I’ve been here before, my first visit was good but my second visit not so much. I got some Butterfly locs and after two days they began to slip. I came back and all she did was wrap hair around the locs that were slipping, she did not redo just added hair to cover up the mistakes. Now it looks like I have two different types of braid styles. It’s ugly. They are suppose to look like the first picture…not like the second picture. I told her I didn’t like it, she just stared at me, so I just walked out bc I was really upset. I could tell she didn’t really want to fix them in the guest place. $180 gone down the drain. Just be sure that whatever you get, they actually know how to do the style before you go.

Today was my first time going to Bethel African hair braidIng and I had a wonderful experience. I had contacted to the hair braiding places before finding her she knew exactly what I wanted. The other ladies told me they could not do my hair because it was short, but after she seen the picture of what I wanted, she knew exactly how to execute the style that I was wanting very very nice everyone in the shop for professional. I came in not knowing if my super short hair would be an issue, and not knowing if I could leave with a style that I wanted. To my surprise these ladies really worked a miracle. I am so happy I came in because they really gave me the style I wanted. I love my hair and can’t wait to visit the salon again. Very fast and neat service ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I scheduled to get my hair rebraided at one price and when I arrived, the person I scheduled with was not at the shop and the price went up. Due to my time constraints, I had no choice but to pay and the quality of the braids were not the same as the lady that I originally scheduled with.

Went three different times each time she changed the price even. Even when she saw the cash app receipt. Does not have a set price. Never has customers because she is over priced. Bought a body of hair oil for 17 dollars the next month I wanted the same oil she told me $100 for a 4.5oz.

Today was my first time here. I booked a last minute appt and they stayed late for me. highly recommend this shop!! They are the best in all of Dallas. Super efficient, and very neat. I can’t say enough about them. If you’re looking for a braid shop, look no further!!

Been looking FOREVER & finally found a for sure spot !!! I felt comfortable the entire time , she did an amazing job , wonderful timing , perfect pricing, && amazing customer service!!!! Will definitely be going back for as long as they are open !!

5-Stars!!! Ada and Constance stayed late on Sunday (After 8 PM on a Sunday... and they close at 6 PM on Sundays!!!) to twist lock my hair!!! I LOVE these beautiful ladies...soooooooop much and I'm so so grateful, Grateful, GRATEFUL!!!

I shaved ALL my hair off in September and was looking for someone who could grip short hair. I was a walk in client and my hair was done in a short amount of time! The ladies did a great job! I will definitely be back!!

Came in as a walk-in and was serviced immediately. I requested 2 stitch in braids. Braider asked for details about my (i.e length, cornrow, how far apart etc) and executed perfectly! Very happy with the service. :)

Two stars for the speed!!!!..went in to get knotless braids and walked out with small box braids I paid $300 for something I didn’t ask for.. I don’t like my hair and I will not be going back
