As a long time renter of places, Harrison-Pearson has been the best company I have rented from. When I was first moved in to my home, I needed to take the lease immediately from another tenant. They made the process as smooth as possible, transferring everything over to me. They also said I could put in the pet deposit slowly over time as there was rent and deposits coming all at once. When the house was getting sold (owners choice, not Harrison-Pearson) Cleo was amazing. Other places I've rented from wouldn't give a heads up that they need to show the house and strangers would come in and out. As I work at night and sleep during the day, I would be furious when people barged in waking me. Cleo never let that happen. She would give 24 hours warning and would let the potential buyers know to not disturb me. She was incredibly kind to us living there and with the potential future home owners. And when we would tell Cleo about any maintenance request, she would get back with us immediately and have any problems fixed ASAP. When it came time to move out, she spoke with us, found out our plans, and made me feel like she cared about us living there more than just a tenant.

They tried to lease out the mother-in-law behind my house to a friend of mine, there was such a lack of communication in the office that the realtor who showed it did not even know that the house had flooded and that the flooring was ripped up. When my friend called the office back to get an update on the flooring and whether there would be a mold inspection, the realtor hung up on him. I'm trying to get a simple treatment for my yard where stray animals are coming through and leaving fleas and giving them to my dog, and they refuse to help despite the fact that I was told I get one free extermination per year. They don't respond to maintenance requests, leaving you to wonder what's going on until you come home one day and it's done. Poor communication, I've been asking to get a glass pane replaced for a month now and they refuse to respond to it - it was something that the owners broke before we even moved in. I'm incredibly disappointed and am starting to regret renewing my lease.

My wife and I are first-time home buyers and we had amazing experience to buy our 1st home. Tried our best to [start] working with Sam Calliham, really hard to get responses from him. At the end he said he'll get back to me (once again) and never actually got back. We're an existing company and wanted to lease a certain space that was listed by Sam on CL. A simple "sorry, I don't want to work with you" or something along the line would be more professional, then just disappear after each email.

I needed a apartment near UT. Within a few weeks I was able to find a quality apartment for a great price. Their realtor are super helpful, they make you feel welcomed and show you lists of all places that would take an eternity to compile with a simple google search on your own. I’d skip google searching, going to other realtors, and go directly to them.
