As a company wich sells expensive bottles of whisky, you may expect they ship there bottles with inshurance. Well they dont, the day i have got 2 packages, 1 from Auction House with DHL and 1 from HTFW with DPD. Both couries made the decission to put both bottles in the front door outside with no security. They dont have premission to do that and 500 meters away from my house was a depot. Both packages has been lost/stolen, DHL asked me to make a regristration at the police station, so i did, DPD asked me to fill in a form so i did. The auction house with DHL have taken full responsability, however HTFW and DPD not! HTFW must take a shame of therself by not helping there customers!

The most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced。 when I had a problem they responded to me immediately and without me even having to ask for them to assist me they acted on their own and took care of the problem without any hesitation and with the most absolute politeness. I have never been more satisfied with the company not only that but they also had the knowledge to back up their information for any questions that I had and answered everything I asked with the upmost politeness. Plus their products are top notch and very reasonably price and they have things that I have had a very hard time finding on my own I would definitely recommend 10/19

If you love Whisky you need to visit HTF Whisky in Birmingham. It's ideally located just outside of the city centre in the jewellery quarter. We found the team there instead helpful, really friendly and more than willing to offer a sample.... Or 3!! Of some of the amazing whiskies in the shop! Whether you want a bottle of great value scotch, bourbon or a collectors bottle worth £10k... Then this is the place. Really interesting, they often run events, massive selection and they offer mail order so if you leave and decide you really want that prize bottle.. just get it ordered! I can vouch for both shop and online service, always spot on!

Left very disappointed. Ordered a whiskey advent calendar, specifically wanted the 1st edition. Was sent the 2nd, different colour and different glasses to what I expected. Called to query. Response was they don't have it in stock anymore, surely I should have been advised when the order was placed or in fact when Justin emailed me to say I still had the item left in my basket.it still shows as avaliable on your website and Amazon site. Resolution offered: "we can refund your postage or just get it collected " such a shame as I had been told good things about this company. I Sall not be using again

I ordered online and had it shipped to the US. Their website is super easy to navigate. Took me just a couple minutes to find what I was looking for. They have a huge variety and images of their products. Customer experience via email is prompt and courteous. They wrapped my bottle up in thick quality bubble wrap, all perfectly snug and air tight in the box. We will certainly be ordering from there again. Also cant wait to visit this store during travels. Looking forward to their in house customer experience.

What an excellent business which has very knowledgeable staff. I really appreciated the education that they gave this novice concerning the different types of Whiskey along with where they are made. The name says it all. If you are an avid collector or just like fine and rare whiskey, this place would be considered as one of the 7 wonders of the world. They have bottles that you can't find anywhere else. From $50 bottles, hard to find Pappy Van Winkle collections to the holy grail $300,000 Macallan 50 . This place has it all. Staff were very courteous and helpful. It's definitely worth the visit !!

Absolutely 1st class selection of whisk(e)y, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, it's hard to imagine there's a better place to buy those hard to find drams. Went to a Waterford Distillery tasting night, and it was a great experience all round. Who knew there was a terroir of barley? A must visit for any fan of the water of life, a dram to suit every budget. 10/10

So disappointed had other valuations in excess of £3000. Thought I’d try these toget a low ball offer of £1500 for 7 bottles of Midleton Irish rare whiskey dated 2013 through to 2019 knowing they’d sell at least 3-4 of these at £1000 plus each bottle. Very disappointing indeed. Wouldn’t even waste yr time having these buy yr whiskey or valuing it

Very easy to describe. If you are looking for a rare whisky, you are a devoted serious collector of one particular brand, like I have been for decades and you want your bottles to be in perfect condition, HTFW is my only choice. They have the inventory, very competitive prices and the customer service is perfect!

Found HTFW through google search and have not been disappointed with my order! Bottles came well protected and packaged, boxes neatly folded inside. I ordered 2 whiskeys for personal use (gifts) and love them. Delivery time was excellent, communication great and will definitely order from here again!

The staff at this shop are fantastic and friendly. When we went in we had a nice time browsing and purchasing.However when we had a problem with our purchase it was rectified immediately without hesitation. Purchase a Cibi Double Blade Runner glass via Amazon. The glass cracked in the sink after the second use; the sink is a plastic composite and no other glasses suffered the same issue. This glass was NOT crystal as advertised.

I have ordered from HTFW a number of times. Good range and prices. Shipping is fast. I’ve had a couple of problems, missing & broken bottle. Both solved very quickly. Great customer focus and I’ll continue to use regularly.

As the name suggests the collection of whiskey here is absolutely fantastic! They let you try out some of the whiskey and are quite knowledgeable about the whiskey! Great place for some rare whiskeys and conversations.

Great, I've been missing out on this place for years. Reasonable prices (for the stuff not in the cabinets) and good selection of whiskey and rum. I got a couple of bottles here that you usually have to get online.

Using DPD has destroyed my opinion of this company. They seem to work in tandem to deny you decent customer service. Waited in all day for a delivery that never happened and everybody had washed their hands of it.

Great in store service. If you live locally, and see something on their website, worth ringing up and checking they have it in stock, if they don't they will happily go to the warehouse and get it for you.

What a wonderful emporium full of whiskey! They do whiskey tasting sessions (for a charge). Whether you collect whiskey or want a special bottle to give as a present, it's an excellent place to visit.
