On my recent visit, we ordered a Pomfret Thali, Surmai Thali, Prawns Gravy, and Chicken Masala Fry. The Surmai fish in the thali was a sight to behold - generously sized and enough to curb your appetite just by looking at it. The taste was simply delectable, and the fish was remarkably fresh. The rava fry was cooked to perfection, adding a delightful crunch without sticking to the flesh. The Pomfret was sizeable and prepared flawlessly, preserving its freshness. The Chicken Masala and Prawns Fry were equally delightful. What sets Hemant Snacks apart is their ability to strike the right balance in flavor - the dishes are not overly spicy, allowing the authentic seafood flavors to shine. The ambiance may not be posh, but the remarkable customer service from the staff more than compensates for it.
