Reasonable size store but there's always a lack of stock, often never half the items in the catalogue sales are on the shelf. Can have great specials on some quality items though so we do keep it eyes it for a bargain. Just have to hope that it's in stock, because if you can find it yourself, there's rarely enough staff to be able to assist.

Lots of 'Made in China' knock-offs available at prices you'd expect in this generic fall-apart-tomorrow tat franchise. Staff live up to its dollar-store reputation; when I returned an advert-laden receipt I had no use for for instance, one told me I had to take it to leave, and I could use it as toilet paper for all she cared.

On sunday dec 16 at noarlunga store we received exeptional customer service from symon. He was so friendly and happy to help us. He was very knowledgeable helping us in homewares and manchester. A very nice young man!!! Also the girls on the checkouts also nice and friendly. A overall great experience. Merry xmas !!!!!!

Even though the most recent experience was online, I've enjoyed the previous visits to the Noarlunga shop. But most recently I purchased a product online without signing in for friends discount and they cancelled my order so I could repurchase at lower price. Will continue to buy from them for any kitchen needs

Sales and discounted items homegoods are always good quality. Not my regular for clothing though - their women's ranges are pretty ordinary and I wouldn't even dress my elderly mother in some of their styles. BUT their home items are good if you're looking for something upmarket at a value for money price

they are jeans on special that's why I went there unfortunately they don't have them in shorts almost no shop does there about 11 feet long and you got a hacker great bit off the bottom why they don't cater for short legged people is beyond me it's still a good shop and the staff are very very friendly.

The sale items are of particular interest as they save me 40% + off rrp on many items. E.G. Recently purchased a Smith and Noble 12lt Airfryer Rotisserie Oven whichever $179, which had a normal price of $499. Have bought great quality bedding at great prices too.

I had a good time wondering about- and ended up buying a whole lot of things from shoes to hair tools and bedding. I probably have saved myself double what I paid and am very happy with the indoor cleanliness and the help of the lovely assistant who offered me.

I don't even know if the staff were aware that I'd walked into the store. I couldn't see a staff member on the floor anywhere. I wasn't acknowledged or even greeted and for a supposedly quality store, it felt like a low end department store.

Not a bad place to buy house items at the moment, considering all the other homeware shops are shut. Everything is on sale at the moment...not sure how much longer it will b open while the lockdown is currently clamping down on everything.

I like Harris scarfe have nice quality gear it is about the only place I regularly shop at colonades 17/5/ went there again today got just what I wanted at a good price,another pl easant experience

We don't shop here very often. Maybe, by my age, I still compare the HS of the 2020s to that of the HS of the 1980s. Having a few more 'loose' staff about might help shoppers find what they need.

Huge range of homewares and apparel to choose from. Not the most budget friendly choice. But the staff are very nice and you can almost always catch something you want on sale if you wait for it

Not too bad but they say all cookware is reduced and when you go to buy something you are told the one thing you have even though it is cookware is not part of the all cookware reduced sale.

Good shopping, easy to find the different locations to shop eg Shoes, clothing, Manchester etc They have some really good shoes. I can usually find an assistant around if I need any help.

Great place to shop for kitchen and clothes but I miss the old multilayered H.S with men's stuff like tools and hardware.Of course that was back in the days of Department Stores.

After being a loyal customer for 30 plus years and always satisfied with purchases and service it will be sad to see such an iconic store close for good

I had a lovely young lady assist me to choose a new cookware set, I was getting confused by all the options and discussing with her helped me decide.

The line at check-out was long & service was s.o. s.l.o.w. *yawn* Good quality stock, however, I can't remember Harris Scarfe being that expensive!

Picked out a pillow, ready to roll, 3 posted prices for $19.90, AT the till it rang $30.99, asked them to clarify the price, all up $49.99.... Fail

It's a dept store or course. Over priced and under staffed. Then when you do find a staff member they keep on walking and ignore you.

Great department store in Colonnades shopping centre always make time to drop in and see what specials and promotions are happening.

You need to be very careful with overpriced staff. But also this is only place I know where you can buy quality things very cheap.

It's a large Harris Scarfe store, with good value and a good range of stock here especially Ladys Apparel , Cutlery and Crockery

Rate this store much better than their Marion counterpart. Much larger and better laid out. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

we visited the outlet at colonnades they do have good deals but the variety is limited its not as huge as myers or David Jones.
