Worst and shadiest hotel with smelly, suffocating, pathetic and overly charged rooms, newly hired staff is very good and cooperative but the owner is very rude and greedy, despite of telling him about the medical condition my wife was having, he dodged and charged us half of the total bill in advance. After checking-in when we found out the room full of bugs and creep, immediately decided to check out and asked about the refund which he totally denied giving the lame excuse of taxes he is going to bear. Never ever going to recommend this to anyone. Owner is just a trap and a fraud.

Rooms are in 3rd class position very dirty and smelly not 1% of showing on Internet, No parking is available for cars only 3 to 4 persons staff is working including housekeeping and cleaning, No dry cleaning facility no breakfast, no lunch and dinner facility is available. Their own kitchen is not operational they also buy from outside hotels for customers and charge in double price to customer. Owner behave like a psycho and very rudely. To expensive in price i didn't recommend anyone to get a chance to visit, waste the time and spoil feelings.

I found the staff to be courteous however the attitude of the owner did initially come across as helpful but extremely mean when we wanted to check out. We went in to only find dirty rooms and knee deep water due to recent rainfall, when we requested to leave with in 30 minutes of us checking in, we were informed that no money is being refunded back to us. Anyways, we moved to a different hotel, however, recommending anyone staying there is never happening again :)

This is by far the most worst hotel i have stayed in, It does not even deserve to be called a hotel. The basic facilities like 24/7 water supply, wifi internet is not available. Promised buffet breakfast but did not serve. They are a bunch of cheats. If there is a option of rating -10 stars, I would have happily given them that.

Very long time ago, back in 90،s. I have visited Hilltop from sapphire , for one month , when we have to finish fabric from Liberty mills. Walleka Road. Really very amazing days those were. I really enjoyed my stay .

Lovely people with a great hospitality, very helpful staff. it's a 3 star hotel but the room was very clean and tidy, good wifi connection only stayed for a night so can't say anything about breakfast but hey.. good central location aswell.

If i could i would give it half a star! Terrible service and the staff kept us away in a separate area and wouldnt let us talk to anyone so we wouldnt find out why people were checking out days after checking in. Avoid!

An old establishment, in old days hotel was working as best corporate supported property. Restaurant was a good place for corporate lunches and dinners. Now only a short stay place
