Visited on the am of 6/2/23 shop was neat & tidy and well stocked. However floor staff very uninterested in customers, too busy talking to each other . After standing waiting for a few a minutes, even after looking at me I was still ignored so I put the goods down I was interested in enquiring about and left the store I refuse to buy any thing from staff that show a blatant disregard for their customers..

Had a stressful time at the checkout with a staff member who's English was very limited and obviously needs a lot more training - a disappointing experience which has never happened before - maybe someone helping her until she really knows the ropes would help

Good sale but the security detail that followed me around for my entire shop wasn’t really needed. Especially when I paid in cash - no after pay needed …
