TRAVELER'S BEWARE----DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! THE DAY WHEN I CHECKED OUT WAS THE BEST TIME I HAD. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A HARRAH'S HOTEL AGAIN. The ONLY FRIENDLY PERSONAL I SPOKE TO WAS THE DAY AFTER I CHECKED OUT AND SHE WORKED IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. SHAMEFUL!!! It started the moment I checked in. The receptionist was rude. We went round and round for LITERALLY 4 minutes with spelling my last name. She kept interrupting me, stating, "I don't need you to spell out your last name. Just give me the first three letters." She states, "We don't have you registered." FINALLY, I said enough, and I wrote down my last name. She had the nerve to say, "Oh, I was spelling it wrong." I said many people misspell my name, that's why I kept trying to spell my name out. If you had stopped insisting on just the first 3 letters and being rude, all of this could have been avoided. No apology, just standing there looking like so what. I just shook my head and prayed that her unfriendly demeanor would change for the next guest. "Pray that God will make her aware of her sinful behavior and change her by giving her a new heart and put a new spirit in her; I pray God will remove from her heart of stone and give her a heart of flesh" Ezekiel 36:26. I was on the 22nd floor and told if I wanted anything to do with my room, I had to come down to the registion desk and personally request it. I stayed at the hotel for 6 miserable days. On the 5th day, I saw someone from housekeeping and asked for ONE roll of toilet tissue. She makes the comment, "Let me see, oh you're in luck." For the price I paid for the room, I expected a microwave and pool. But it was worse than that because there were no clocks in the room. If you need to speak to the front desk, it is impossible. Why? Because you are routed to the 1(800) operator for ALL of the Harrah's Hotels. I should be able to pick up the room phone and be able to call down to the front desk. Finally, I can not understand why I have to spend cash in the casino for 30 minutes each day in order to get free parking. I DO NOT GAMBLE. Harrah's Hotel accepted cash in the casino but REFUSED to accept cash to pay for my room when I checked in.

Expensive motel 6 with slot machines. Save your money and spend it at a real hotel that knows service and luxory. The hotel is dirty, bug infested, and smells horrible. First day there we stepped out of the elevator and were greeted by a giant dead roach on the floor. It smelled like a septic tank backed up (smell never really got better over our 4 day stay). Staff were completely uncaring and gave no indication that they cared at all about guests. We had to call the front desk a couple of times and both it rang and rang with no answer. Immediately called back and finally got someone to answer, but the attitude was almost pissed we were bothering them. We looked at 5 different levels, all had filthy rugs. Our room was dirty, furniture was stained. It was mid summer, and the room never really cooled off no matter what the thermostat was set to. Shower had mold and mildew, floor was disgusting, fan covered in thick dust. The casino was constantly warm, and machines never received any visible cleaning. I moved to the high limit slot area to play (no one else was there) and had to search for an attendant to ask a question. I was greeted with a very terse "I ain't wiping anything down for you" before my question even came out. All I needed was to know to change the bet on the machine. It wasn't working for me. Not a good look, Harrahs. Worst was the complete and total lack of winning. Not just me after spending plenty trying. Lap after lap, no one cheering or even really smiling. The tightest slots I have ever seen. Four days of this. Go somewhere else. Louisiana has plenty of Casinos. All in all, not at all worth the money to stay or play. Unnecessarily expensive. Horrible experience. Terrible rooms. Ceasers needs to step up their game here, desperately.

Dirty. Dated. Terrible lighting. Not nearly enough working outlets for today's tech heavy society.
Safety
I wouldn't go outside the hotel lobby after dark. Little to no security. Hotel sits in what appears to be a very bad section of town.
Walkability
Not close enough to the quarter for tourists to comfortably walk. Especially in the summer heat and humidity.

Three reasons while I’ll never stay there again 1-Your front desk staff is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious 2-Your valet leaves bags unattended and unsecured in an open lobby for hours 3-You have the FILTHIEST (BLACK MOLD) bathrooms I ever seen at any hotel in my 60 years. You are a third rate hotel. A dump! We arrived and found ourselves in line behind one lady, who was arguing with your desk clerk about a room. Your front desk clerk got rather rude and obnoxious with the guest, I don’t blame her on one hand, but you might want to teach your front desk people some de-escalation techniques and some better customer service skills. This went on for about 10 or 15 minutes and with no sight in end, I asked the clerk if there was somebody else that could help us check in? Well that just set the clerks attitude off and she told me you can just wait your turn! It didn’t get any better after that. My Thought in asking the clerk was maybe the person ahead of me would see that there were other people in line and calm down or maybe step out of the way. I don’t know why the clerk didn’t call a manager to help her with the situation. When it finally got to be my turn to check in, I got the full wrath and full attitude from your desk clerk. She was blunt. She was rude, and she was obnoxious. I even tried to explain to her why I intervened, and she wouldn't listen. Your clerk doesn’t have the professional demeaning or attitude required of her position. Your valet took our bags and basically just placed them right in the lobby where anybody could get to them so we had to ask if they could at least be taken behind the desk. At that point we saw some other people come out but nobody attempted to help anybody in line Your front desk Customer service is about half of the star.

Shortage of clean towels. …. We checked in at 8:00 pm and did not have one single towel. When we checked in there was only one person working and a long line waiting to check in. Once we got to our hotel room and wanted to shower after a long days drive, we realized we didn’t have ANY towels. So, I had to go back downstairs and stand in line another 20 minutes just to ask for towels. They said they were short staffed and still doing laundry. As of 9:30 pm no towels still, not even a hand towel to dry my hands off. I would have been content with just a wash cloth and towel. We finally got a couple around 10:30. The Sunday night staff was rude including the bell hop. Guess they had a crappie day and didn’t want to be there. The next day was better….we got towels for each person in our room and the front desk staff was nicer.: ) I just can’t believe a hotel would not have towels:) makes you wonder if the bedding was clean. The hotel room are surface clean, but the doors, coffee maker, lamps, and vents are covered in thick layers of dust. You can definitely tell they need to be cleaned better and also update the hotel. A casino makes and charges a lot of money so I just expected better quality. Not sure why it has gone downhill compared to other visits I have had there. Made me not want to gamble there especially with all the casino construction going on. The AC in the casino was not working. I was hot and the poor staff were sweating too. The total rewards staff said they would have loved a generator /fan too:). I thought it was just me having hot flashes but she said it was miserable for her too. She said it was due to the construction.

Harrah's New Orleans is a decent place to stay at while in New Orleans. For the most part, I enjoyed my 4-night conference stay there - the room I received was clean and modern, I liked the layout, and the space was quiet. I actually liked the layout and cleanliness of the Orleans better than the Hilton, which I had to stay at for a single night. However, the room wasn't perfect and there are few details that others may not like. The television is small and the remote I received was very finicky. I also could not check out via tv. I did not use room service, but if you like daily house cleaning, you will NOT get it unless requested. The internet to the room, air conditioning, and plumbing worked just fine, however if you go in the summer months, the cold water may run quite warm. The warm water out of cold faucet happened at the Hilton also, so I don't think it's an isolated thing. The hotel seems understaffed, and I was astounded to find only one bellhop, one valet, and one front desk person (at most two) working at a time, most of the days I was there. When checking in and out, be prepared for a wait. I never saw a person for housekeeping the entire stay. As for staff personality - it varies. Most staff were quiet and not chatty, but professional and polite. The staff I dreaded interacting with the most were the front desk staff - they are knowledgeable, but some can be very bossy when they really don't need to be. The hotel is within walking distance of a good number of restaurants and sights, and it was very convenient getting around. I cannot comment about the casino as I didn't visit. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and one I'd stay at again when in the New Orleans area.

From the reviews, I expected so much more, but with everything, it was hit and miss for my personal liking. Only 2 elevators were working out of the 5. Apparently, the hotel switch elevator companies and the new company are not the best. Our couch in the room had a stain that was ungodly. There was a ripped carpet in the room. The bathroom was amazing. The layout was perfect minus the coffee machine being in there. The casino was very nice. There are a lot of options to play. Here's where it gets tricky. We personally called for room service. We were told it would be after 3 pm. We informed them it was only one bed, and we had taken the linen off so they would know which one. We leave the facility and return back about 5:45. We called again, and the representative said she would have it assigned. 6:40 still no linen. I called again. The representative at the desk said it had We refused service at the 3pm mark and the 5:45 mark. So floor 24 has a room service ghost. It will decline your services you personally call for multiple times. Eventually, you will get linens dropped off at the door for you to put on. Same experience for ordering towels. However, the towels never arrived. On our last day, the water was scorching hot. It was impossible to take a shower. It literally felt like you were burning. There was absolutely no cold water mixing. It was pure fire.

The room was nice and overlooked the river. But you have to go to the desk to ask for room service, despite there being a light on the outside of the door to indicate you would like room service. If you’re still here reading this, buckle up for the casino review. The casino staff is incredibly rude and dismissive and it’s like they hate their patrons. I don’t know what happened to the staff that they think they can act as awful to customers as they want, but it felt so awful. I have extremely low requirements to make me happy, but if you cop attitude just for having to check ID at the door(I didn’t make the rules), take 30 minutes to come help when the machine breaks and eats my money, and then throw so much attitude that you have to do the task assigned to you that I feel the need to tell someone about it, that’s awful and you should get a job doing something that doesn’t involve interacting with people. When we escalated the issue to a manager, their response was “what you want ME to do about it?”. We were left feeling unwelcome and unhappy. Doubtful that we will be back here again. We are Caesar’s rewards members and thought it would be a fun trip. We thought so so so wrong.

Edit: After informing the front desk at check out of the many issues I had, the room cost was lowered to a little under half of what I reserved it for. I give them credit for that. I still think the casino and hotel need to improve upon many things before you choose to give them your money. DO NOT STAY HERE! I REPEAT: DO NOT STAY HERE! Such a rip off! Over $340 a night and no hot water most days. No room cleaning. The limits in the casino are very high and they do not pay. The bartender at the bar straight up told me he wouldn’t make me an Old Fashioned because it was too hard, then charged me for my drink because I didn’t use my players card. I could barely believe it. Please do not give this hotel or casino your money. They do not care about customer service at any level, hotel or casino. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t clean them when you’re there. You can hear what’s going on in the hallway. The sheets are ancient and must be replaced entirely.
Safety
Anyone can come up to your floor. There’s a spot to scan your hotel room card in the elevator, but it doesn’t work. In such a sketchy place, that’s terrifying.
Food & drinks
Overpriced or non-existent.
Noteworthy details
Terrible customer service, literally not even the amenities you’d get at a motel.

Casino and hotel are in their final year of existence and it's showing. They are building a Caesars here (new hotel tower is going up, tons of construction) and this place has been left to anguish. About 1/3rd of the casino is gone and covered up by giant black garbage bags. Tons of machines are out of service and things are dilapidated. A few years ago I stayed here, saw the hotel room and was pleasantly surprised. Today that same room is in very rough shape. Reminds of of Bally's Atlantic City before they sold it off - if you know, you know. I have stayed at tons of Caesars properties all over the country for many years. This one should be avoided, at least until they finish building the new casino. I felt a bit hoodwinked having stayed here, it's VERY clear Harrah's is on her death bed and won't get any love or attention since a new casino is a year away. Slots were a bit tight (they always are in the cities) and while everyone at the hotel was extremely pleasant and professional, small things like coming back to a room that hasn't been turned over despite asking are typical. Sadly I can't say I'd recommend going unless you want to pay your respects to the property before it is gone.

The location is good for walkability for every known street/haunt/landmark you may want to visit. There is a Ruth Chris onsite that seems to turn into a nightclub after a certain time... The casino is not connected to the hotel but the pathway to the casino is nice. The room is spacious but disgusting. There are unknown substances on the walls, floorboards, floors, bedskirts, benches, and mildew in the shower. The vanity mirror does not work. It seems like the housekeeping may not do anything other than change the linen (hopefully). I would have said something to the frontdesk had I noticed these things prior to us unpacking eveything. I expected more of a Harrah's property as the conditions have been much better in Laughlin, Phoenix, and Kansas City. There was no acknowledgement upon check in about us celebrating our 24th anniversary. The room also had double beds as opposed to 1 bed...for an anniversary??? The reason was all communicated with our host who set this trip up for us. We are seven star members and just very shocked at the room we were put in. Besides that, no person should be in a room like this. Harrahs New Orleans should be embarrassed of the conditions.

Location is the only thing this place has going for it. I don't know if it's the construction or neglect or both but literally half of every machine is broken, craps is $25 all day and bj usually is, too. Don't even get me started on the player experience manager, he can't manage his own slots nonetheless an entire casino floor of missed rewards. The room was dirty and old, the tiles in our bath were gross. The one day we asked for maid service it never came. We arrived at 2p and I was told over the phone early check in wouldn't be an issue but we didn't get the keys until 2.5 hours later. The only restaurant in the property that's worth a damn is Ruth's Chris. The others, well without naming names we sat outside at one for twenty minutes without a waiter acknowledging us and it's self seating. Then another restaurant on the property the bartender and the busboy got into such a big argument the police were called. Pretty much just stay away from this place at all costs... It might say Caesars rewards but it's more like a sawdust joint in Vegas. I've had better service at the El Cortez for crying out loud

Located on Poydras Street, the hotel is in walking distance of Bourbon Street, which is great. However, that's all. I stayed here for business, because it was the only venue with vacancy's. I see why!! The front door attending staff are great. They are extremely friendly and welcoming, that's where it stops. Once you get inside the desk staff always seem annoyed. Rooms are adequate, but in need of some cleaning and TLC. Bathroom vent was caked with dust. Given the hot climate, your options for getting water-- drink from the bathroom, because there are no water stations to be found. The soda vending machines are from the early 00's -- good luck hoping there is soda in there. It seems as though the property is being neglected for something else. Not happy at all.

Harrah's is beautiful inside, very quiet in the rooms, and convenient to the waterfront and the French Quarter. We got around via Uber. The rooms themselves were clean but worn, and could use an updating, especially the carpets and curtains. The casino is across the street, but connected via a weird tunnel if you don't want to go outside. There are plenty of restaurants in Harrah's block and I highly recommend Ernst's. We also ate at Grand Isle and Bobby Flay's in that direct vicinity; all were good. The pictures were taken from the hotel room, with a good view of the mighty Mississippi river. We saw a Carnival cruise ship, and a steamboat all lit up at night.

Nice place to go have fun and gamble a little. I guess it's being expanded because more game rooms were added. The service is kind of hard being that the ladies and gents have too many other places to take care of and too much running around trying to have everyone satisfied with service. All in all, I give the casino a 10 out of 10.

The room is solid and the location is fine. What irks me is the customer service here. Receptionist? Full of attitude. The concierge? Not very good at their job. Do they offer any free play to loyal patrons? Nope. I have several work trips in the area over the next few months and was eager to develop a consistent stay here, but it's clear they don't value a patron. Edit- I emailed my complaints to corporate and I am hopeful that someone assists. 2nd edit- Still nothing from corporate about the photos and issues I brought to their attention. I have also discovered there are no washers or dryers on the properties. If you want to do laundry, Harrah's wants you to carry your dirty laundry a mile through bourbon street or pay a taxi. This property continues to amaze me with how poorly they handle the customer experience.

This was my second Time to stay at Harris in New Orleans, but it will be my last time there. The rooms was great. The safe was not available there was no hot water or water in the room to drink. We went downstairs to report it. The lady said she’ll send someone up there to fix it but no one never came up There’s nothing but hotdogs, hamburgers, and pizza that’s been out all day to eat , The machines were so tat you was not going to win anything . looks like they would want you to win a little something to keep you coming back, but I was so disappointed in this hotel this time I have a players card but when I put my card in it seems like I just lost all my money. I did better by not putting the card in. I am very Disappointing, New Orleans

Front desk reception acted bothered that someone was approaching them at check in and anytime we went to ask a question. Stayed three nights and room was never cleaned. Housekeeping came in and stripped all the bedding and never replaced it, leaving us with no bedding to sleep on our last night. After calling multiple times for bedding, we received sets of sheets and made our own beds an hour later. You can tell some of the staff is really trying to make up for the terrible way this hotel is run, but honestly would never recommend staying here.

Came here from far ETX. I have been a caesars member for quite some time, a Diamond Plus kinda spender. I was not aware that this place was still under construction! (That info would've been nice) Spent a few hundred in the casino, as my wife and I normally do. Moldy smell all throughout the casino. Truck was damaged (brand spanking new) while valeted. Long story short, rooms were AWESOME, casino was not. Some staff were great, some not so much. Hey, Horseshoe in Bossier City, LA....teach these guys how to run a casino!

A great location adjacent to the French quarter. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the lobby area is spotless and they have an underground walkway between the hotel and a casino with escalators and shops. The room itself is spotlessly clean, and has full amenities, including a refrigerator and coffee bar area with a K-Cup coffee brewer. I was disappointed to see no microwave. I have to say the furniture in this suite is fairly uncomfortable to sit on. In fact I don't think I've ever sat in hotel furniture so rock hard in my life. It is a very large room with vaulted ceilings even and a marble floored giant entry hallway that seems like wasted space, but it does add to the overall feeling of being pampered.

Very old players portal on machines, drink service is horrible if you see anyone, and machines are know for being tight. I'd skip this casino all day long as there are much better options in the state. Casino recently set limits on Grand jackpots to make the payouts eve lower then before. Too bad they had to do this in a great city but when your the only competition in town a business will often think they are too big to fail..... Until they do fail from their own incompetent choices.

Have always loved this casino but we won't be coming back until they finish the renovations. We've been 3 times since they started work and now they've taken so many of the old school style slots out for construction to where there's only a handful of $1 slots in only 1 area to play. So finding one of those machines is almost impossible, especially when people feel they own and can hold a machine up even when they aren't playing. We're hoping they bring them back after completion so we can continue visiting one of our favorite casinos. Progress of what has been completed looks great though! Excited to see the finished product and leave a updated review.

I have been here several times over the years ever since it was built. It is not what it used to be. This place is a dump with some new paint being applied. Construction/ remodeling is taking forever. Half the mostly dated casino games are broken, dont work properly, or not even plugged in. The chairs are horribly uncomfortable. Only a handful of tables open, no matter the time of day. The only positive I can say about this is every single staff member I had an interaction with was pleasant and/or helpful; which was at both rewards desks, the craps tables, the cashier cage and valet. Never again will I travel out of my way to play here.

My husband and I used to be 7 star players there and fly in almost every weekend, limo service, etc. Unfortunately our host left. Since then things have gone terrible. My husband flew in for a weekend and his flight was delayed. They called me to make sure he was still coming. Despite the fact that I confirmed and they said they’d save his room and he had a reservation, they did not have a room again. No apologies and staff including management was very rude to him. He would not have flown in if they had simply told us they wouldn’t have a room for him. The situation would’ve been made right if they had just been apologetic or nice about it. Respect goes a long way. Unfortunately we will never be back.

Came on my Caesars get away “7 Stars” I’m really not impressed. Rooms are ok nothing like you’d expect if you’ve been to Vegas. The views are either the parking garage or the Mississippi River. Thank god we got the river view on the 24th floor. Ordered room service and it never came lol. Gaming here in NOLA is “TIGHT!!!!” Last night went to emeralds brasserie …. Not impressed for a $63 steak that was raw. Although it was tasty with the gravy. Here’s the best part the view. Looking forward to jumping on my free cruise on Sunday on Norwegian to Belize and Honduras

We checked in at 4:30, only 2 face towels and one big towel in a double queen room for four adults. Called for more towels as we wanted to shower after the drive, was told they were behind (attitude). Long story short we didn’t get towels until 10:00 that night! Same thing happened the next day, called for towels and it took at least 6 hours and me calling 4-5 times for them! The bed linen was also dirty upon arrival. There’s dust everywhere, it looks like they literally change the linen, add towels, and bam the room is ready for the next guest! Y’all really need to do better!

The rooms are nice but service is severely lacking. We asked about food and was told one burger joint as a suggestion. Asked for a phone charger and was told they couldn't help, was given wrong directions to a bodega. I left property in the room and when I called back to retrieve the the property I was given a phone number to security where they hung up on me then when I called back they repeatedly picked up the phone and placed me on hold without even a greeting and while on hold to that phone number it promptly disconnects. Long, long, LONG lines to cash out your ticket, always. As you can see from the other reviews, this is a long-running issue, as most of the cash machines are out of service. Doesn't look like fixing this issue is a priority for the casino. It's almost like they want to make it harder for the few lucky gamblers to come out ahead. "You can wait in line for up to a half hour, or you can gamble some more and hopefully lose!" EDIT: Forgot to mention, good luck getting a "complimentary" drink. On three different nights, I tried ordering a drink from the slot machines I was at, and each time I waited 20+ minutes without ever getting a drink.

We only stayed 1 night because we are going on a cruise BUT we loved every minute of our stay. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate. I won some money, got a handpay jackpot. We like it here better than Vegas. We will most definitely be back.

An issue with my room being clean and communicated to front desk. I waited in line 3 different times because housekeeping told me room was clean but front desk couldn't not let me in the room until cleaning was entered in computer.. I think when you have checked in and are just waiting for keys, front desk should have a line designated for keys to be issued which would have made the line move faster. Especially on weekends and holidays. Thanks for the awesome view of the river!!

Very disappointed in this hotel for many reasons. Over priced and dated. Mold in shower. No place to eat unless you want a hot dog or hamburger. Sports book bar has no food and drinks are extremely expensive even if your playing the video slot at bar. No water bottles in room, which most hotels give. Will never stay here again....many nicer hotels across the street for same amount or cheaper.....PLEASE check those out before choosing this one. You have to cross over for casino where ever you stay. The casino is extremely tight.

The sounds of water pipes making crazy noises woke us up almost every night. Talked to management but this problem is probably not correctable over night. Seems it happens all over from talking with other guests. All the employees were nice though. Room service very friendly. Everything just looks beat up a bit. Our sheets were frayed and had a hole in a few spots. Good area, not a far walk to bourbon st. Bobby's burgers isn't all that good, the pizza place in the casino was great. Safe in my room was appreciated for valuables.

Horrible service!!! We called to let them know our train was going to be late and they gave the room we paid for view and all away! We got put in a queen room we paid for a king. The tub had pubic hairs in it. The lamp doesn't work. No TV remote and we have had to call 3 times about this. We will definitely not be staying here again. I just hope we get our money we paid for the king river view we didn't get. Nobody cares here at all. This is our anniversary trip and it's not a good start. Shame on you Harrahs.

I won't go into details but if you're a 7 Star member, you'll be HIGHLY disappointed. No lounge, no perks, nothing. They dont even have a pool. Kids arnt allowed in the Casino area at all which includes all the restaurants inside. The host will tell you NOLA is a high volume destination.. Translation: Be honored and appreciative that you're in NOLA and your 10k a night means nothing. Atlantic City is WAY better if you want to be treated with a little more gratitude from an establishment. Disappointing..

I usually have a great experience at Harrahs New Orleans but not this time I was visiting with friends and first they jacked up all the prices for Essence rooms were 719 dollars a night with players rewards...horrible .Last My phone was stolen and nobody in upper management gave any concern the head of security was horrible with an attitude his name was Charles Goldman . I am a heavy gambler but not sure I want to go here anymore. Not to mention they are under construction .

You pay for the location, because the rooms and the hotel otherwise is not worth it. The staff at the front desk were helpful, special mention to Mark who did a splendid job at running the day to day operations. Rooms need basic upgrades, they are rather outdated for the brand value they carry. Some parts of the casino were under construction. PS- if you play at the casino for 30 mins you can avail free parking at their parking garage.

We visited during essence weekend so we expected a crowd. However, we also expected the hotel and casino would be prepared for the uptick in traffic. We were trapped in the garage for over an hour when trying to leave because Harrahs didn’t arrange for anyone to direct traffic. It was so bad that a non employee got out of his car to help move traffic along.

Had a chicken sandwich from Bobby Flay's and french fries with cheese and bacon that were absolutely delicious. Was just a short distance from the Hilton where we were staying so it was convenient. I'd give this a 0. It was so filthy and had to practically beg to get housekeeping to do our room. After 2 days of no housekeeping I called corporate and got results right away. It was exasperating to say the least. Hopefully their new building will be better. I will never go back there. Vegas here we come from now on Also there was a piece of metal sticking out of the mattress. They eventually brought a new one the day before we left. Never again.

We had trouble getting a stopper for the tub and when I called down they treated me like I was stupid and I DON’T appreciate that at all!! I will most likely no ever stay there again bc that’s not excepted. We think we left a piece of luggage and I was on hold for 37 minutes and when she finally picked up she told me I was at lunch if she was at lunch why not just take my number and call me back?! I just don’t like being treated in that manner.

This is only a review of the casino. I wouldn't waste your time here. Not only did I hardly hear any wins around me but customer service was nonexistent. Every employee I spoke to didn't want to be bothered. Also, good luck getting even a glass of water. People are playing $100s of dollars at a time and the casino can't even give out water or soda?! You have to order a drink on the slot machine and wait for it never to come. My advice is to skip this casino.

  • Debora Dyess

The room was dirty. Had crumbs on the ottoman and something splashed on wall. There was no cold water, went to take a shower and it was scalding hot. Ran a tub of water and had to let it sit for hours to cool off. The hair dryer had a short in the cord, so it cut off and on while blowing out my hair. Not worth the money paid to stay here.
