I brought my Tuscon in 2019 and 2 years later the sensor that control forward collision, cruise control and possibly more I'm not sure. The warning lights kept coming on. I took it to be fixed. First they told me my car was dirty, so i cleaned it kept happening. It happened again and I was told to show pictures of the dashboard to prove the lights were coming on. After showing pictures they took it to be fixed and they said the computers weren't picking up any issues so they updated everything. The moment I leave it the warning lights pop up again. I call again. They say you need to leave it in a few days. So I did they now believe me and after a few days they say I apparently had a car accident and the frame for the sensor needs to be replaced but he also said he sees 4 or 5 of these a week. So I'm expected to pay $5k when there's clearly a manufacturing issue. They refused my warranty saying a had a magical accident that my dash cam didn't see, and no damage to the front of my car at all. They glued the sensor in and that was ok for a few months but the warnings are back and I'm contacting consumer affairs. My battery also died after 3 years in my garage and I had to use my insurance get it towed to hyundai melton. Batteries usually last double that. I brought this car after my finace died from a truck accident injuries. Thought I was keeping my children safe in the car but it's a lemon My response to them: As you can see by my photos there is zero damage to my car.

Disappointing service experience. Today my daughters Hyundai Accent was booked in for a 45,000 kilometre service at a quoted and agreed price of $249.00. After dropping off the vehicle she received a call from Cameron stating the brake fluid, wiper blades and pollen filter needed replacing for an additional cost of $210.00. Unfortunately, she agreed to the work being performed prior to consulting me. After she notified me of the additional work I rang and spoke to Cameron who stated the work had been done and because she authorised it, payment was due. That isn't disputed. What I'm unhappy about is the following; the total cost of supplying and fitting of the pollen filter was $121.00 and takes a maximum of two minutes to remove the old and replace the new. Labor was $55.00. As for the brake fluid, I'm not in a position to dispute it's condition so won't take that matter further. Also, the windscreen wiper blades were in serviceable condition as I cleaned them five days ago as a matter of routine. They definitely didn't require replacing. It's my belief my daughter was targeted because of her gender and lack of mechanical knowledge. Whilst conversing with Cameron, I informed him I was a qualified motor mechanic which he doubted until I produced my formal qualifications to him upon collecting the vehicle. I paid the full amount for the sole reason of maintaining my daughters well deserved credit rating. I believe she's been ripped off..

The online booking system is awesome. Customer service isn't bad at this dealership. They could improve phone manner by returning phone calls for service pickups. I missed a call while tending to my baby daughter. I tried returning their call 3 times... no one ever called back after a rep told me they would Also, is it only some Hyundai dealerships that provide a car clean as a service courtesy? Shout out to the team at Pennant Hills, NSW dealership for providing this courtesy to me, and going above and beyond It seems like such a little thing but i really appreciated the gesture at the time, as I'd just given birth, and time's were and continue to be tough. Forking out over $300 then and now for a service - is an arm and a leg for us plebs ... but seriously, it really meant a lot, and it's something i've never forgotten. When it comes to providing quality service and a meaningful experience, Hyundai Melton, the little things, esp in such times as these, definitely go a long way Grateful 3 stars for servicing my family car.

Chris G. is a outstanding sales consultant at Melton Hyundai. He was very supportive throughout the process of me purchasing my Accent. Chris did not try to talk me into a car I did not want. He was honest, truthful, patient. Chris made the process very easy. He was very knowledgeable on all cars for sale. He was even able to help a friend who had some problems at another dealership. He has fantastic communication and lets you know what is happening with the car at each stage of the process. Most importantly he listens to what you tell him and because of this he knows exactly what your needs are and knows how to best help you. Well done and a big thank you Chris!! I ❤ my new car. . The other members of the Melton Hyundai team were also fantastic. Jamie does a great job in the finance dept. Sam also did a great job answering my questions when Chris was on his RDO. I'm so upset of the dishonest way these people have dealt with us. Me and my daughter spent about 2 hours to select Elentra for my daughter. The sales man (W) showed us interest to help and make a deal. He gave us a couple of dollars discount. The next day he texted us with a better deal for a car with a grey color that my daughter liked. We made an appointment same day to finalize the deal. We traveled 40 min in the rush hour to reach there in time. The moment he saw us he said I apologize the car is in red color. 2 issues here; either this guy does not know what they have and offer to the clients, or he sold the car minutes before we arrived. Although he knows we were coming from another city, he did not bother calling or texting us to tell that the car we liked was gone. I leave the judgement to the reader. We just had a hard experience with this dealer.

I recently purchased a brand new Hyuandai Santa Fe from Chris, and I was really happy with the negotiating experience - I believe they really worked hard with us to get us to a point we were happy with the deal. I also did my finance through their rep Jamie, who organised everything exceptionally quickly. They had a special on that month, where you get $2k off your deal just for going through their finance, I had a quote elsewhere which they pretty much matched, so I was getting the same deal, with $2k off my purchase. win win. They also got a really good price for my trade in of my current car. They seem to care a lot about the customer experience, and overall I would say I was very happy. Can't wait to get my brand new car!

Not a good place to deal with.They great at selling you a car but when it has issues when brand new an later on they not interested in fixing the problem car they sold you.Stay away from Hyundai Melton . To all my health working friends do not buy a new car from them.My Hyundai Santa fe that cost $47,000 needs a new engine an only went on the road in febuary 2019. This car never towed anything an was only driven locally and around town.My Santa fe l brought brand new had issues way at the start. car has done only small amount of driving and has been serviced. I wish l never brought a hyundai and certainly will not ever buy one ever again.Very disappointed with this car an also the service team which appear cold an uncaring.

After being to so many other car dealerships we went into Harrison to see the Tuscon, we were so impressed and comfortable with the service we received from Wayne, he was friendly and knew all the features of the car to show us, let us do a test drive and we fell in love, unexpectedly we put our deposit down on the same day we knew we wouldn't get a better combo of great deal + fantastic customer service. Thank you to Wayne and Nick for looking after us and not being a typical car salesmen trying to pressure us. We were comfortable to make the decision on our own. I walked into Harrisons Hyundai where I was approached by Chris who immediately made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to decide which car to buy. I was planning to look elsewhere also but I couldn't miss out on a fantastic opportunity. Price was very affordable and there was a good variety which didn't make it easy to decide. My Hyundai Accent Sport was presented to me with a big red ribbon and everything I needed to know about the car was explained to me thoroughly. Brodie from Harrison Hyundai was fantastic to deal with. We had paid a deposit on a Palisade with another dealer and they had let us down in securing the one we wanted. It was like dealing with two completely unrelated dealerships yet they were both Hyundai. took my work van in because the tow ball assembly had cracked at the weld. they informed me that I had been in an accident (which it hasn't) because the rear step was pushed in (which it has by the last trailer I had that had extended sides which hit the step when turning to sharp) and basically told that I was lying. Booked my car service at this place, decent customer service except she didn't mention what issues my car have. They provide courtesy pick up and drop service. Just be mindful to check that they have extended road side assistance and read the service paper or docket to find what needs to be done and have a 2nd opinion if it's expensive work.
