I have followed Hang-Up for a long time. It is one of my favorite galleries. I recently had the honor of buying a Banksy print from them. It was one that I'd been a fan of for almost eight years. I live in the US and so it was important to me, when making this type of investment, that I had total and complete trust in the seller. That is why I chose Hang-up. They not only have and exhibit the best works of art, they also provide personal care and attention second to none. I absolutely love the piece I purchased. It is better than I even hoped. It was expertly packaged and wrapped. I am so grateful for the care and skill involved in that process. Because I live in the US, I had to deal with international shipping and customs too. All aspects were flawlessly handled by the Han-Up crew. Thank you all! I will continue to be an active fan of Hang-Up and hope to purchase other works from you all in the years to come.

I have been a fan of the artist Harland Miller for a long time now and wanted to buy one of his pieces. The thought of buying art terrifies me slightly as I find a lot of galleries very snooty. Not so with the wonderful Hang-Up Gallery. Carla and her team couldn't be more helpful and charming. The service was second to none and they were extremely patient whilst I dithered. I am so glad I took the plunge and invested in a piece of incredible art and it's because the team at Hang-Up don't make you feel like you don't belong in the world of art buying like other galleries. They make art buying accessible, easy and enjoyable. I have no regrets. My Harland Miller picture hangs on my wall and will bring me joy for the rest of my life. It was a great investment and I thank Hang-Up Gallery for their patience and professionalism. Hang-Up Gallery is a real gem.

Only been to the gallery once when I lived in London but Carla showed me around and let me view original prints which was nice being able to see them framed and unframed. Love all the artwork and there is such a wide selection with the option to buy original artwork and often unique work from well established or up and coming artists. The option to buy work interest free over several months was very easy to set up and was invaluable in helping me to purchase a work once when I was skint. They always keep me up to date with events and consider me for new works. I have brought many prints now that all arrive in good time and in good condition and are well protected in packaging which is handy living in Bristol.

Wonderful selection! Many outstanding choices at favorable prices. Staff was able to assist selection to "fit" to three very different family applications/houses: (i) a London area flat within an UNESCO World Heritage late 1700's historical manor house (ii) a country French style in mountains of North Carolina and (iii) a spruce log cabin in forests of East Texas. Quite a challenge, yet results are fantastic, and quite the conversation pieces and viewed as sensible investments. Shipping experience was great, with unexpected (but greatly appreciated) speedy delivery, all in good conditions. Thanks to Carla and Team at Hang-Up Gallery.

I purchased a rare Shepard Fairey print from Hang-Up Gallery in June. The gallery assistant was very patient and helpful with all of my inquiries and, of course, very knowledgable. The print I was interested in was on consignment and so it was not physically present at the gallery when I was asking all of my questions. Immediately before shipping, they noticed some small creases in the print, took photographs, and emailed them to me to inform me of the newly discovered condition issues and to offer the print at a discount. Hang-Up is highly recommended as a professional gallery.

Hang Up is one of the most precious spots in and around hackney and Stoke Newington, bringing fresh art to the neighbourhood and always putting up beautiful productions with each exhibition they open. worthwhile checking when there is a private view coming up :) they promote a variety of up and coming artists alongside big names such as Banksy... it is always a pleasure to pop by, chat with Carla, Ben, Charlotte or whoever's around and catch a glimpse of some fine art and is definitely one of my recommended spots to whomever visits east London. check it out!

The item was a framed limited print ,purchased on the gallery's website. The transaction was straightforward and completed expeditiously. With a follow-up confirmation email. The item on collection was professionally packaged and in mint condition. I found the Hang-Up gallery staff to have excellent customer service ,engaging , and knowledgeable about the art piece . I would not hesitate to purchase other artwork in the future.

After buying some work on-line, no one contacted from the galley contacted me to arrange delivery - even though this was the described process. I followed this up with an email to them after 7 days. Still no response! I called on 9 days, and have been assured a call back from the manager. We shall see. It is now 20 days after paying and I still have nothing to show for it. They've gone completely incommunicado which is highly frustrating. I realise they're just inept, not criminal, but this is frankly ridiculous.

I purchased a print artwork by Gerhard Richter that I had wanted for a long time. Since it was a high-priced purchase, I had a lot of questions during the consideration process, but I received polite responses to every question (sometimes with accompanying images), which allowed me to make the purchase with peace of mind. The artwork arrived in excellent condition, with secure packaging and no damage. I am grateful to everyone at the gallery.

After just leaving this gallery after reading some great reviews I'm feel very disappointed as on entering I wasn't greeted or spoken too.. after looking around for at least 10 mins still no communication form the staff who where sitting 2 metres away. Not great as I've been very interested in buying a banksy print and traveled to the gallery to hopefully discuses these prints today. Owell maybe they where just to busy.

I recently bought a Joe Webb print from Hang-Up Gallery. They were very approachable and respectful of the opening offer I made. A few rapid emails later and it was all mine. I was given a confirmed delivery date which it duly arrived on, packaged like it was the crown jewels! In my opinion, they seemed to hold the most varied stock of the London galleries when I was scouting around for a new piece.

I have visited this gallery several times including two opening nights for exhibitions; the staff members are lovely and clearly all have a passion for what they do. I have purchased two pieces from Hang-Up, one of which I asked them to frame and deliver. Both the framing and delivery were high quality and reasonably priced. I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Hang-Up!

I used Hang Up gallery for the first time in August. Carla managed to source an original piece of art I had been looking for, for months. Carla returned my calls and emails promptly and managed to get the piece to the gallery for me to view within a matter of days. The service was impeccable and will be visiting again to further my personal collection.

Bought a Banksy flag at Hang-Up in 2016. The work was presented in a transparent envelope. When my professional framer removed it out of the envelope, it became apparent that the work had substantial staining all over it (probably due to a wrong framing before). Hang-Up refused any responsibility and blamed my framer instead. I would call that fraud.

Very good selection of artists (but this is subjective ;), a tailor-made customer service that ensures real peace of mind (we commissioned a work by Tim Fishlock made on demand and the gallery systematically kept us informed of the project's progress without us having to follow up or check on it). A gallery that many should be inspired by ;)
