I have to say, as someone who has grown up in Calgary, this is by far the best place to have opened for us fun loving desis! First of all, for all the people complaining and writing these negative reviews of the food etc...it's a sheesha lounge not a restaurant! No different than going to a local pub for food. You want to eat fancy food, go to a nice restaurant beforehand! At least there's food options available, and we have always enjoyed whatever we've ordered lol. This place is so well managed, the ambience and music is amazing, the staff are so attentive and thoughtful and accomodating. As a woman, i feel so safe whenever i'm there whether it's chilling or dancing. We have never had a bad experience. It is our new favourite hang out place and i'm so glad that we finally have a place where we can dance to indian music! Everyone from the owners to the servers to the bouncers make you feel at home and I just can't say enough good things about HOH. If you want to have a fun night out, this is the place! And so close to home! lol :)

Disappointing Experience I recently visited this place and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, with a lack of attention to customer needs and a general sense of disorganization. The ethical standards of this place were also questionable, which further marred the overall impression. It's disheartening when a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction falls short. despite my efforts to address these concerns with the staff, there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness. I believe in constructive criticism, so I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement. I encourage the management to reevaluate their service standards and ethical practices for the benefit of their customers. Potential patrons deserve a positive dining experience, and I hope that changes are made to enhance the overall quality at this place.. the manager failed to address my concerns by not showing up to meet and address

My friends came to Heads over heels for the first time with me and they were very impressed by the vibe of the place. The DJ was playing nice punjabi and bollywood music and mixing it live unlike other places who just play random music. The customer service was exceptional and I still remember NAINA was super nice to us and extremely friendly. We had a lovely time there, food was great, danced crazy. Can’t wait to go there again.

Music is very very specific to a certain community of people from a specific place in India. The DJ completely ignored our requests for a little diversity in music. The crowd seemed from the same community as well. Our female friends felt very uncomfortable on the floor as there were videos being recorded of them by some visitors. The ambience and service was pretty good, but due to the concerns above we won’t be visiting again.

Nice and clean hookah lounge. Hookah flavors are great especially the Paan Mint and Chief Commissioner are their bestsellers. Hookah is very smooth and have never got any headaches. Additionally they have bar food like burgers, pizza etc and also a wide range of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) . Ambience is really nice and cozy and have excellent customer service.

Pretty sweet spot for some good ole shisha. Paan shisha is my go to, noteworthy is the fact their shisha is always smooth. Their fries are pretty darn tasty as well with a nice crisp. Overall, great atmosphere and the staff are friendly/accomodating. Definitely worth the visit, pretty hot spot later in the day. Will be back!

Very welcoming, An amazing services, excellent food options with deliciousness, wholesome hukah. Navi was wonderful tonight. Would have been better if there were more Indian songs played but fair enough if it’s match day priority is Kohli …

this is the place you dont want to go for fun came to enjoy night but they charge entrance fee for no reason even if they are busy ,you have to wait for he to wait for your order and music is miserable

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER….TOOK THEM A DECADE TO SERVE A HOOKAH EVEN WHEN THE PLACE WAS EMPTY…..EMPTY PLACE ON A SATURDAY REFLECTS ON THE SERVICE OF THE STAFF!

New hookah lounge in NE. Nice, clean place. Sheesha was smooth. Price is little bit higher than other place in city. No happy hour either in menu. Customer service was good & friendly
