Very disappointed. My first gel nails started peeling after less than a week. I reported it and they said they would repair it, but when I went back a week later, they said they couldn't deal with it because they couldn't determine whether this happened because I peeled it off myself or if the nail had done this naturally. When I explained that when the nail started to peel it got caught and broke off everywhere and I had to take that part off myself, they said, "Maybe you didn't understand because it was your first time, but these things happen all the time and you should have hold it down so it wouldn't peel off too much.” When I had my nails done, the staff knew that this was my first time having my nails done, but they did not explain anything about how to maintain them. The removal of the gel nails was very messy and left my nails scratched. I am very disappointed. I will never use this place again.

Really awful experience. I was 10 minutes late due to peak hour traffic. I travelled by Uber due to distance. I was asked to wait due to being late and I of course was happy to. 15 minutes passed and I was told that as I was so late, their booking system had cancelled my appointment and now they couldn’t do my nails. I said I was happy to have a condensed service - I got engaged yesterday and really wanted my nails done for obvious reasons and plans in the evening to celebrate. My suggestion was met with a blank stare. Really rude and would not recommend at all. I never leave reviews but making an exception due to this really bad experience. Have been getting my nails done regularly for 15 years and never had such a rude experience.

I had an appointment last Friday for a gel pedicure but had to wait slightly over 30 minutes from my appointment time to be seated and waited further 5 minutes to be attended to. I had arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and there were other ladies who had the same appointment time. For some reason, they saw one of the ladies before me despite us having the same appointment time and the fact I arrived before her. I was asking when I would be seen but they kept telling me 10 minutes, 5 minutes, soon. I wish they would’ve just been straight with me. While my pedicure is good, the room where you get your pedicure is quite packed (it was full when I was there) and definitely not a relaxing atmosphere.

One of the absolute best acrylic sets I have ever received. Shape, length, color, execution just perfection. I can’t stop looking down at my nails in awe! Pedicure was also awesome. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Linh (owner) is extremely detail oriented, and she perfects everything she touches! Her and her husband Kelvin just opened a few months ago and deserve all of the success and business. Everyone here does great work and is so kind. Super reasonable pricing, and the salon itself is cute and very well kept! I’m so sad I’m not local so that I can come here regularly. Make this your new go to salon!!

Amazing nail salon, recently re-opened under new management. I had a Shellac manicure & pedicure by Lynn and David. The team was so kind and attentive, very professional. I’m so happy with the result. Lovely range of colors and helpful recommendations made by the owner Lynn. The place was very clean and relaxing, I loved having a treatment there. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here - I got full set acrylics and they looked so classy and perfect. Super relaxing atmosphere, every single member of staff were so friendly and the free beverage was a very nice touch. Not many salons these days are so hospitable but these guys are extremely professional and welcoming. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a 5* experience!

I’m really happy I found this nail studio. I have long natural nails and i am extremely particular on how I like them done. Kalvin and Lynn have gone above and beyond to provide the best service. Unfortunately not good. Although nails looked beautiful the first few days, they started to chip just under one week. When I called to ask regarding this (I would expect Nails to last min 2 weeks) I was shocked to receive an unprofessional & rude approach with no solution. I can't recommend unfortunately.

HAY is my go-to nail place in Parsons Green! Since it opened, I have so appreciated the warm and relaxing vibes from the team here. My nails always look great, the technicians always listen to what I want, the music is relaxing, even the lighting and drinks add to the wonderful atmosphere! Big recommend.

I was really glad to have found such good reviews about this place. Extensions made absolutely great, not chunky at all, yet the nail polish bit has been pretty poor, in my view, maybe because is not dried out until the treatment is finished. Maybe I’d try again. In any case, thank you.

Had nails done and paraffin. Had been going to the here for 2 years. Had incredible service until the nail artist left. Service was so dismal I left. Hay beauty salon was very pleasant, staff was accommodating, and above all else I left with my nails looking beautiful.

I so enjoyed getting my nails done at house cats Fulham. I had the shellac mani and cats pedi and honestly can’t wait to go back. The salon was so clean, the staff were lovely, and the coffee was good too. Patrycia did a wonderful job with my nails. Highly recommend

Staff are very friendly and polite. Very well decorated and very high standard hygiene with tools. Awesome that there is complimentary drinks and variety of beautiful and unique nail arts- the nail technicians can make nail arts with any design you show them!

Never fail to impress! I have been here countless times and Linh always make my nails look so pretty and elegant. They normally last for 3 weeks as well which clearly shows the superb quality and technique. Shop is clean and lovely, highly recommended!

The best nail salon and the only one I trust in the UK that won’t damage my nails and nail skin. Very friendly and knowledgable staffs, who understand so much about nails. Wide and beautiful colour selection as well. Always come here for nails!

Visited here to have my gel’s removed and my nails trimmed back to a natural look and would have been more satisfied if I had just peeled them off myself. Extremely disappointed with the scaled appearance of the surface and the awful edges

Highly recommended House Cats London. It's got such a great vibe and it is never too busy so you always get your privacy. The quality of the shellac manicures and pedicures are some of the best I've had and my nails last for a full month

The place is nice but the service itself was disappointing - no gloves used plus to correct the mistakes the person who did manicure used his own nail instead of a wooden stick. The removal of my previous shellac was also not great

Honestly the best nails experience I’ve had! I came with my best friend and we had a lovely time. Quick service, lovely staff, they gave us drinks (coffee, tea, water) and our nails looked amazing. We will be back - thank you!

Really clean and elegant place. I went with a group and we all got mani pedis. Love that they have a little bar inside. We also really enjoyed talking with the manicurists. Reasonably priced and would definitely go back.
