This is a lovely place with a nice cafe. It is very dog friendly. It is great for a wander with children. There are interesting parts of buildings left in the grounds for people who like history. There is something for everyone, a golf course, a manicured garden type area, large open spaces with trees and a lovely wood for dogs to get lost in or dens to be built in. The cafe is very decent and friendly. The food there has become a favourite for my friend and I. I recommend the fish finger sandwiches and also the hot chocolate there is very good.
Playground
There is no playground here for children.
Restrooms
Two toilets available within the park and one disabled toilet in the cafe.
Dog-friendliness
It is very dog friendly. Lots of dog walkers and treats in the cafe for the dogs are available to buy.
Picnic area
This is outside the cafe facing a pond. Its usually very busy on the weekend even in cold weather.

The park itself is lovely and that would get a five star ⭐️ why would it not. Unfortunately the people that walk there dogs in the area are like nothing else I’ve ever experienced walking my dog. Rude , ignorant, and just plain stupid when it comes to dog ownership, etiquette! There have been loads of dogs fighting along with kills. Yep , I myself have had so many unbelievable encounters with such owners. One even decided because they couldn’t win an argument, they resorted to just telling me my dog was ugly! Lol I just laughed and walked away , you can’t educate that level of intelligence. I would avoid going there with your dog. But enjoy without and with families and friends. The Green Roof cafe is ok. But unfortunately full up with these kinds of people and their dogs.

A very lovely, dog friendly place to come for a walk. Quite a few different paths to walk along, for shorter or longer walks. If the weather is nice, it is hard to get parking as its so popular. Green Roof Cafe has amazing food, and excellent coffee

Substantial park just a short 15 min drive from Bromley town centre where I live. As much as I like Beckenham Place park, albeit it's mostly pretty flat, High Elms offers so much more space to walk, with more changes of elevation and prettier scenery, including plenty of woodlands. High Elms is of course a great place for dog walkers, both owners and dogs able to get refreshments and food from it's popular Green Roof cafe which is largely outside seating (although during the colder months I sometimes prefer the golf course cafe/restaurant as there is substantially more inside space and far better loos).

High Elms.... what a pleasure as normal! The cafe is always great and the walks around the park are beautiful. If they had a few more toilets, it would be perfect, but all in all, pretty good
Playground
No playground here.
Restrooms
Could be better looked after and more of them, but they are ok.
Dog-friendliness
Always lots of dogs around enjoying the park with their owners.
Picnic area
Lots of benches around the site, surround by the lovely nature.

Really lovely walk with some beautiful trees. The Autumn colours were spectacular. The only negative thing I would say that even the disabled path was unsuitable for our buggy as it was so muddy that the wheels got clogged up with fallen leaves and mud. We ended up dragging the buggy backwards for the duration of the walk. The Green Roof cafe made it almost worthwhile though, with a huge selection of food and the best chips ever.

Beautiful park set in the grounds of an old mansion which isn't there anymore but there are plenty of signs of it being there. It has an amazing history with various information posts all over the place. There's plenty of woodland to walk or jog and is great for taking the dogs for a walk. The main area is great for picnics and also offers a great little cafe. There's plenty of parking.

Lovely visiting with our girls (fur babies). The café is always perfect, good with nut allergies, Lovely food and the garden is lovely too (behind the café).
Dog-friendliness
Dogs are allowed everywhere outside. There is water set up near the café for the dogs to drink from.
Picnic area
Lovely area as you can see all the wildlife right whilst digging into a good brunch!

A beautiful park to walk around in. To immerse yourself in nature. I went early in the morning and the whole place was magical. With a combination of morning dew and wetness from yesterday's rain, it gave me a soothing feeling. It's a perfect place for solo walks as well as for families. I highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely, we went on a sunny day the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The woodland trail was easy to navigate. Kids loved venturing into the wild running free, great visibility.
Restrooms
Filthy n compact, no soap

One of my favourite country parks ever. Perfect for lond woodland walks. Free but very busy at times parking. Toilets on side. Cafe is offering fresh cakes, hot food and drinks. Dogs love it too. Popular for picnics.

A shame the main car park is closed. Had to hike 1.5 miles through the woods with a pram to get to the cafe! Luckily the cafe made up for it. Overall enjoyed our day despite the parking issues

Perfect recreation park in Bromley. Free car park. Toilet is available. There is a cafe inside the park providing hot foods and drinks. Very enjoyable walking experience.

I visited here in May 2022 as part of walking the London Loop route around London. This is a large country Park you can explore, including a cafe and toilets.

Great country park! We enjoyed exploring and walking in the woods. A lot of dog walkers on the day we came but we didn’t have any issues. Ample parking too!

Great open space, wonderful selection of trees. Especially interesting was the felled sequoia which had been struck by lightning in June 2022
