Hurt Roadside Assistance is highly recommended on my list to anyone who needs fast, friendly, and efficient service. I have Roadside Assistance through my insurance company but unfortunately when I had a tire blow out on a Friday night, my insurance company was not able to provide me with the Roadside Assistance that I pay for that is included in my policy. I ended up having to leave my Jeep Wrangler on the interstate until Saturday. I called 20+ different Roadside Assistance companies at my own leisure and I heard every excuse to not enough staff or no staff at all. Hurt Roadside Assistance was more the willing to come to the rescue. May I add, he drove from Ladonia, Ga to Temple, Ga to simply change a tire. My spare had a nail in it and the provider plugged it and had me on the road in no time. Definitely will be using this service again.

I called to try and get a tire changed. I understand it is late and also a holiday. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and I thought was going to help me out. He placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. He said he was calling his driver. While again I understand it's late and I live kind of far, it was have been courtesy to come back to the line to tell me he couldn't do it. I hung up and called back a few times. He finally answered and told me the driver had went in for the day and telling me he answers all the calls. I am a very understanding person and because I needed his services I understood. But then he hung up on me. Wow!

He was very fast, professional & reasonably priced. Would recommend! Edit WOMEN BEWARE* he sent me a message after the service was complete and it was very unprofessional. I get it, I'm friendly but he proceeded to get upset bc I didn't want to have a relationship with him outside of him providing a service, I was then a "horrible person, who he thought was different but I am very rude and he would be blocking me afterwards...get it together I wish I had my old phone yo post the photos from my texts smh but women beware!!! If this is who y'all have representing y'all , he needs to be fired for the way he handles women.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS via Facebook! The dispatcher started off nice and when it came to the address I let him know that if I provided my exact address it would not work because the house is to new. So when I was looking for the cross street he hung up on me. I called back 3 times no answer. I then revived a text from an iPhone telling me my service would be $75. I asked if this was the company that hung on me, he then told me he hung up because he was gonna miss another call…….. I truly hope he has no daughters or a wife because it seems many woman have been left stranded by them.

Do not use this service. I called at 9:30 pm. They said they would be to me in 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I texted and he said he was on his way. 25 minutes after that...radio silence. They didn't text back or check to see if I was ok. STAY AWAY!! Just filter the reviews and read all the one star reviews and the company response. I wish I would have. EDITED: I would have left this alone but the company posted a lie!! They NEVER came to my house. Here is the interaction after I called them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Unfortunately I can't write too much of a review for this company. I had a flat tire and just needed the spare put on my vehicle. I called the dispatcher and they were pretty nice and told me it be about 30 minutes. After an hour I contacted them for ETA and was told the tech was going to contact me directly. I didn't get a call from the tech until hour and half later. I didn't mind the tech had other jobs to complete however they have to do better with communicating to their potential customers in the future.

My car stopped on me yesterday, I ran out of fuel.. (happens to the best of us) Anyway, Larry was so kind and so professional. He assisted me with a emergency response team to come help me out, he was very attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure my daughter and I were safe while we waited. If you’re in a Jam on the road, definitely give them a call! They will take care of you by all means. I appreciate your help so much Larry! Thanks again. God bless you.

These guys were very reasonable w/ the price, 1/3 cheaper than the competitors; they met with me within 20 min like they said they would. And they helped me out within 5 min. The guy (Larry) I believe was super nice, and was just overall a very pleasant experience, during a stressful time. Definitely recommend, and if I need to, would use them again for sure. Great service!!!!!

This business is trash they told me a roadside assistant was on the way to me at 8pm it's now 10:30am and I'm still out here on the interstate but now they won't answer the phone.. it's just my number they won't answer, my step father and wife called them and they answered there phone call to tell them someone's on route an hr ago. But now they won't answer there phone calls

Not sure why there are a bunch of 1 star reviews, I had a great experience with them. My tire blew and I didn’t have a spare, they originally quoted $240 to come take my tire off and fix it and put it back on, but after seeing that it only needed a plug they only asked for $120. Super nice and helpful and honest, dont be afraid to give them a call.

This guy was AWESOME! Fast service and great price. His attitude was amazing. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and will give you the quality service you need! I would not hesitate to call him again for any roadside service! I never write reviews so this says a lot of me!!!! Great job!

They came incredibly fast! I was on the highway waiting on my insurance roadside assistance and this guy was able to come within 20 minutes after i called them. Wish I had call them sooner. He changed my tire, he was respectful, plus i tried to give the guy tip and he refused.

Larry was Amazing he made sure he was able to give me a ETA at all times. And was able to put my spare time and gave great advice on what I needed to do next . I made it home safely from ATL to SC on a Spare tire Thanks Larry for your Service

Don’t recommend!! Was going to request services!! Then they sit there and take over an hour to respond after suggesting we keep them in mind!! TO TOP IT OFF, they wanted me to send them money first!!!! Before providing any services.

This guy is the truth! In a few hrs...came to the location, in a busy market...parking lot. Jacked her up, took the shredded tires for replacement, had them back on and even shined up before I could clock out! Highly recommend!

My kid blew his trailer tire outside of Altanta at 1 am this morning and called for help and is now back on the road as I write this review for him. Thank you for being there. You guys were awesome!

Ismail came to replace my tire on the side of 285 in the pouring rain after my insurance and 511 wouldn’t dispatch. They were very quick and pleasant. $120 later I was back on the road. Thanks!

My sister from Macon had a flat tire on interstate 675 in Stockbridge and Randy responded and got her tire fixed and sent her on her way.

They came to change my tire early in the morning. Arrived quickly and kept in touch with me on their estimated arrival time.
