This was my first time ordering from Haze and i must say, they have great customer service. The items they have are great and have a solid variety to choose from. They respond very quick and will follow up with you to confirm your order and next steps. I highly recommend Haze to anyone looking for good product and amazing customer service. I will be ordering from Haze again for my next order. They totally cater to their customers needs and are available 24/7. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family!

Ridiculous! I was trying to pick up a pre-roll, it was the closest location to where I was. I was trying to find the location for like 15 minutes in this plaza. I had to try to call them like 5 times and no one picked up the phone. The same number messages me saying they are on the phone with someone and we only deliver… They should put it as DELIVERY ONLY

Heard great reviews about this place so I was excited to try it out. We made a small order, they said they attempted to deliver but never did received the order. My friend tried to contact them prior, online website said it was a 24 hour, 7 day service but must have reached them at a bad time.

I drove here because it said "in-store shopping" and claims to be a store front. Took a while to find the unit and it has a "For lease" sign on the front and nobody inside. I tried calling and nobody picked up. Don't go here expecting to walk into a dispensary. It's not an actual storefront.

Ordered bud from here multiple times but this past order was wrong and I reached out in an email to try to fix order but got no response. I Ordered a half ounce of premium bud for $120 and did not receive the right stuff. They sent me low grade bush weed that to me is unsmokeable. Not happy.

I was at a friend's place last week, and she ordered in from Haze. Things seemed ok until after we tried the order. Let's just say I am still waiting for my buzz to kick in. She got a headache, and I just didn't connect, and it was a brand we trusted. Something is off here.

Very terrible service. I’m literally 30mins from the store and it’s taken over 2hours for my order to come. Called the store after the first hour and was told the driver was on his way. After another hour I called and was told I need to wait another hour. It’s ridiculous

Great delivery all around Mississauga. The service is fast and reasonable. Products are also 10/10. I always get the sativa pre-rolls and they’re definitely worth it. Perfect store to go to when in need of cannabis at any time. Very convenient.

Its an absolute maze trying to find this place. building looks very abandoned and theres no sign. Not even sure it even exists anymore. This by no means is a dispensary open to the public. Heavily recommend taking buisness elsewhere.

Used these guys for a while. They have no appreciation for their customers. There was a payment issue and made me pay for it. Took my money and drove away. Never again!

They got great options might lack a little bit on the snacks depending on how you are as a person. But overall their a great service and the delivery wonderful aswell.
