From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff at Hill Cove Medical Centre were exceptional in every aspect. Their professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate approach were truly commendable. The medical professionals at Hill Cove Medical Centre are undoubtedly experts in their respective fields. The doctors and nurses displayed a remarkable level of expertise, taking the time to listen attentively to my medical history and concerns. They provided clear explanations of the diagnosis and treatment options, making sure I fully understood the recommended course of action. I felt valued as a patient and appreciated the personalized attention they offered. The facilities at Hill Cove Medical Centre were top-notch. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, with ample seating and reading material to help pass the time. The examination rooms were well-equipped, creating a sense of confidence in the medical care being provided. It was evident that the center takes great pride in maintaining a hygienic environment, which is crucial for any medical facility. My first impressions of this place was fantastic not only were they accommodating for appointments, the receptionist is very welcoming, and kind being very helpful. Upon arrival the clinic looks absolutely fantastic, clean and comfy chairs with toys for the young ones. Wait time at the end of the day wasn't like other clinic and only waited 5 mins max. The doctor we saw was so helpful and very thorough which for me is so important especially when it comes to my 2 year old. This is definately our regular doctor and glad we found them. 100% recommend if you need a change of doctor! Thank you so much for all you did getting my little boy on the right medication after 3 failed attempt from other doctors and the hospital, making follow up appointments and making sure we are crossing every avenue for the health of our boy.

Dr Huma has been my GP for quite a few years now. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism and empathy contribute to a holistic and positive clinical experience. She is up to date with evidence based medicine and is a delightful human on top of all of her other attributes! The practice is a clean, new and modern clinical space. It’s always a pleasure seeing her and the clinical environment provided at Hill Cove Medical Centre is beautiful! Highly recommend!

The doctors are brilliant, always caring and the building as a whole is brand new, clean and beautiful. The receptionist though, she clearly needs additional training. I stood right at the front counter not being acknowledged and had to address her before she spoke to me whilst continuing to stare into her lap - maybe phone. I could hardly hear and she barely said more than 3 words, it was very disheartening and has consistently happened.

So glad this centre is now open in the area! It's modern, clean and comfy. Super easy to book in online and we were able to get an appointment that day for a sick toddler. Reception team are lovely and the doctor was friendly, patient and thorough. So many doctors can be rushed and dismissive but this is not the case here. We will certainly be back and highly recommend these guys! Great work Hill Cove

First time visiting today and I can honestly say the whole experience was seamless. Lovely bright, clean practice and friendly receptionist. I seen Dr Fernaz and she was great. She spent the time to listen and at no point did I feel rushed. She explained everything and even asked if she could catch up with me in a week's time to check things where going well. I will definitely be returning.

Called up and got an appointment 30 mins after phone call, very quick and easy, can even book online if need. We saw Dr Jag, he was very friendly and helpful with the kids. Made us all laugh and made sure we were all comfortable. He talked my children through the check up and medicene they needed. They even got a magic trick and a gold star for being good patients.

A very positive and informative first visit to Dr Majeed and Dr Huma. Lovely friendly receptionist and very clean and pleasant medical centre. We look forward to our new Medical Centre and are confident they will look after all our future needs in the thoughtful, professional knowledgeable and experience they displayed on our first visit. My first time to this Practice. Was recommended by a friend. Booked online through HotDoc which was straight forward. The Receptionist was welcoming. Didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. Dr Fernaz Huma was very friendly, professional, informative and thorough. Would also recommend to anyone else.

We had a great experience with Dr. Fernaz when we brought my son in for a persistent cough. Dr. Fernaz was not only professional but also very compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly assess our son's condition, patiently answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them to other parents.

The lovely woman at the front desk, greeted us with a big smile, she was warm and friendly. The doctor was running a few minutes late, once called in, she apologised for the delay. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand. Thank you.

The place felt new and clean, I was booked in last minute on a Saturday. Only $25 gap(weekend) which was better than other places. I was seen by Dr Sakran I think, super helpful and professional. I recommended her as a GP to my wife as soon as I got home.

I was so impressed with this clinic. The Dr I saw for the first time today was so lovely, she explained everything and took her time so I wasn’t rushed like my usual clinic. I was so impressed I asked for paperwork to transfer my records to this clinic.
