Would rate higher... except for the weird "security guard" that's always drunk and rude. Makes both my partner and I (and other customers) very uncomfortable when he follows you awkwardly around the shop, wouldn't be as bad if he didn't stink of booze and genuinely seems more of a crook than the people he follows. Other staff are fantastic though very polite and go out of their way to be helpful.

I always use to shop at this store before Paul had this new store built , so glad after a few years its all complete and open , staff are very friendly always smiling and the store is absolutely spotless. Prices are great they have some good offers on at times. And theres a great choice of food , fruit and veg, toiletries, nik naks and medicines ect . Oh yeah and beers and wines . 10/10 .

Lovely and clean shop especially for the area. Staff are so friendly and smiley and the customer service is great. Some things are a little pricey but overall it's well priced. They have only been open a short time so I'm sure they will get better prices on things as time goes on. Really impressed and happy to see a nice shop on the high street. Also great selection of products.

Great little grocery shop serving the community. modern, clean and well organised. Can get most things including some African and Caribbean items. 4 Checkouts, can pay with cash or contactless, and the checkout person helps you pack and reminds you to pick up things you may forget. Can get cash from the outside cash machine. Great family run shop

Good supermarket, open longer hours as well, stuff friendly, fresh meat deliveries on Tuesdays and price is reasonable on those. Great variety of seasonings but there is great variety overall Fruit and veg is fresh also,

Rude Indian women. She left me in the queue to go 3 counters down to serve a white customer. When I challenged her she blamed me and started swearing at me. I have anxiety and don't get out often. Poor customer service.

Best shop on Slade Road. Waited a while for it to reopen, but worth the wait. Bigger and more organised. Anything they don't stock, let the till staff know and they look into whether its a viable product line.

Visited today, the older man pacing in front of the tills was a bit off putting. The shop has good selection of goods at reasonable prices. Good lighting and shelves not too close to each other in aisles.

Pricing is extortionate. Charged me £1:65 for 4 Bananas and £6:50 for whiskers catfood. ( the average price for catfood is £4:50. That's £2 more than anywhere else!!! ) never shop there!!!

Be wary there check the food dates where possible stock rotation isn’t done correctly other than that great shop for the area as we don’t have many decent shops in Erdington

Rubbish manager did not want to return item it was a straight swap. Food is too old and too expensive the strawberry were 2.99 for small pack.

I live in Slade road and i find this shop is very organised, and clean. Able to buy indian veggies, masala, snacks, beverages etc.

Great shop, staff always friendly and chatty always have the products you need. Recently refurbished and shop looks amazing
