Incredibly good experience! We've passed this store a few times on our way to Dr Nanjundappa's clinic (which is just around the corner from here) but never stepped into the store. We did decide to go a few days ago though....and had the nicest of experiences. Started from the phone call I made to check if they were open - where the person on the phone was patient, clear and friendly. When we reached the store, the place was well appointed and with a good range of products. One might think that they were a tad on the expensive side but the store is positioned to be a premium one anyway. We had booked an appointment for our beagle (Rancho) to get a nail cutting + ear cleaning + paw cleanup. When he was done with his service, he came out smelling wonderful and was not anxious at all like he's gotten at other places. When I checked the nails, I felt they were a little pointed and asked if they fix that. They suggested that we don't try clipping the nails any further since it might hurt. When I pushed further and said that they'd really need to find some other way around, their team was particularly understanding and made a call to their other branch (Koramangala 4th Block) which was quite nearby. They then asked if I could head over there and get the nail grinding done which would solve the problem. Since the other place was only about 5 mins away driving, I didn't mind going there and getting the work done. They finished it off there quite well and all-in-all it was a great experience The main highlight of it all though, DEFINITELY has to be the staff. They were very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like they were selling...but instead that we were buying. Their suggestions were sensible and the knew all there was to know about the products that they were selling. They were also very willing to help out with trialing some clothes on Rancho and while we were paying, their other staff were playing with Rancho. They were genuinely affectionate of him and you could tell from their demeanor and interaction with him. It was just a perfect retail experience on every front. When we had had to go to the 4th Block store to finish off the service, I was almost hoping that they wouldn't do anything to tarnish the wonderful experience that had been setup by the team at the 1st Block store. This was unnecessary though because that store did just as well to continue to deliver the stellar experience that had started out in the first one. The range of products in the 4th Block store is definitely much more than the one in the 1st Block store. The 1st Block store has a wonderful design where there is a main gate to the compound and then an inner door to the building. This allows for pets to run around the building and compound but it's safe from them running out to the road since that gate is manned by a security guard. Some of the staff members that deserve applause and congratulations are: Achuri and Felix (1st Block store) Awon, Nungshi, Shummei and Somatai (4th Block Store) They are HUGE assets for Heads Up For Tails. Achuri and Felix in particular were just stellar. Basis the 2 excellent interactions during my first impression of this chain, I'd strongly recommend to everyone else too.

I took my golden retriever here after making an appointment two days earlier. The place is located in a nice part of Koramangala and is spacious enough for dogs to run around inside. However, their quality of work is not upto the mark and is very overpriced. They are not very transparent in their operations and billing - I will not be visiting this place anytime soon. Their grooming service is supposed to include ear cleaning, shampooing, tick and flea treatment and a couple of other things. My dog came back with dirt in her ears intact and a huge tick right between her paws. The grooming service that cost Rs 3000 and was supposed to last 75 minutes was 55 minutes long. I was not allowed into to treatment room; when asked why I was told that it makes the pet difficult to handle. I asked them to trim my dogs hair near the ears, hind leg and the tail. I was not informed that this would incur an additional cost until I saw an additional Rs 1000 added to the final bill. I fail to see why a trimming job should cost an extra thousand bucks when the full treatment was completed in less the stipulated time. This blatant overpricing and charging without customer consent has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

The name and products were so impressive, after seeing the place we got convinced for 8months puppy spa, but when we took our pet we came to know it is completely a scam inside, in the name of spa. As per commitment when i cross checked the checklist with the inclusive package which has been promised to us, but the nail cut was not done, conditioner has not been used, teeth, ear and eyes clean has not done, but yes a fancy color tag has been tied which they didn't forget. The staffs of HUFT are spoiling the name and business. only for bath why it has been charged so much?? When i asked them about it they said ur pet wont come next time if we do, lol! Then i said if you loot like this with false committment, i won't come next tym, the person in counter said, we don't have any problem if u come or not. I thought to not to write any review, but i did coz of pet owner awareness and to reach out the owner to make aware about the staffs behaviour towards the customer. I will never ever visit your store again and neither i will suggest anyone to go. Hope it helps!

May be a good hair dresser for pets but definitely poor bathing service. you should be telling about the product your about to use on the pet and why are you using a particular brand/ ingredients 3. I almost gave a bath to my pet instead of the groomer. I did not find value for my money. 1000 is not worthy for the service offered 4. So called good bag is substandard, pets should not be having such artifically colored treats. 5. The complimentary name tag sucks 6. I am unhappy for my pet with the service offered by them for all the above reasons to top it all she returned with ear infection and her paws and anal sac were not at all cleaned. 7. Very basic of grooming is to try keeping the animal clean and not to fancy them Poor service, need to be well equipped while handling pets and also sensitize the grooming experience I suggest that quality has to be maintained instead of the quantity!! I would not recommend this unless they improvise the grooming experience!

Horrible experience. Took my pet(Rottweiler) after doing a detailed enquiry where they had promised a complete grooming session for my pet which would include nail trimming, teeth cleaning along with the spa and body massage. But they only gave a bath which we were not allowed to see also. My pet was stinking even after their so called spa. Felt like they just wiped the body using a wet wipe . No nail trimming or teeth cleaning was done.But they still charged the same i.e, 1500 Rs. They not at all agreed to reduce the bill even if they did not do anything that they claimed earlier. They did not stand up to their own promise.Still did not hesitate while charging. They were rude at us . Also my pet puked after reaching home and drinking water continuously (which looks like reaction of some medicine that they had given her). Please don't take your pet here at all.

Got my first pup when the lockdown had just begun and I didn't know the first thing about dogs. Luckily, I called Heads up for Tails for help and Wontim over there helped me out end to end. She took me through their product range very patiently and explained what I might need other than the products. She told me the dos & donts - how to feed him, when to bathe him, when to take him out for walks, etc. She never sold me a single thing that I didn't really need. I highly appreciate her constant guidance through the process. This has become my go-to place for buying everything under the sun that I need for my pet. (They have a wide range available). I am forever grateful that she arranged a crate for my pup, when all shops were locked down and delivered it to my house! Cannot wait to take my pup there for a grooming session.

Took Nemo for a grooming session and he absolutely loved it. The staff were really friendly and gentle and Nemo was comfortable with them. The service was quick, efficient and they even have Nemo a pack of treats for being a good boy. Guess we've found our go-to grooming salon! I also love the budget friendly products they have. The tick repellent spray is effective and smells divine. Their leash and collar sets are pretty great too. I think what I like the best about HUFT is that they don't try to push you to buy things when we're at the store, unlike a lot of other pet stores I've been to.

Make sure you take pictures of your dog’s body, front, back, everywhere before dropping your pet to them, if they repetitively mention there were scratches found on your pets body then definitely keep a close watch because they are not careful during grooming and your pet always ends up with wounds and scratches. They don’t know anything other than puppy cut for Shih tzu, not skilled at all while grooming long fur animals. Instead of buying any items from the store get online and check the prices on their website, this store charges way more than what’s mentioned on the website.

Horrible experience again - Please hire local staff who do understand how to be courteous and respectful . Highly disappointed !! The lady here asks me to stand outside your spa, at the compound and watch my pup if need be - and I don't need to tell you what your window looks like - it's not a transperent window . Specially if someone pregnant shows up , your staff asks them to stand outside ?? On the contrary pls hire some staff like how you have at your Indranagar clinic . The last at the reception is very rude and I'll mannered ! .

Took my Cocker Spaniel- Trixie for a grooming appointment and her nails were over trimmed and bleeding. They used some powder to stop the bleeding for the time being and didn’t even inform about the injury when we picked her up! It was only later that she started began bleeding non stop again and we had to rush her to the vet It’s extremely irresponsible of the staff to not inform us about the injury. Very disappointed with the service and the fact that our pets are not in responsible hands

The staff at HUFT are extremely courteous and thoughtful. While my pet was extremely anxious going into her bath session, the team made sure that they helped her get accustomed to them without rushing her. This helped her calm down and now she looks forward to meeting everyone each time we are there. The team also is super helpful with recommendations and never pushy leading to a wonderful store experience. Thank you to Liberty and the team at HUFT. Keep up the great work.

I was living in Bangalore but moved to Chennai last year but always loved the store. We weren't getting one particular in size M for a photoshoot. We looked everywhere in Chennai and Huft website but it wasn't available when I checked with these guys even though it wasn't available with them they checked in the 8th block store and made sure it reached safely via Dunzo to our friendos place in Bangalore who can bring it for us later. Amazing customer experience ❣️

Quite dissatisfied with the name tag I bought. The font is too bad to be visible. Such a waste of 500 rupees. They must show a sample before engraving. To your reply: It's not clearly visible at all. I have bought name tags in the past which have way better contrast and good font choice, and that too at lower price than you! The font chosen by you is just two very thin lines alphabets. It's only visible closely and in broad daylight. The contrast is very poor.

I had the most amazing experience shopping at HUFT today. I required a litter box and litter at immediate notice and I was too sick to go pick it up. I had called the store. The entire purchase was a streamlined experience. The owner whatsapped me photos of the available options and accepted UPI payment. The store delivered the products within the record time. I’m am very happy with the entire experience as well as the quality of the products

I visited the store first time and was very happy with the service. I opted for complete body haircut. I loved the way they took care of my baby boy. They are very professional and they do all the service with so much of Love towards pets. Plus point is you can see how your pet is being groomed in the cctv and you can track the activity. An excellent place for dog grooming and and outstanding pet store. The place is extremely clean , spacious and has wide variety of choices for pets . I have been taking my dog to HUFT every month atleast once from last 2 years. Staff is very well trained and are extremely talented . It is a pet’s paradise. Special shoutout to Ashita Mathew . The quality of their yak bone which they fanciful package and sell through Amazon declined dramatically. Earlier lasted our dog almost 3 weeks and the next lot lasted not even two days. Was a big supporter of them but QC just not there. Now we have ordered from their website directly and no delivery though its much past the date..no one to answer the calls as their agents are all busy...want to cancel the order but no recourse

I took my CAT here and it was infected, they dont maintain heigine, besides the lady vet doesnt know anything and is very blunt. I wish I never took my CAT there. It died. Reply to your response : Please talk sense, I took my CAT there and I stayed there for needle too. I stayed in kormangala for years now, perhaps you should check what all things you offer. P.S, none of my friends visit your store now. Thanks

I visited this place with my Labrador 1.5 years and cocker spaniel 3 months old for their sap. Firstly there is no provision to see your pet enjoying the grooming. Also the product availabile are very very limited and way too over priced. Also after coming home both of them were scratching. Now I am not sure what happened inside. Also they could have been more customer centric and interactive.

Excellent service by and even more excellent staff. Getting an appointment is tricky because of the high demand so book in advance. The staff loves animals and love playing with them too. There's an area for the dogs to run around outside the spa while their wait for their humans to pick them up. Treats are usually given as well in a doggie bag for the dogs once they're done.

I had such a wonderful experience at heads up for tails that I had to come and review here. My dog loved the place and looks so handsome after grooming. We were very sceptical after our last grooming experience at another place but here it seemed like our dog found a second home. Staffs are very polite and patient. We would love to visit more often. Taken my 5 months old Labrador for a Spa after a day so he had a too much of hair fall visited the vet today his fur quality has completely spoiled .A proper testing should be done before applying anything on their body every individual has a different body type. My child need to go through medicines for next 3 months. This was a horrible experience

Loved the attention to detail that HUFT showed during our visit, and despite not having the product in store at the time, the staff members went out of their way to check the right product and had it delivered within the the next 12 hours. Keeping in mind of our cats, it was super thoughtful of them to add in some treats too! <3 Thank you HUFT! :D

Poor service. I had taken my beagle for grooming. Teeth cleaning was not properly done and deshedding was not done properly. Also no trimming of hairs was done. Don’t take your pet to HUFT for grooming. It was not a plaque as I could clean it easily. HUFT Please accept your mistake and improve. And the photographs are being deleted after posting.

It is a small store with spa facility available. We went for our 3 months old golden retriever's grooming. The service started right on time and took about 35 mins. They did a good job as my puppy was calm throughout the process. The staffs are friendly. You need to find a parking spot in the lanes around the store.

They have amazing collection for all your fur baby requirements. They have spa treatments for your fur baby which cost 2500 which I felt is expensive, hence 4 rating for the expensive pricing. If you have enough money you can shop at this place. Quality of the product is good, you can try once to shop here

They have more varieties of pet grooming and as well as pet food accessories. The best thing that I liked, was the warm welcome I got on reaching the store. They simply advised me the best pet food for a husky,and look,my dog is more energetic and dazzling than before. I love you HEADS UP FOR TAILS.

Had just called them for asking about dogsee chews, and they don’t know about it instead advising me to buy dog shoes. When insisted on passing the phone to the store manager, the lady adamantly said we don’t have any managers and hung the phone. Very BAD customer service and experience.

Loved the fact that this Heads Up For Tails feels like a cozy home. Their is a decent variety of toys and treats to choose from, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I've been to four different Heads Up For Tails locations across India, and this one is definitely my favourite.

We were here for a grooming session. The staff was friendly and well-experienced with handling pets. Their handling of our grooming-averse Beagle was impressive. We sat outside and watched the grooming on a CCTV. The store also has many varieties and options for pet accessories.

HUFT in general is a pricey place compared to online and other stores in terms of their in-house products. When it comes to buying branded dog food, you get some discounts. Also the store incharge for this particular branch was guiding and very friendly.

My dog had his first bath as a pup here with Ashita Mathew :) The whole team is so careful that it has made a huge difference. Odin does not hesitate to step in for a bath and is calm throughout, he loves meeting the whole team!
