Hi I just wanted to take the opportunity to write an honest & objective review on Harcourts in Northgate Adelaide. I don't know how they can afford bad business. I was looking for a rental, as you do and was told not to go through Harcourts Northgate, I was told that they weren't very good....well what does that even mean? I didn't believe what others were saying and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went to 2 different opens and Stacey seemed ok, a bit stand offish but ok, I did everything right and filled in my forms and then she said she will contact me in a few days time, well I never did get that phone call & then I saw that there was another lot of opens...that's when I decided on ringing her and asking her why she didn't call & why was it still advertised....anyways I went thru again and filled out forms etc...& Stacey again told me she'll call me in a few days. Which she never did. I rang her numerous times and she never returned my calls, NEVER...what kind of real estate agent would be like this...I thought...so unprofessional. People like that shouldn't be in the game, I waited 2 weeks of my life on her, & I'll never get that disappointing time back, & I was so upset that I didn't get the rental & I had to hear it from someone else.....if I could say one thing to Stacey Hunter it would be...We're all adults here and you can tell me bad news about me not getting that rental, I wasn't going to have a meltdown, I just needed to know so I could keep looking.....waiting for a phone call from you and me ringing and leaving messages was not the professional way of doing business. I am not maliscious but I did want to tell you to pull up your socks & think a bit more about a customers approach. And don't be lazy when you say you're going to do something just do it. Be someone who has integrity, do what you say you're gonna do & don't fluff around. I'm sorry if this drags on and it's annoying but I wanted to tell you the truth. Turn yourself around and your business will turn around & people will start to notice that you do go above and beyond. Believe me, good customer relations goes a looooong way. All the best. Anna

After 27 years of being a private landlord, and having had past disappointing and stressful experiences in trying to manage my own investment property (eg with terrible tenants), I handed over my investment property to Harcourts (Northgate, S.A). Reluctant at first, I can now say how very relieved and impressed I am at the amount of time and effort they have put in to finding a most suitable tenant and maintaining all the necessary paperwork and maintenance that is involved in rental properties. I am kept constantly updated with all reports and statements. I can highly recommend Harcourts to any landlords who are contemplating having an agent manage their property,

I was a tenant of Harcourts Elite for 2 years and had a very bad experience with them. They failed to communicate with me, and only ever sent communication to one of the tenants rather than both of us after asking them several times to communicate with us both. All I received were automated responses and none of my feedback was listened to. There is little communication within their team, as I was told different things by different employees in their team on several occasions. I felt that they were unprofessional to deal with and I will not be using them for any of my future property transactions due to this extremely negative experience with them.

After 2 years with this agency we were treated in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way with No regard for their clients whatsoever. No communication or help with receiving your bond refund took well over 4 months more then 2 weeks to even get a response sometimes. After contacting the company regarding our issues and delivering feedback I was only responded to with an automated email not addressing or caring about of my concerns, just shows what their clients mean to this company. The worse agency I have ever dealt with and they should not be allowed to get away with treating their customers this way!

The team at Harcourts Elite are a highly professional, responsive and knowledgeable outfit, and always a pleasure to deal with. Our calls and correspondence are always responded to quickly and no questions are left unanswered. Everyone is approachable, flexible and and able to think outside the box to problem solve which makes for a successful business and a great experience as a trade professional working alongside property managers to provide exceptional service. We know we can rely on Harcourts Elite when maintenance requests are forwarded that they will be handled with precision and professionalism.

The staff there are simply exceptional. So knowledgable, considerate and fair at all times. They go above and beyond to do right by their tenants, way beyond what any other agents would do. They made a very difficult process much easier through their knowledge of their fields and their empathy. Heather and Sonia in particular are an absolute credit to their profession. I have never given a real estate agency a five star rating, but these people deserve it. I would recommend Harcourts Northgate to anyone!

I moved in the house 25/09/022 and needed to move out early and there was no problem in that as well, property management is the best of all so far I dealt with specifically Zeynep Kazemi, always quickest to response, jacky Dutton is the other person who always helped me with everything and whenever I needed, I definitely would recommend everyone, can trust harcourt elites for your housing and property management needs, thanks Harcourt Elites from core of my heart

Harcourts Elite were fantastic with helping us get in to our very first rental, gave us tips if we had forgotten anything and were overall really easy and nice to work with. They amazingly helped us break our lease due to financial struggles and didn’t make us feel like we failed or anything. Forever greatful they were able to help us with everything we needed. Jacqui gave us unconditional support throughout our hardships and always made time for us. Would highly recommend them!!☺️

I bought a house from Mark Kiernan Harcourts in 2017 and left with 3 strong opinions of him. 1: He's probably the rudest real estate agent I've ever spoken to or dealt with in my life. 2: He has an outstanding knowledge of Northgate and surrounding suburbs. 3: When the time comes, if ever, I will not be selling my house through him and his team. I'd rather someone who's more approachable to potential buyers.
