This a very positive review for Hearing Care Doctors because in my opinion there is no better company out there to help with problems related to hearing loss than Hearing Care Doctors. Dr. Devendra Saindane is in my opinion the best Doctor of Audiology in all of Alberta. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in all things related to one's hearing. He truly cares about helping those of us who have experienced hearing loss and that comes across in the kindness he shows, and the level of professionalism he brings to his job. My very first phone call to Hearing Care Doctors was to the lady who answered the phone. She booked my appointment and I'm hard pressed to think of anyone who has over the phone been so polite and kind to me while booking my appointment. My visit to Dr. Saindnane resulted in him being able to find out what level of hearing loss I was having and finding a solution to help me hear as best as possible in spite of having damage to the hearing in my right ear. I would tell anyone out there who is having problems with there hearing to book an appointment with Hearing Care Doctors in either their Edmonton or Whitecourt office. If anyone can help you with problems with your hearing it's hands down Dr. Saindane. He's the best there is at what he does. A very sincere "Thank you." Only can say the very best service you can ask for. Love my hearing aids, definitely added to my quality of life. He listened to all of my concerns, recommended what was best for me, and look forward to seeing him in the future. He even allowed me to exchange hearing aids that I felt were not right for me!!!! Further to the above, after I received mine, I convinced my father to get hearing aids. It has transformed his life. My family and I can see it daily, It is improving his life momentously. He is now actively part of conversations he would ignore or not comprehend, and he loves them more then I. It is very seldom he does not have them on. Further to that he assisted my father in getting a grant from Alberta Seniors Living and a WCB claim! Both of us had concerns regarding the look of wearing hearing aids, and I will ensure you that the Dr. not only eased us in but found solutions to ensure we were comfortable wearing them. The hearing aids of today are not the old Grandpa hearing aids of yesterday. If your even thinking about it or know someone whom may need them come see Dr. Devendra Saindane in Windermere.

Dr. Saindane went above and beyond even before I became a patient at his clinic. We were looking for someone who understood my condition and would be able to help in treating it. We reached out to him through emails and he responded quickly with information that showed he was very knowledgable and in a way we could understand. From my very first appointment with him he has been very attentive, caring and patient.(I ask a lot of questions) And he continues to explain things thoroughly and in a way that I can easily understand. I am also extremely happy with the resolution...I have hearing aids that are set properly for my condition... not just to make things louder.I highly recommend Dr. Saindane and Hearing Care Doctors.

I have been dealing with severe hearing loss for more than 10 years now, but was able to manage well despite my condition by lip reading. Unfortunately, COVID made it extremely hard for all hearing impaired individual like me to lip read. I went here for my hearing test and I have nothing but praise for Dr. Saindane. He is very patient and knowledgeable despite me asking too many questions about hearing aids and hearing loss. He also did his best to expedite the manufacturing of my hearing aids because of my work schedule. If you are looking for a hearing doctor, you won't go wrong with Dr. Saindane.

Our experience with Dr. Devendra Saindane was excellent. We were searching for help with my husband's tinnitus and came across the add for help from Hearing Care Doctors. We booked an appointment and received help in a timely manner. Dr. Saindane was very pleasant and knowledgeable and fitted my husband with hearing aids especially designed for tinnitus and talked to him about diet and help for tinnitus. Later I saw Dr. Saindane for hearing loss and was fitted with hearing aids. Both of us are very pleased with the service and guidance. We highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Saindane.

Dr. Saindane was very competent and professional with his assessment of my hearing issue. He explained the findings to me clearly and patiently. I appreciated that he sent his findings and recommendations to my family physician the following morning and also emailed me a copy of this report for my own personal records. Dr. Saindane's receptionist was also very friendly and accommodated my difficult schedule. I would highly recommend Dr. Saindane to my friends and family.

I was surprised to discover that it is very hard to find an audiologist that will test children 5 and under in Edmonton. I had made an appt with another place but the it was for a couple months away and I needed it sooner. Hearing Care's Office returned my call and was able to get me in within the week. It was a very pleasant and informative experience. They produced the report I needed for the ENT within the same day. I highly recommend this location.

Was having a serious problem with my old hearing aids, help was not forthcoming from my previous audiologist. My daughter passed the name of this clinics Whitecourt office, he was extremely helpful in explaining because of the power of my hearing aids I should have had the moulded ear pieces. My previous hearing aids were not adequate for my needs. I purchased new hearing aids from Hearing Care Doctors. I now can hear conversations much better particularly small children. The monitor for the television makes a huge difference. Voices are no longer muffled but very clear, I can understand each word. I am extremely happy with the service and product from Hearing Care Doctors.

I visited "Hearing Care DOCTORS" clinic for Hearing Test and Hearing Aid fitting. The service I was given was exceptional. Dr. Saindane was very thorough and attentive. I have been wearing hearing aids for most of my life, and for the last few years I have been struggling. Dr. Saindane put together a hearing system for me that significantly increased my hearing levels, and that also enabled me to continue working on line with my students. Both Dr. Saindane, and Ms. Gratton were kind, helpful and went beyond the norm to help me.

Was very easy to book an appointment. Staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. The doctor explained everything very thoroughly so I could easily understand what he was going to and what the results meant. He even took time to explain to my children (10 and 12)what he was doing and how the ear worked!

Don’t hesitate one second. First when I took the appointment a very nice lady recognize my accent and spoke with me in French. It was helpful. Then it’s very easy to find and park. And last but not least. Dr Saindane was very very professional and known how to speak with an eleven year old teenager.
