Other than Amazons deals...and a few other deals that I look for...HFT is one of my fun places to go....great deals...good warrantee...and people have been helpful that work at the store. ...Only went to this location or 1+ times or so...but it was a good experience. I guess I prefer this over large box stores in comparison as large hardware stores have more things...but in some ways what HFT has they have comparable selection regarding what they carry...some things ya may not be the best quality..but for the $ its usually good especially if its stuff that won't be used much...like say a generator...theres better quality elsewhere probably for some...but if not using it much maybe its a better value...depending on other stuff too. An other good example was a review where someone mentioned snap on tools...geat..but more difficult to find and availability...as well as pricey....and ya the other things too. I want one of the greenhouses and add stuff to make it more durable and more versatile...one day hopefully...or Ill build one without a package kit. ....I kinna rush with garden stuff though as its not like a house/shelter....they can be done with as little as a HFT tarp..etc...while a greenhouse that needs to be more permanent for me...at this time. anywayz thanks HFT ppl....& aliens!!

Called to get some information about a sensor reader and deserie was very rude when I was trying to ask a question and acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about until I explained and she then just dismissed me. I then tried asking for a district managers name and number to be told they couldn’t give that information and gave me a 1800 number so I called and had to wait for a call back that was fine but the guy that called me back was nice until he found out it was a complaint and his hole Demeanor changed and got rude as well so after I let him know what was happening he was not nice either as if I was the wrong when all I was doing was calling for a price check so when he was done talking down to me I said thank you but I know there will be nothing done because of the way you are speaking to me and your attitude change! Then he was rude so I said thank you I will go elsewhere and spend more money if needed . Is response was EXCUSE ME!!! So I told him to have a good day ! Moral of the story is that we all need help in our businesses does not mean that we need to treat the people that are trying to go with disrespect

I am pretty loose when it comes to 5 stars. Just some small simple procedures that I look for. You can make me laugh. Do a good deed. You can screw up royally and if you recover with ease, you get my five digit vote. Harbor gets 4... Only because the sales associate, when I asked if there was anything for free. Told me no if I didn't have a coupon... Now I know they're on my phone if I look them up. But that wasn't mentioned. And Harbor guy! I used to work for Freight Tools! That was a perk for just visiting our 2nd teer not so top of the line, but we have warranties for a few bucks more. So if it breaks while using it properly. You can return it for a new one, kind of establishment.... Boo, Harbor Guy... Booo! But I do like the store. Use it in almost every daily situation I get into. And the staff is 90% on point. You Sir, were not even sharp. More like a dull butter knife cutting into my med rare steak. And you failed to even try another run at it.... You guys get my drift.... I hope....

Contrary to what others say, this is a clean brand new fully stocked store. I went in with the intention of spending less than $10 And ended up spending $200. The manager was waking around the store greeting customers & employees stocking shelves inquired if customers were finding everything ok & pointing people in the right direction. The cashiers were friendly & didn't look or act like ex-cons as stated by another poster. In fact they helped get me signed up to receive the emails & flyers sent to my home. Of course this store has security. Most large stores in that area (Central Ave & Atrisco) do have security & the guard isn't staring at everyone like they're criminals, he's observing. That's his job. If people knew the area then they'd understand instead of making assumptions.

If it wasn't for the girl at the register with her great customer service this place would get one star because security follows you around like you're stealing when you're not the manager treats you like you're stealing when you have a receipt and clearly all the documentation to return an item and the lady acts like you're stealing and tries to give you your money back on a in-store credit card. Like if I pay for something with debit or cash and I want to return it I better get cash back or the money back on my card not in store credit the manager she's a female little overweight she's definitely noticeable and she's definitely disrespectful and not at all an asset to this business

I didn't think customer service was good at all. I had to go get my 20% off coupon from my vehicle. When I came back. Guy at register hag shut down. Had to get back in line at the end of line. When I got to check out. I had to show lady that it included a free flashlight. She then said she did not have any at the register. I had to go get it from the shelf myself. Then I came back and had to stand back at the end of the line again. And the first check out person was standing there shooting the bull with some other worker. No Bueno! I went to AutoZone this AM for other stuff. Prices were the same and service was excellent!

Well, other than right after a friend of mine and I walk in to the store and go to the safes, which are way in the back corner does it seem like every employee on duty and off (I say this because there were so many) come back to where we were shopping, (you know looking at prices picking up displays and checking if we really liked what we intended to buy), the crazy part is that they ask acted super busy with other tasks and not 1 employee greeted us or even asked if we're needed help. I mean what happened to customer service and not judging a book by its cover. The inventory is amazing but the staff are horrible.

I have been in the most appalling places in this town, particularly speaking of the numerous places I have been this week. This business being one of those places. HORRIBLE customer service, dispicable, biased and uneducated employees. Their return policy is outdated and illogically composed. They were offensive and assumptive to say the least. I'm NEVER going to subject myself to the racial/economical discrimination in this hardware store. Please let me know when you decide to better educate your staff regarding the difference between a theif and an elderly lady with dementia. REPULSIVE!

Never had this much rudeness from an employee at Harbor Freight. One giant line formed at register one. So one employee decided to call over only one person at a time. Which defeted the purpose of opening the line. No logic behind it. Instead, it could have got people going a bit quicker by splitting the line. Once I got into his line. He told me to go back. That he's calling over only one person at a time. I just asked why. And he was completely rude about it. I gotta say, this was a first. If needed, it was the Indian looking guy.

Well while waiting in line was slow I had three people in front ok iam patient until one customer no fault of his own had a wheelbarrow tire/rim to purchase the female cashier couldn't figure out the price, then a second and she couldn't figure out the price as well, now its nearly 10 minutes gone by, no other teller, then a 3 rd and couldn't figure out the. Incompetent cashiers unbelievable. Get more cashiers on the floor instead of you guys all in the office get out and get your customers taken care of for God sakes.

Best place for everything "DIY and Tools", plus many other hard-to-find-anywhere-else extras - example: get all your alkaline AA & AAA batteries here when their coupons come out = $7.99 for a pack of 24-30, but down to $4.99 with the periodic on-sale coupon. Be prepared for extra time getting checked out during peak times; usually 2 registers running with average 5-6+ people in each line. My go to place for everything for the yard/garage etc - been a customer since I frequented the one in Boise/Meridian Idaho.

Had a real difficult credit card transaction at the Harbor Freight- Central location today. Three of your employees really went the extra mile to get me taken care of and I appreciate the help that they provided. I wish I had taken down their names. Working on holidays are tough and it could have been a lot more frustrating but they kept their cool. Long time HF customer, but new to this location. My first impression:this location seems larger than either RRancho or NEHeights. Regardless, I was looking for several items that the other two were missing and it was a breath of fresh air to just walk in, get all the products I was looking for in one place. One last thing - to the HF staff at this location and all the others I have frequented over the years, thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

I went in buying tools required for a new apprentice program and job I'm starting and some of the items I had no idea what they were based on the name government, plus there were several small items to locate. Two employees Juju and Sabrina were fantastic in helping. Plus, they were super friendly. I never felt like a burden. Even when we both weren't sure what something was, they helped Google items to figure things out. Thanks again for your help and kindness.

Harbor freight is a good place to go for cheaper but still reasonable quality of tools and goods and some things you can't really find anywhere else, short of ordering it on Amazon. The staff at this location seem to pretty helpful. They didn't necessarily have everything I was looking for that day, but they were good about helping me find what they did have. Overall this seems like a good place to go for tools and supplies amongst some other in's and odds.

The store was busy and the employees were spread thin. When I got a guy to help me, he listened to exactly what I needed and found they had more stocked in the back. Since that was the last thing I was shopping for he told me to go get in line and delivered it to me there. That was super cool and he went out of his way. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Harbor Freight and the employees here maintain a great store. My new shop-vac works great!

Very well organized department. Lots to offer and looking around is easy you dont need ri seaech to hard the aisles listing are easy to find and hold true to them. However the cashier is not a welcoming person, she shows her frustration if she asks, "do you have a number with Harbor Freight?" and assumes your not gonna ask about it after she mentions it. She offers discount coupons after your purchase is done. She makes you think she has a quota to meet.

You can find almost any tool you are looking for. Really nice inside. Floors are clear and isles are wide. Shelves well stocked. Now the outside is a little different. At dusk it reminds me of the main movie characters racing to get home because the zombies, Dracula and other variety of monsters come out in the dark to demand money. Not the area businesses fault but omg the creatures that roam around the area at night...damnnnn.

Great place to get really inexpensive tools. I started working on a rockhounding project and didn’t know where to start so I went to harbor freight. I got what I thought I’d needed then went back about 3 times to finer tune the tools I actually needed. The return process was easy and it didn’t break the bank, now I am almost done with my first nodule and have to thank Harbor Freight for helping a novice like me!

I love harbor freightthey always have everything I need that I'm looking for and if they don't have it at the time they will make it a point to order it or make sure that it gets in their store. Prices are really good and the employees are very nice and management they are very courteous and nice also the harbor freight that we go to is the one on Central and Atrisco Southwest.

are not customer service friendly no more.. they monitor your location and treat you like a criminal as soon as entering building.. look at my criminal record up I've never been arrested for stealing, I'm a paying customer who is uncomfortable to criminal treatment.. very disappointed.. Tired of this harassment when I want to spend some money.. It's unreal and unbelievable.

I love Harbor Freight I think they got great staff really easy to find merchandise they're willing to help you and great deals super Drake you can't go wrong with that this is probably my favorite location as per it's got one of the biggest Force bases and widest variety of materials they also seem to have more in-stock here than other locations but still have a good amount

Like the store. HATE the customer base. Can’t even go in to grab a few things without the disgusting “men” that shop there harassing me. Very low class for the most part. Also when I was waiting in the line they decided to cut in front while the cashiers did nothing. Won’t be back again, strictly for how uncomfortable the environment was as a woman.

Without Harbor Freight Tools, I would not have the success I have accomplishing the goals of the projects that are set forth for me by my clients. I know when I go into Harbor freight then I am going to come out with the things I needed at a good price and I'll be able to get through the shopping, be checked out and down the road in a timely manner.

Super friendly staffs but their stock information is not accurate. I check if all the things are in stock before heading out and confirm everything that I'm gonna buy is in stock, neither out of stock nor limited stock with orange triangle. Once I get to there, however, they used to say some of them are out of stock or couldn't find it.

Horribly understaffed with no one available at all to help get anything off the floor for their display items. Finally found an employee who was able to “help”, went to the back and never came back to help me. You should not be running a hardware store with only two people working the entire store. Horrible experience to say the least

The staff answered 2 of my phone calls very professionally . It was clear that they wanted to assist me and went out of their way to find answers. When I went into the store the staff was equally professional. Well done Harbor Freight. As a side note. The small trailer that I purchased is incredible. Should have purchased it sooner.

Actually had some decent customer service. Not that I didn't expect it per se but I was VERY pleased that they took the time to go "look in back" for a sale item that was not on the shelf ( & I assumed was sold out). Took a few minutes but I left with the item at the advertised price on the last sale day!

Called in to ask if they had a particular item in and the lady whoever she was answered and said she couldn't look up an item in the system without me providing an SKU number. Come to find out called another store and they said that was not true they can look up the item without the customer providing it.

Like any Hobo freight, great for what they are. Was cannon balling a loaded 1980 box truck across the country and needed a tool I didn't bring to adjust something. The store was clean, had what I needed as usual, just had to dodge the Corona cough I was dealing with from the employee at the register...

Personally, I really like Harbor Freight, they have a lot of quality things for a really good price. Take for instance, thier floor Jack's & compare the prices with everyone else, it's actually shocking! I'll admit not everything is the best but if you look good they do have quality merchandise too!

I love harbor freight but their website sucks for keeping things in stock and or reporting when it's out of stock at stores. I should be able check the website and not with my gas because the clerks can't check if in stock! I should be able to make purchases these days without so much trouble

The staff working there are rude as hell!!! I know times are tough, and good employees are hard to find, but your store has scraped the bottom of the barrel. There is one overweight female who looks like she was just released from prison, who probably steals from the store, and she is rude!!!

The service is good, there typically is not a whole lot of people in there at one time, tops 25 or less including employees. The selection of tools is great you can find a variety but in some areas are lacking like screws and nails as an example. The supplies there are decent to good quality.

I love going into this store. There is so much to see. They carry just about all you could need and reasonably priced. Plus, they are always advertising sales and offer freebies, which is a nice little treat. It's great. I have a location right around the corner from me. It is so convenient.

Harbor Freight has really come a long way over the years. Some of their stuff is of lower quality, but it's priced accordingly. Other stuff is only a little more and is of GREAT quality. Their customer service is always very good, too. HF allows people to be productive and do more with less.

I am in love with this store. They have everything in stock and such a big selection. The employees are nice and helpful. I drive out of my way just to walk around this store and see what they have that's new. The website is also helpful to see what they have in stock and what's on special.

I love this store . I had been all over town looking for a tool bag for work. Craftsman is my preferred tool, but the bag they had didn't work for me. I walked into Harbor Freight and they had good assortment of them. I found the perfect one for me.

Good place overall. Lots of goodie to find here and most tools to get the job done. Some are cheap but some are well worth it. It's one of those store where "you never know what you can find" check for weekly sales and employees are usually cool

One a a few Harbor Freight stores in Albuquerque. This one was very easy to find. Lot security was visible. Store was clean and well stocked. Did not take long to find the items I was looking for. Checkout clerk was very nice and helpful.

Nice place! Very busy. Great prices. However, not all products are worth the cheaper prices. I bought a power washer from them one year. I also bought the one year warranty. My power washer broke the day after the warranty expired!

This is one of my best places to get tools at they’re cheap and not too expensive almost all their hand tools not including their power tools and stuff like that but all in all I like going there I got most of my tools from there

Great customer service. I came looking for a tool box today and the gentleman that helped me went out of his way to get me what i needed. They were short staffed on July 4th but still took care of everyone in a timely manor.

This is one of the better harbor freight locations I have been to. As always there usually short staffed, other than that I would have given a 5 star. The associates that are available are usually helpful and friendly.

Fairly priced items i try to stay away from cordless tools being cheaply made even if electric make sure to get a extended warranty on it to swap out with a new one. Everything as tools are not to bad for ur tool box.

Location was under restocking, but overall it had what I needed and at a decent price. The only problem was the bathrooms were security codded and people kept on knocking on the door while it was in use.

My boyfriend bought a tool set here to work on his car with, and the screwdrivers bent on his first time using them. Cheap tools and waste of money, but thanks to the nice cashier, he got his money back.

The staff was great. Was in and out. Got exactly the tool I needed (Impact Driver) and didn't have to pay to much. Glad that they now have 3 locations across town so you never have to go to far.

I've gotten many things here. They do sell some junk, but they sell many things at great prices! I bought lighting and hooks for my shed, and a sheetrock recently.
