Great to deal with initially, but if you expect any after sales service, you've come to the wrong place. So far, I have gathered evidence, at my own personal cost, time and effort, of a car with previously repaired rear bumper held on with cable ties and builder's mastic glue, evidence to prove one wheel buckled, one defective tyre with secondary cracking and gash to sidewall and wheel alignment totally out. However, the response from Hertz is that the car is "driving perfectly". Currently the subject of the SIMI Complaints Process.

Bought a car off Hertz and immediately had a problem with the battery. Hertz didn't want to know, wouldn't replace the car while it was getting fixed, didn't even return calls just referred us to the manufacturer. Really bad service, would avoid.
