I drove 25 minutes to purchase a particular pair of sneakers that they had in stock, and when I got there, I was not allowed to try on both shoes. He said I could try on either the left shoe OR the right. I asked why? I’m about to pay $100 for some sneakers, and the purpose of me driving to purchase in person (vs online) is so that I could try the shoes, both shoes... take a few steps and confirm they feel good. I said, “do you think I’m going to run out of the store with the shoes on or something?” And you know what he said, “I mean, yeah...” I said, “wow. Okay.” He then said, “that’s our policy.” I politely put the one shoe back and said that I was not going to spend my money in a store that is not willing to let me try on the shoes, and is bold enough to say that they believe I’m a potential thief, and undoubtedly... treat me like one. I left. Incredibly disrespectful.

Head coach rude af! My boyfriend won a pair of Yeezys on the Hibbetts app and we noticed on the app last night we needed to schedule a pick up time which is new to us so we tried calling the store all morning and the line was busy. We made it to the store before pick up time which was 12:00 and the head coach rudely said "you suppose to have a appointment but I'll sell them to you this time" Then stated he couldn't sell him the shoes until I parked in a parking space, rude and bitter dude if you don't like your job find another one customer service at it's worst!

I purchased a pair of shoes for a child’s Christmas present that were supposed to be delivered same day by 11-12 (I paid 10.00 for this extra service). Not only were they not delivered, but I called and texted multiple times with zero help. I was basically told they had no idea what was going on. The shoes were coming from this location, and according to Hibbett customer service the location doesn’t answer calls. Another day has passed and I have yet to receive the order, receive any actual information from Hibbett, or get a refund. Worst customer service ever.

First time here and the 2 ladies showed me great customer service today. They didn't have the size i was looking for Thought I was gonna have to go home and do the online thing myself. They stopped me before i got to the door told me they can put the order in right there and send it to my house. I was was so greatful seeing as i had to go to the mall for my other 5 nieces and nephews. They even set me up online so i can get a $15 coupon! Winning!

Great customer service very patient the staff was on point let me try on every shoe even though it was like 130 pair that I have tried on LOL definitely want to give a shout out to Marae, John, and Monta you looking for a great store with great customer service hit this Hibbett Sports up on Eastway thank you guys for making my shopping experience great sales associates

My friend won a pair of Yeezy’s today (10/24/2020) and was told that she didn’t win by the store staff. Had to call corporate to try to get it figured out and they were no help. Basically told her there’s nothing that can be done. The female that answered the phone at this particular location was very rude. The worst Hibbett Sports experience I’ve witnessed to date.

They advertise pay and pick up within 90 mins but it takes them at least four hours to get two items ready. Then the items aren’t ready with they text you.
