if you can, avoid this location or Hertz in general. I rented a car for 2 weeks while in Germany. Car kept having tired pressure issues and since i was gonna be driving around the country i didnt want to feel unsafe or deal with it later, i went back to the location and told me to take it to their garage to get fix, i did, and it lasted for less than a day, i went back to get a different car, they told me to call the general german number and they would help me, i did and they told me i had a spare tired than i should change it, i mentioned i didnt know what tired was having the issue and i felt better getting another car, they told me they couldnt help me and i had to go back to this location, the location told me again i ahd to call the number... then said they didnt have any cars to replace it with and to come back next morning bc they will have more cars. i did came back and again they told me they didnt have any cars, glad the night before i reserved another car just in case, after i told them they said, og yeah we have a car, btw the original car was an suv and i reserved a small car, after they told me they didnt have any cars they gave me the same model of suv, so yeah, lying pretty much every time. I'm glad i did the second reservation bc if not i would had to change my vacation since the car was not working. Also the double charged me and they are still trying to "fix" it. And if you have a reservation at noon but get there at a different time and they give u the car until the time of ur reservation so be prepare to walk around with ur luggage to kill time. It didnt happen to me but i saw plenty of people dealing with this. Again, if you can, AVOID this location and AVOID HERTZ. awful company. specially if u r visiting like i was.

Be aware! I returned a car same day after 50 km drive from Munich airport to the city on dry clean roads, was OKed at drop-off, but next day received a letter - all in German - stating that I damaged a rim. That costed me 260 euros. All my attempts to prove that it's not my fault - the damage was not detected at drop-off time failed. They have a privilege to inspect the car after we leave. I understand that there might be hidden problems, which are hard to detect at the time of return, but I don’t believe that can be reasonably applied to my case. I returned the car the same day after driving about 50 kilometers on dry clean roads. It does not sound reasonable for me that "the damage was discovered after the car was cleaned and washed". Picture of the damaged rim attached to the investigation does not look like a hidden damage that can’t be easily detected. So they can charge us afterwards for anything. I filed a complain in Germany and got an answer that everything is correct, that's my fault. I filed a complain after returning to state, but get no answer besides auto-answer. Wrote a follow-up letter in a week - no response besides auto-answer. Called them in another week - was told that I'll receive a return call - never received. Called again in 3 days - was told that I can do is communicate with their German agency. Filed a credit card claim - received a letters from both central Hertz and German Hertz stating that everything is fine. A few days later Hertz sent me another letter asking about my satisfaction. Be careful and make pictures of the vehicle at both pick-up and drop-off time. I rented from many companies for many years and have never had such problems. Will never use @#$%^ Hertz again

Unzufrieden mit Hertz - Mangelnde Transparenz und unhygienische Bedingungen Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Mietwagenfirma Hertz. Nach meiner Erfahrung mangelt es hier an Transparenz und Professionalität. Die Abrechnung für meinen Mietwagen und einen angeblichen Schaden kam mit über einer Woche Verzögerung an, obwohl der Betrag bereits am 13.09.23 von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde. Dies wirft ernsthafte Fragen bezüglich der internen Abrechnungspraktiken von Hertz auf. Zudem wurde ein Betrag von 194 € für einen angeblichen Schaden sowie eine "Schadenbearbeitungsgebühr" von 68 € berechnet, die ich entschieden zurückweise. Ich hatte bereits zu Beginn der Mietdauer einen bestehenden Schaden am Fahrzeug festgestellt und diesen von dem Personal vermerken lassen. Darüber hinaus war das Fahrzeug bei der Übernahme in einem hygienisch inakzeptablen Zustand. Ein starker Uringeruch im Innenraum deutet darauf hin, dass das Fahrzeug nicht angemessen gereinigt wurde, was den Mietzeitraum erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Ich habe Hertz aufgefordert, die unberechtigt abgebuchten Beträge in Höhe von insgesamt 262 € unverzüglich auf mein Konto zurückzuerstatten und erwarte eine detaillierte Aufklärung bezüglich des von ihnen behaupteten Schadens. Ich rate jedem, sich zweimal zu überlegen, bevor er bei Hertz bucht. Die mangelnde Transparenz und die unhygienischen Bedingungen sind m.E. inakzeptabel.

My experience with Hertz in Munich airport was extremely bad. Initially, we had made a reservation for 5 days of rental (reservation number 290768461) for the amount of 723 euros. Due to a strike at Munich airport, all flights were cancelled at the day of our arrival, we would arrive a day later and modified our reservation for 4 days. For the 4 days (1 day less), they asked us 769 euros, including 40 euros as cross border fee since we were going to Austria (Yes I know, the numbers don't come out...). In the price we had also paid the super cover for full insurance. When we received the car, the otherwise kind lady at the reception, she informed us that there is no reason to photo the car because we are fully insured no matter what happens. Unfortunately we heard her and didn't take a picture. After we returned the car, they send us a bill with added of 330 euros for a scratched rim that we never scratched and an additional 100 euros for cleaning costs (extra 430 euro in total). I later read in the terms that full insurance has a 250 euro excess. I don't know why 250 became 330 for a damage we didn't do but we couldn't prove it. The extra 100 euros for cleaning is simply ridiculous and one more reason to stay away from them...

Hertz ohne Herz! Über einen großes Vergleichsportal für 18:00 Uhr einen Wagen bei Ihnen gemietet. 18:03 Uhr: Vor der geschlossenen Filiale gewesen. Genervter Hertz Mitarbeiter öffnete erst nach mehrmaligem Bitten die Tür. Sofort wurde eine AFTER HOUR Gebühr von 35 EUR aufgebrummt !!! 18:10 Uhr: Ende des Check-In. Unverschämt, inkulant, unkooperativ & einfach nur lächerlich. Update: inzwischen hat mir Hertz mit einem Standard Text "geantwortet", welches ich Euch nicht vorenthalten möchte: "zu dem Fall muss unseren Kundendienst direkt Check 24 kontaktieren. Die Öffnungszeiten unserer Station sind auf unserer Internet Seite angewiesen (bis 18:00). Alle Reservierungen die nach 18:00 Uhr bedient werden werden mit der "AFTER HOURS" Gebühr berechnet." OK Hertz ich habe verstanden, dass Sie gemäß Dienst nach Vorschrift handeln. Ich habe auch verstanden, dass man ab dieser Zeit mit genervten und unfreundlichen Hertz Servicemitarbeiter zu rechnen hat. Ich werde nie wieder zu spät kommen, da man selbst bei 1 Minute eine Gebühr zahlen muss. In diesem Fall liegt der Fehler bei mir! Ein einfaches "Es tut uns Leid" und Entschuldigung hätte ausgereicht aber das bekommt ihr auch nicht hin!

Aufgrund einiger schlechter Bewertungen war ich zunächst etwas besorgt. Da ich diese erst während der Anreise im ICE gelesen habe, konnte ich nicht mehr stornieren - zum Glück. Die Abfertigung am Schalter erfolgte zügig und freundlich. Ich wurde auf einen Vorschaden (Kratzer an der Felge) hingewiesen und darum gebeten, nach weiteren Schäden zu schauen und diese vor dem Losfahren zu melden. So ist das auch bei anderen Vermietern üblich. Das Auto war jedoch ansonsten einwandfrei. Und ja, das Auto steht - wie zuvor kritisiert - in einem Parkhaus und nicht an der Filiale selbst, wir sprechen jedoch über einen Fußweg von weniger als 5 Minuten - für München völlig okay. Das Auto war ein Upgrade auf einen Hybrid-SUV von Lynk, der sehr gut und sparsam fuhr. Die Rückgabe erfolgte ebenso problemlos und zügig im Parkhaus (das übrigens noch näher am Hauptbahnhof liegt, als die Filiale selbst). Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Preis-Leistung und werde hier sicherlich mal wieder mieten, wenn ich im Umland von München zu tun habe.

Worst car rental experience ever! After returning a car I had rented for only two hours, the rental company accused me of having caused scratches on the left of the bumper, which indeed had pre-existed on the car! And when explaining that there was no way I could have caused that damage, they tell me you should have checked more carefully when picking up the car to see if there are any damages, while no Hertz representative checked the car with me at pickup time and I simply picked it up myself in a dark parking and had missed those scratches when checking the car. After a month I receive a 400 euros bill for the damage, followed by several emails and threats of legal action in case of non-payment. I finally payed the bill just to get rid of all the consequences but Hertz you lost not one but many more customers as this would be my highlight story to anyone I know who plans to rent a car and also all my colleagues in a travel company! Rubbish service and worst customer service ever, stay away from them!

I booked off the Hertz website (not a third party site) because it had the best deal. I did not have to pre-pay and I did this a couple of months in advance of arrival (the rates do go up closer to arrival as I checked). This location had the best rate (cheaper than airport) and the service was good. The staff spoke English and they told us where to pick up the car (just a few blocks away down the street). Insurance was also included (as per German law I believe, which was fine for us). The cars are located in a parking lot with staff and this lot is shared with about 5 other car rental agencies. We returned our car after 10 days to this same location where we picked up the car (just enter through the back way as they pointed out on the paper map). Inspectors were fine - they were thorough in inspecting the car inside out and top and bottom. We did not have any issues and did not incur additional expenses.

El servicio fue nefasto. La comunicación previa no fue correcta, la reserva tenía otras condiciones al llegar al mostrador de las que se me había informado. La persona en la oficina de Hertz fue maleducada. Tras recoger el coche tuve que dirigirme a otro punto de la ciudad a recoger las sillas que había reservado. Dejando a mi mujer con dos niños pequeños esperando, ya que aun no tenía las sillas porque era lo que tenía que ir a recoger a otro lugar. Una vez allí el personal fue maleducado y absolutamente incompetente. Para calificarles de incompetentes me baso en sus propias palabras ya que me indicaron que ellos no podían ayudarme en nada porque no sabían. El coche estaba sucio, lleno de envoltorios debajo de todos los asientos. El coche era de 7 plazas pero para poder usar las siete plazas había que retirar elementos del maletero del coche que luego se quedaban el el habitáculo, lo cual no es seguro.

Very unprofessional experience. We were told the car rental would cost 600 euros, but after picking up the car they charged our card 800 euros?!?! They added a 200 "glass insurance" fee, which is silly because we declined all insurance. And that's not all! Soon after driving away from the airport, we realized the windshield wiper was broken. We called to report this, and they suggested that we bring the car to the local mechanic. However, we were not about to waste one of our precious vacation days to fix a car that should have been functional in the first place. The worst part is that Hertz still charged a 200 Euro broken windshield wiper fee after we returned the van. Even though, the windshield wiper was broken before we had it! Bottom line: Hertz is going to do their best to tack on fees for completely unwarranted reasons. Would not recommend to anyone!

Super tolle Station, ganz easy vom Hauptbahnhof fussläufig zu erreichen und macht von außen echt was her. Habe hier schon mehrfach angemietet mittlerweile und wurde immer äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell bedient. Durch meine Anmietungen habe ich auch einen besonderen Treuestatus erreicht, der zum Beispiel dadurch gewürdigt wird, dass ich zum gleichen Preis ein höherwertiges Auto bekomme. Tolle Sache! Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind einfach klasse, immer gut drauf und sehr fachkundig, was die Fahrzeuge und die Services/Zusatzleistungen angeht. Und, für mich ganz wichtig: man bekommt nicht irgendwas aufgeschwatzt sondern wird total professionell beraten, wenn man unsicher ist und sich nicht so gut auskennt. Ganz toll! Ich gehe immer wieder gern dort hin und werde die Mietstation und Hertz weiterempfehlen! Macht weiter so!!

Terrible, terrible experience. Save you self time and money: DO NOT rent from here! They are thieves! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, they are not exaggerated and are all true. I prepaid for a booking online. When I showed up, they tried charged me an extra 800 euro for "required insurance". I told them I had insurance through my credit card and wanted to decline. They refused and would not give me the car without buying the insurance AND pre paying $150 for gas. I spent an hour on the phone with Hertz who told me they are suppose to take my credit cards insurance. The desk still refused and forced me to pay the $800 Euro. I could not go to a competitor because they were all just as expensive same day. Bottom line: I will NEVER book with Hertz again, either in the US or abroad. They are scheming thieves!

What a bunch of Thieves. I always take photos of a car before we leave the lot. And I have photos of the dense when we check the car the man claimed that we did all the damage. We did none of it! I showed him the photos and the timestamp on the cell phone and he said too bad it doesn't count. I took the invoice to the checkout counter and the woman agreed with me and said don't worry we won't charge you you clearly didn't do the damage. I should have gotten that in writing. Months later I get a bill from Hertz in Ireland saying that I owe them $438 due to the damage. They have been a nightmare to communicate with. Finally I paid the bill because I didn't want my credit to be hurt by them claiming I was delinquent. And now I am fighting it through my credit card company. I'm stunned at how unethical they are.

Awful location! Do not rent here! Booked a Mercedes Benz S class online 3 weeks before arriving here. Arrived and they didn't have anywhere near the car I had booked online for me (Volvo stationwagon). After walking 400M from the office to the parkade, the car wasn't in the spot they had sent me to. In fact, the stall number they gave me didn't even exist, probably because half the stalls didn't have a number on it. I went back and told the gentleman behind the counter that I wasn't taking that car and that I wanted my money back. He said only his manager could refund the money and that his manager would call me back the next day. It's been 5 days and still no call and no refund! Edit (I got my money back after a month)

Desastroso servicio! Tenia horario de recogida a las 18:00 y a esa hora cerraban! Había una persona adentro y no fue capaz de explicarnos nada. Al otro día abría a las 8:00, fuimos a esa hoea y despues de mas de dos horas de espera llegamos a la conclusión que nunca iba a abrir por lo que fuimos a otra oficina cercana con un trato deplorable diciendo que no tenían vehiculo y nl sabían cuando iban a tenerlo. Despues de 5 horas tuvimos que irnos hasta el aeropuerto a retirar uno que era mas chico! Aunque nos lo entregaron como similar! Sumado a que hicimos una reserva por usd800 y nos reconocieron solo usd 400 adjudicando responsabilidad a Despegsr que fue a traves de quien contratamos. No es recomendable para nada!

Horrible experience all around. I rented a vehicle over Oktoberfest on my honeymoon. I booked a "BMW 5 series or similar" on the Hertz website online 7/8 months in advance, and when I got there I was given a Ford minivan. As an American, I was naturally expecting a BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Acura -- anything that is a luxury vehicle. The customer service rep told us this was all that was available, yet there were plenty of BMW's in the parking garage next to our minivan!! We tried 5x to exchange our vehicle, and only once did someone answer the phone, and was not understanding at all. Following our trip, I've been charged suspicious fees and sent bills in German for "tickets" that I did not incur while on my trip.

Mitarbeiter am Samstag leider alleine, vor mir eine Riesen Gruppe Touristen, alle mit diversen Sonderwünschen, aber der Mitarbeiter war trotzdem überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für die Wartezeit kann er ja nichts. Das Fahrzeug war leider nicht gereinigt; Abfall, Prospekte, Verunreinigungen vom Vormieter im Innenraum, außen eher Paris-Dakar. Wagen bei erst 2.500km mit Schaden am Kotflügel der nicht auf dem Mietvertrag/Protokoll ausgewiesen war. Abholung des Fzg in sehr enger Garage in der Marsstraße, bei großen Fahrzeugen erfordert das Ausfahren aus dem 6ten Stock etwas Feingefühl... Rückgabe ebenso in der Marsstraße bei "nicht ganz so engagierten" Mitarbeitern.

Fahrzeug: sehr viele Vorschäden, die noch gar nicht aufgenommen wurden. Man müsste bei der Abholung eine Stunde das Auto kontrollieren und noch eine Stunde für die Registrierung der Vorschäden einplanen. Selbst dann, wird man mit großer Sicherheit für irgendwelche alte Schäden zu Rechnung gebeten! Egal wie genau man das Auto kontrolliert, die Herzt Mitarbeiter suchen und finden alte Schäden am Fahrzeug und machen einen für diese Schäden verantwortlich. Service einfach nur schlecht! In dieser Station zählt die Kundenzufriedenheit nichts! Nie wieder! Lieber zahle ich wo anders etwas mehr, aber man wird nicht verarscht! Meiden Sie diese Station!!!

Diese Station bietet mit unter den BESTEN Service den ich bei Hertz je bekommen habe. Die Leute waren super freundlich und ich habe mich hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Neben mir wurde ein anderer Kunde bedient der noch ein paar Fragen hatte. Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter konnte diese nicht beantworten, dies hat der Chef aus seinem Büro mitbekommen. Er kam sofort nach vorne und konnte dem anderen Kunden seine Frage beantworten. Zu meiner Überraschung brachte der Chef uns beide persönlich zu unseren FZGen und erklärte mir und den anderen Kunden unsere Fzge. Hier wird SERVICE definitiv groß geschrieben. Hier immer wieder gerne!

Office was easy to find. Walked-in for documents verification and credit card pre-authorization, given a description of the vehicle and report of its condition (scratches/dents, etc). Subsequently given the keys and directions to pickup the rental vehicles are a nearby parking complex. Apart from the minor hassle of collecting the child seats and installing them myself, the overall experience has been pretty smooth and satisfactory. The vehicle return was also straightforward, just drive to the car return bay for inspection and once done you are good to go.

Ein bestehender Schaden (Kratzer) wurde mir angelastet und in Rechnung gestellt, 248,00 Euro. Ich hatte den Schaden jedoch bei der Abholung fotografiert und hinterher als Beweis angeführt, dass der Kratzer bereits bestanden hatte. Mir wurde das Geld dennoch abgebucht, ohne Kommentar oder Stellungnahme. Hertz München in der Elisenstr ist offensichtlich unlauter und falsch. Ich werde jetzt rechtliche Schritte einleiten. (ich habe via Sunny Cars eine Vollkasko, sehe aber nicht ein, dieses kriminelle Verhalten von Hertz zu dulden).

The worst car rental experience I have ever had. After making a reservation for a mid size car, I was given a huge bus and it was called an upgrade, but in fact it was a fraud. We were planning to travel in the mountains and this car would kill us all. We had to cancel the reservation and run around Munich trying to find a normal car. The guy at the counter has absolutely no clue about the customer service. Fraud might be a common policy at this company. Don't rent from them if you don't want to get a heart attack.

DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION! You can not trust that this location will actually have a car for you when you show up with a reservation. They gave away the car and the man behind the desk was too busy on his personal cell phone to even give an explanation. We were told they gave the car away and that Hertz didn’t have any cars available in all of Germany. The man behind counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not book here unless you love being stranded!!

I had a horrible mixup with another Hertz branch that was trying to charge me 10x the originally agreed-upon rate. After calling Hertz customer service and reservations in the US and in Germany to no avail, I was randomly connected to this location. They had nothing to do with my rental but were AMAZING. Within 2 hours, Daniela and Benjamin had fixed the problem and saved me many more hours of calling. It was an awful situation to be in, but I’m so thankful for the kindness of the Hertz Elisenstrasse team!

Ich konnte für ein Wochenende einen Polestar 2 Long Range mieten. Tolles Auto und die Anmietung hat problemlos funktioniert. Das Auto war in einem guten Zustand. Lediglich die Rückgabe war etwas verwirrend, da der Schlüssel bei SIXT eingeworfen werden musste. Das sollte klarer bei der Anmietung kommuniziert werden. Update: Zweite Anmietung wieder bestens geklappt. Die Problematik mit der Schlüsselrückgabe wurde gelöst und der Mitarbeiter hat mir proaktiv Feedback dazu bei der Anmietung gegeben.

Scammers! DON'T rent from HERTZ The company's drop off facility in Munich City Center at Elisenstrasse 3 return car inspectors whose job it is to find damages to a return car whether they exist or not. In our case they made up a "scratch" on the tire rim after they circled the car numerous times, looked under the car, top of the car, inside the car and when they could not find any damage they charged us over 300 euros for a scratch mark that was probably there when we rented the car.

Оказывается, что офис закрыт. В объявлении на двери написано, что нужно обращаться на вокзал. В офисе на вокзале сообщили, что заказанной и оплаченной! машины нет и они ничем не могут помочь. В итоге, кто-то сдал машину при мне. Но это был не тот класс, что я заказывал. Персонал утверждал, что это более высокий класс за счет навигационной системы, но мне- то это не важно (навигатор у меня и так был). Не рекомендую эту компанию, если хотите сберечь нервы.

Munich 28/04/18 9:59. You book in advance a car with Herz for the 28/04 at 10AM. You arrive at Herz Munich office in time and discover that Herz Munich doesn't have enough cars (exactly, in overbooking). End of the story, you need to wait between 1 and 3 hours hoping that a car will be available soon. I'm wondering how one can rely on a car rental service who goes in overbooking. Good that you don't need a car to join an important customer meeting

We've rented cars in many countries and this company provided us the dirtiest car we've ever picked up. The exterior was not washed, and the interior was full of specks of dirt. There was even a trash bag left on the backseat with some plastic bottles and paper coffee cups. The worst was the company charged us an additional 25 EUR not included in the contract and not explained. This is called stealing. Avoid this dishonest company.

Had rented a car, and we were told it was confirmed. When we got to the location, they told us that since we were an hour late, they did not hold the car and had no other cars available for us. This was both inconvenient and odd, since travel plans change with flight and train delays, being a little late to the reservation should not be an acceptable reason for a company to say they did not hold your booking - after confirming it.

Probably one of the worst customer experiences ever.. On counter employee lied that I can't use my own credit card insurance, then also starting kilometres were incorrect. Even that I have done three reclamations on issue I have not got any responses. Had to sign everything and they didn't give me any documentation or prices before deposits. Highly avoidable company! As rental car companies I would use sixt.

Sehr unseriös, mussten unser Auto in einer weiter weggelegenen Garage abholen ohne das uns ein Mitarbeiter geholfen hat mit dem Auto. Kurz nach Abfahrt mussten wir feststellen, dass das Auto nicht vollgetankt war lt. Angabe von Hertz sondern nur 1/4. Leider hatten wir telefonisch absolut keine Chance durch zu kommen... Ende der Geschichte wir mussten pro Liter gut 5,50€ nachzahlen. Unverschämt. Nie wieder!

If you want to rent car here, be prepared for these things: 1. you‘ll always be charged for a hidden damage. 2. your signature applies for all documents and policies, no matter whether these are documented or not. 3. don’t expect to get any customer service . 4. be prepared to be charged way much more money than the price for which you decide to choose their service.

Absolutely unreliable! I booked a car for a Saturday trip, got to the office to get the keys and I was told “Kein chance to get your car today. We don’t have any”. No action was taken to provide us with a substitute car, only after 15 minutes talking we received a voucher to go to another car rental company! I had worst experience at this location. I booked about 3 months ago and went there on time. And they said they don't have any car. They kept saying the car is available soon for 3 hours. I was supposed to go Frankfurt and didn't make the trip that day. Staffs didn't even felt sorry for overbooking, looking like what the hell. Don't rent a car from here.

Terrible. We hired a car for 5 weeks and after day 1 we had to call them to come and replace it as it broke down. Thankfully Hertz Slovenia were on hand to replace it. Munich hertz have also over charged us and the customer service was terrible. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Will never hire off them ever again.

Thieves! I rented a new Ford Fiesta. I returned the car cleaned, without any physical damage, with petrol tank filled in also, no one even smoked inside the car. The bill to be paid was of 48.53 euro when i rented but 97.73 euro was taken from my credit card without event asking me. I will never rent a car from them now !

Had a reservation and prepaid. When I arrived they had no cars available and would not help as apparently a reservation does not mean anything. Rent a car elsewhere. Staff are not helpful either in correcting their mistakes. Several other people had issues the short time I was there. Must be par for the course at Hertz.

Mir wurde ein zusätzlicher Tag berechnet, das Auto wurde rechtzeitig zurückgegeben aber anscheinend nicht erfasst da in der Rückgabestation viel los war. Kundendienst konnte nicht weiter helfen da die Station zuständig ist. Anrufen in der Station hilft leider nichts da die Rechnung bereits "geschlossen" ist.

Bleiben Sie von diesem Unternehmen fern. Absolut schrecklicher Service. Ich habe ein Auto für das Wochenende gemietet, ohne Schäden und mit vollem Tank zurückgegeben. Dennoch haben sie die Kaution von über 600 Euro einbehalten, und es sind bereits 3 Wochen vergangen. Sie antworten nicht auf E-Mails.

Horrible service! Made a reservation and being told "you passed the pick up time by more than 2 hrs, no car for you..." "You should have called..." Believe this is due to the higher price they can rent for the beer festival....very disappointed and bad impression for this city too.

Staff is friendly but struggled with the IT. Wanted to charge too much and gave me keys for a broken car, however quickly changed the car with a free upgrade. The parking is very narrow for a bigger car, would prefer other stations next time.

Tolle Station (5min Fussweg zum Bahnhof), Übergabe im Parkhaus. Bei der Rückgabe wurde (selbst Sonntag abend!) das Fahrzeug direkt nach der Parkhauseinfahrt persönlich entgegengenommen. Toller Service!

Hertz Munich gave us a Opel Insignia. The car broke down in 2 hours and was equipped with winter tyres in july. Very rude customer service and an awful experience in all!!
