You guys are very confusing. Apparently I had a suspended license back in December 2019 because of a ticket that I thought I paid but apparently I only paid one of them. So I had to spend my entire paycheck the following day getting everything cleared with the D6 clearance and I had to go rebuy my license again. Ironically the same police officer pulled me over again and she said she was proud that I got it fixed, and to make a court date so I would not have to pay anything. Because I did not do anything wrong. Then I got a letter saying that my court date was canceled and I do not need to show up or anything and everything Was all set. I’m guessing because of the coronavirus. Now I just got a letter in the mail again saying “conditional please of no contest or civil infraction” for that Citation number. I called to get more information about it and the lady just bluntly said because”Your license is valid what else do you want”.... I’m like really? That’s how you treat people? Obviously it’s valid I’m trying to not get to the point where it’s not valid I need to know what I need to do. So with an attitude she finally tells me that I have to wait for another court date to come in the mail. What is going on?

I went to this location to pay a tickets that were given in 2016. The woman at the clerk counter stated that they could not accept the payment for the ticket and that I had to go to the collection agency to pay. Being force to pay the collection agency, I paid them. It has been almost a month and I still can't get my license re-instated due to this. They did not attempt to help me at this location and the woman who assisted me advised me of the wrong thing which caused the delay. I am unsure of when I will get my license back.

I ran into a misunderstanding with my license being suspended. I was thrown around from office to office until I landed with Julie at the Clerk of Courts. Julie was absolutely wonderful in her active listening to my concerns, empathetic yet professional tone, and quick customer service. Thank you so much, Julie! You made a big difference in my morning.

After going through four depts., I received a name Kathy. She intentionally does not gave last name ,and knowingly gave wrong extension, which she did not try to correct. She was flip, and acted like everything was a joke. She said there have been problems for four years. The fish usually rots from the top. Concerned citizen

Please fix the phone line. You never reach a person, you hear the phone get picked up and then they put you back on hold. They just do not want to speak with you. All I want to do is pay a ticket, absolutely absurd - glad our tax dollars are getting put to work.

I waited almost 3 hours (12:30 to 3:20) to be called to a window. There are 30 Windows but most of them are closed. More staff should be hired to fill the windows. A 3-hour wait is absurd.

Can't even get ahold of a real human been on hold for a hour and counting

They don’t answer the phones and they hang up after 45 min of waiting
