Rather than asking for our usual pharmacy, my husband's dermatologist sent his prescriptions directly to Hermitage Pharmacy. We received a text stating we owed just under $100 for one of the meds they claimed was not covered by our insurance. I double checked with our insurance and the med was covered....at 100%. We requested the dermatologist send the order to our usual pharmacy (CVS) instead. Our insurance covered the entire cost for the med....$641.80! When checking my insurance claims, I saw Hermitage Pharmacy filled an antibiotic to the tune of $335.52 (paid in full by my insurance), however, that prescription was also sent to my usual pharmacy where it was paid in full by my insurance for $13.71! Don't think my complaint stops with a bad Google review. I will be calling the pharmacy, prescriber, and my insurance company directly. This seems very suspicious for price gouging or kickbacks.

This place is the ultimate mom and pop operation. I love supporting this kind if business The owner Dhaval is a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman that has serviced my account with old time dedication that we used to get before the big chain drug stores came into being. Personal, friendly, and accurate service is what you receive when you walk in the door. I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to such a fine man by a friend. Word of mouth strikes again. The best form of advertising!!! Word!!

Can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy! Their medication costs are next to nothing compared to any other pharmacy. The pharmacist, Duvhal, and the the other staff members are very helpful, personable and extremely responsive (they even deliver)! I work in healthcare and I can truly say that this pharmacy is exceptional! Make the change to Hermitage Pharmacy. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

What a refreshing experience! Totally over the headache of Walgreens, so I gave them a try. We go to the ped office next door and with in minutes of them getting the Rx, we were checked out! AND, the Rx was cheaper with insurance there than it normally is at Walgreens?? This is now our pharmacy of choice. Oh, and the staff is soooo friendly!

My prescription was delayed. No notification. THREE days after it was supposed to be here I called and they have been out of it for TEN days. No notification to the patient. The worst is when I called the guy was so rude and HUNG UP on me. I am letting my doctor know and will never use them again.

The sweetest family ever! Prescription ready ASAP! My child had an appointment on a Saturday and before we left next door it was ready! If they don't have it they will get it for you! They also deliver to you if needed! Very personable, nice and informative pharmacy.

Always fast and on time. They keep you informed on the prescription process. And it gets delivered quickly. The people I have spoken with their are very kind and go out of their way to help. Thinking about transferring all my prescriptions here!
