didn’t have the staff to get the 2 ladies at same time, unless if they go on different timers, which wasn’t the case and the purpose of this purchase. Asked for my money back since they couldn’t accommodate the 2 ladies than they got really mad, they didn’t do it. One of their staff told me that I would be able to it, but, that was before I purchase, they tried to sell and got it. After I left from the store they talked Bad about me. How do I knew that? A friend of mine was behind of me at sofa that they have it at lounge and she told me, wow. Not professional, 0 Star for this business. Go to some other place and hope this helps you to make a decision before do any business with this people.

Wonderful service and techs were on point. Place was quiet and peaceful. The 3 star rating was for a few reasons…I was told it’d be one price for my facial and then that was changed to something else when I completed the service. When I asked what happened to the price I was told the computer discounts both services. I don’t know how another service was added and although it was fixed it makes me wonder if this happens often. (This is why I canceled my membership at a different location before because I was continuously being charged a monthly fee and the doors were closed during Covid and a couple other issues. That was a different location but still the same company) I don’t want to pay for anything I never requested. I never add on any enhancements by the way. And then the person at the front counter was acting as if she really didn’t want to be there which sent out a negative vibe. Overall a nice place and good services but pay attention to charges.

I'm starting with DO NOT get a membership here. It is really sad that I have to give one star because the massage was amazing, but the front office staff sucks. I signed up for a membership because it was a good deal, and I really liked the massage. However, I have now had to change jobs and have requested four times to cancel this membership because I can't afford the extra $70 plus moving costs. The office manager is always busy, does not respond to emails or phone calls. I even walked in there and was told someone would get back to me because they couldn't just give me paperwork to sign and cancel the membership. UPDATE: I had to speak to the region manager to have my membership canceled, just to be charged $70 this month. I called and was told the manage wasn't available, that my membership wasn't canceled, and someone would get back to me. It is absolutely insane how they refuse to cancel memberships and keep charging people.

This place is NOT a good massage parlor. Treated a friend to a massage at Jacksonville, FL Towne Center location. (1) it was her 1st professional massage, (2) she recently got a back injury from a car accident and really needed this massage. I paid for the introductory massage only to have my friend leave the massage more stressed than when she went into the spa! The massage was TERRIBLE! The lady that did the massage was an inexperienced new employee and it was her 1st day on the job. The massage was rushed, was not relaxing at all, hit none of the proper pressure points, etc. I spoke with a manager (no help at all) to express my concern only for her to tell me that I had to pay for another massage! Will NEVER go to this massage spa again and will be checking the website for a corporate office number. I do not recommend this spa it's a complete waste of money!

7 and 1/2 months since our son was born. My husband planned our first date night and part of it included a massage. He took me for a mani/pedi first and we were running about 20 minutes behind (those things happen). He called Hand and Stone and notified them of our delay and was reassured that we were ok. We arrive 19 minutes late for our massage. We checked in and were told after 15 minutes being late our resevation would have to be rescheduled. Reasonably, you would assume that would have been mentioned when he originally called courteously to let them know we would be a few minutes late or that they would try to call if it was getting close but not one word was said until we drove all the way there and walked inside. 7 and a half months and I finally get a romantic night with my husband only to learn I will never again come to your business.

I purchased a one hour hot stone massage gift certificate for my son. He made an appointment a week in advance and showed up on time. He was asked to fill out some paperwork and then went back for the session. About 30-35 minutes into it the massage therapists said, " I'm going to have to cut your session short, I have another client". Wait, what? He didn't say anything at the time, as it was a gift certificate he wasn't sure exactly how long it was supposed to be. When he called me from the parking lot as he was leaving I was shocked. I called H&S and was told a manager would call me the next day. That did not happen. I gave 2 stars as he said the massage was good, unfortunately we got ripped off. That was $129 plus he gave her a $20 tip. I would not recommend buying any gift certificates and if you do go here, bring a stopwatch!

I'm so upset and disappointed by my last visit. I got one of their last minute deals and the masseuse tried this technique where he put pulled my head up from the base of my skull. Maybe he was trying to pop my neck or something? But you are NOT chiropractors, my neck really hurt after. You can do significant nerve damage with something like that. I told him to stop and he tried it again with "less force" but then when I told him not to do it again at all, he laughed and said "I guess you don't want to be taller." I'm sorry...what? There is no massage technique that can do that. He was clearly annoyed and ended the 50 min massage early. But at that point, I thought he might injure me so I didn't care. I will not return. *I did see Jessica the first time and she was great! But my review is for the second visit.

I have never posted a review for any business however felt this warranted one because of the lack of professionalism and any form of customer service at this location. Had to pay an additional $30 on top of a gift card specifically for the 50 minute massage service I received. Have never had this happen at any other location and this essentially defeats the purpose of someone buying you a gift card for a service if it does not cover the service? Tried to speak with a manager and the young receptionist said there were none and I could not be told when there may be one available or even to ask for them to follow up with a customer. I've always appreciated the professionalism at Hand and Stone locations in the past but it seemed this location was just interested in making money.

I know it may seem appealing but it will be in your best interest to avoid getting locked into this place with a membership. If you get a membership and want to gift one of your services to a friend/spouse/parent you will be charged a 10$ fee. I was truly disappointed to book a facial for myself and massage for my wife today only to find out in person that whoever I booked with did not lock in my appointment. What a waste of time. And now because I have a membership I have to use my packages within 90 days or they are gone. Please heed my warning and don’t get a membership. Update, there was no call to my wife to cancel her appointment. She actually received a confirmation text message at 10am this morning. Come on do better

Hated it - They took me in 10 mins late and the massage was done with 13 mins left on the clock - why am i paying for an hour ??? the lady who gave me a massage kept telling me that "its different kind of deep tissue massage i dont have to really get deep and make it hurt" - even though i specifically asked for a a deep tissue massage and was very specific i want you to make it hurt- i am not here for relaxation massage. made that clear when i made the appointment and to my masseuse. It wasnt a massage it was just her applying oil. (i can do that myself thanks) I am cancelling my membership and never going back there. Oh and they did charge me the extra 10$ for DEEP TISSUE.

Why have an intake form if you aren’t going to read it? I was essentially scolded at the front desk after my massage because I didn’t sign a particular waiver, even when I asked upon entering for the appointment if they had everything they needed from me. And the waiver wasn’t pulling up on their end either so...how is that my issue? I was mortified as the front desk staff was scolding me in front of other patrons and staff in the lobby. Massage was okay. The therapist talked more about her life problems than I would ever care to know. Just unprofessional from start to finish. Extremely disappointed after having spent $120. Not worth the aggravation or embarrassment.

Everything is great until you need to pause or cancel your membership. I paused mine in December, was told I would not be charged their $10/month service fee to pause it (which is ridiculous in itself), signed forms to confirm this agreement, and was still charged. I had to speak to 4 representatives before I was refunded the fees. After this incident, I cancelled my membership. I verbally confirmed with a manager when the last debit to my account would be, and signed documents confirming this. I was charged again and when I called to get the fee refunded, was told a manager would have to call me back.

I had never been to a Hand and Stone before. The facility was absolutely beautiful and so clean! I met Bethany for the first time for a facial. I explained to her that I had experienced wonderful, relaxing facials before, but the place I had visited couldn't seem to keep good employees on staff. I told her I hoped to have a good experience that day. She did not disappoint!! My skin felt SO good when she was done, and it was a VERY RELAXING! They didn't have to 'hard sell' me at ALL to sign up for a monthly facial. I can't WAIT until my next appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Hand and Stone for facials.

These people are very unprofessional they cancelled on me twice this month! It is extremely hard yo book a appointment at your schedule and when you do book one they cancel on you 20 min before keep in mind I’ve been a member there for over a year and I’ve only used the services twice. DO NOT get the monthly subscription it is a SCAM! Definitely canceling my membership. I don’t see these people being in business for very much longer if they continue to abuse their paid customers like this. I really hope the owners see this and take charge and get rid of these unprofessional employees.

I am amending my review. I recently had two appointments cancelled by this location with less than 24 hours notice, and no reason given as to why this had happened. The second appointment was made a week after the first was cancelled to replace the orginal appointment. The employee on the desk refused to do their job and find a suitable replacement date/time/location to reschedule my appointment. Despite my requests, this location's manager/owner/operator refuses to contact me regarding the situation. Considering the lack of professionalism, I recommend avoiding this location.

The actual massage (Swedish) from Hand & Stone was fine, even if the masseure was a bit aloof/disinterested, and I'd probably give it four stars based solely on that. However, the young women at the front desk were trying too hard to chat me up and upsell products before and after. When I said I didn't think I had gotten the aromatherapy I had paid for, one of them said, "You must have been so relaxed you didn't even smell it." Hm... Well, if the oil did have any lavender in it, it was undetectable, so I wasted $10 either way. I'll pass on the Mandarin location in the future.

I was a member for years. They deducted the money every month for the package I had wanted. When I transferred out of state and there were none of their SOA’s near me I cancelled. I had 8 packages left that I had paid for. When I came back to town, I was told I lost them all because the time limit was exceeded. They are crooks and should tell you this when you sign up. The services I got were good, the whole experience ended up bad as I wasted over $400 for service that were not rendered. No one cared enough to help. “Those are the rules, SORRY”

First time, walked in was greeted professionally, temperature was taken, place was very clean. I had booked Zach on line. He was incredible, made me feel at ease, talked about my issues, told me exactly what his game plan was to ease my back pain. Did one hell of a job with stretching and massage. As we walked out, told me some things to do to help as well. When I got to the counter, Maddy was very polite and I even bought a lifestyle monthly program. Plus, I already rebooked Zach. Excellent experience from start to finish, ready for round 2!!!

Worst massage place ever. Will never go back again. I've had better massages from my grandma. The lady who have me a massage didn't care about her job at all. She didn't do anything I asked. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing or at very least she didn't care about me at all. Lack luster massage. Weak. Definitely could tell she didn't care about her job. Plus I was given a very hard time about a refund. Waisted of time and money. Membership is very expensive and unless you want a membership they don't really care about you.

i made an appointment 2 months in advance because my birthday always falls on the weekend of mothers day. i made an appointment for multiple treatments and even paid ahead of time. A week before my appointment i get a text conformation for the wrong time of day. After calling and speaking with the front desk guy he stated that one of my two appointments fr that day had been deleted for un known reasons and that my other appointment was moved early, she said sorry and offered to move me 4 hours later then my original scheduled time.

I really enjoyed my experience here. My massage therapist was a total pro and did an excellent job. I chose the salt stone and CBD add-ons. Definitely Recommend! I could feel the stress and neck pain melting away with those hot stones. My facial was fantastic. Relaxing and enjoyable - 4 days later and my husband says my skin is glowing. They’re a little pressure-y to get you into a membership. But, the membership is a really fantastic deal and I’m giving it a shot. I really recommend this location!

Services were good, but once I tried to cancel my membership in January they told me it was taken care of and continued to charge me once I reached back out in March they told me they had no record of cancellation but would take care of it then and I would get a conformation e-mail from a manager the next day. The massage therapists are wonderful as well as the facial services. I wasn't a fan of how the office handled plan cancellations. It was eventually resolved, but after multiple phone calls. Overall who I spoke to was pleasant and for that I only have taken off a star. BE CAREFUL of that membership plan and make sure to read the fine print about cancelling or all of a sudden your card is getting multiple charges.... with that said, thank you for resolving my issue.

I came in for an eyebrow waxing and I told the lady I want a cleaning and she says ok and then she starts waxing. I finally see my eyebrows and I was completely dissatisfied. My left brow has a normal arch and my right has a high arch. My left eyebrow does not even look clean or taken care of. My eyebrows are two completely different shapes. I would never come back here again or recommend to a friend.

I had an amazing experience here! Front desk was so nice and helpful and walked me through all of the upgrades and everything! Ms. Erica and Ms. Haley were so great!!!! Massage and facial were great. My skin felt glowy and soft and my back was relaxed. Will always recommend this place to friends and family!! I recommend Ms.Jordan and Ms.gulianna for facials and Ms.Susane and Mr.Garrett for massages.

Eh. Not the best, not the worst. If your looking for deep tissue for physical therapy / muscular realignment then keep looking. If you are strictly looking for a nice relaxing massage, you will get a good bang for your buck here. The staff were friendly and professional. I did not do a membership, but I have had them in the past and they are (or at least years ago they were) a nightmare to cancel.

Alexander K was amazing! I have extremely tight shoulder muscles as many others do - this is where my stress goes. Alexander got in there and worked those muscle out in the way I have been asking masseuse to do for years and haven't - he will be my go to!! see him he is AMAZING!!! We ultimately cancelled our memberships here. It seemed like we'd always get cancelled, usually because our therapist had quit. It seemed like a revolving door. The cancellation process seemed drawn out and like I was at a timeshare presentation, or buying a used car. There are many other places that appreciate our business.

This place is not good as far as management .My husband has gotten me several gifts massages, facials,etc. and it never fells every time I come out their is ALWAYS an issue and no one seems to know how it happened or what to do. Whole experience was meh. The lady gave me a real half hearted massage and only worked half the area I had asked about she also cut my session about 10 mins short so that was nice. I can't believe how much they charge for just a massage. Only went because of the first time discount, safe to say I won't be back.

Subscription is a scam and they will not cancel unless final month is paid, and there's always a final month due to them NOT canceling subscription when requested. They do not mind breaking consumer laws regarding cancelation of products & services. Requested cancelation numerous times for a year now.
