The Pump attendant tried to cheat me during my refill. I had an almost empty tank (~5 L)asked for a tankful. The dude fills up. On completion, I notice that the volume is 41.xx L. 1. He came to me coolly and told to pay Rs. 2658. I was surprised as I have never paid over Rs. 2500 for a tankful. 2. Checked my calculator and it showed 46+ L which means he was overcharging for 5 extra liters. 3. I ask him for the bill and the dude writes a manual bill and hands over to me. I was furious and asked for a pump bill. He said the machine has a problem 4. I got down, locked the car. Told him that Im sure the volume is 41.xx L and if he wants to dispute, better to call the Manager. 5. He says, ok sir, you pay Rs 2400 but I will note your number and later will check pump bill and call you in case of any disputes. 6. I told him to call the responsible person who can get me the pump bill. Hola, the pump machine starts working and the bill shows Rs. 2400.xx. 7. I just gave him a stare, paid the amount and left. I should have got the complaint book and written a complaint. Missed it. Hence posting here.

BE AWARE 01. The fueling staffs cheat while swiping cards with extra amount & if you ask them, they give vague statements. 02. If you give Rs.500 or Rs.2000 note & wait for return change, they make you notice they are counting the return cash for 2 to 3 times, finally before handing over they remove one hundred ruppee note & hand over the rest of the cash.. As you have seen them counting many times now you don't feel counting the same cash again... if accidentally you recount & find shortage n ask them shortage amount... they give you a big smile & start speaking to the fellow staff & pretend the act was by mistake. I WAS CHEATED BY THESE STAFFS IN PIC

It is located at the corner side which is a good thing but they have managed to make it crowed with traffic control. It would have been great if they would have made directions for cars coming in opp direction to get diesel or petrol. Then there wouldn't have been crowded. Also there is icici atm and some other shop I don't remember inside the petrol station. You have to be careful in all the petrol stations as they sometimes cheat. You can say about almost all the stations here apart from shell which is very rare for them as their petrol price is higher so thay have to maintain good experience with customer

Just ok. Poorly managed. The wait is long to get desired services and the staffs are busy talks to other colleagues wasting time. Staff are courteous and humble when you speak to them. *Update after response from HP* I seems the day was Ram Navami and the staff were offered some Ram Navami drinks and snacks (a traditionally mixed drink on the occasion). The staff were have the drink - kind of break in hot weather. I will visit again to see if the services are at par with other HP service stations. Changing from 3-stars to 4-stars.

I decided not to fill petrol here anymore because I got cheated twice in the same green petrol pump - the middle one for 2 wheeler. Instead of turn the pump to zero before the attendant fill fresh petrol for me, he just continued fill at Rs. 63/- and make it Rs. 200/- which I intended to pay. That last incident made me report the manager in the 1st floor of the building. It's not about money, but where is the moral and honesty when you cheat to people like that. Intolerable.

Chor, your staff always offer only Power and they say no stock of unleaded petrol or give some other reasons. I would suggest you to put a board which saying that we sell only Power and we don't sale Unleaded Petrol. So that people are aware that you don't sale unleaded Petrol and this not only station has this issue most of the HP Stations in Bangalore has same issue. God alone knows what we are getting in the name of Power Petrol....

I'm being here from past 13 year's but today I was waiting for other customer to transfer UPI to cash No doubt with the fuel everything is okay.! it's not a good profile which these staff's are doing with customers, all' over the India it's cashless economy but here staffs are demanding only for cash (Shashi) (vyramudi ) Apart from this everything is good But this time I'm really unhappy for not excepting UPI

The service is pathetic... This guy Sitaram didn't ask for Power or normal petrol and started filling power & he only called me in his lane as it was empty & I thought he just came back from lunch at his kiosk... When I noticed the price & asked, he started arguing... therefore I had to write a complaint instead of picking a fight with him... Looking for a revert from that petrol pump...

Another scamming bunk. I once asked for a refill of 100. He pretended he misheard and went ahead putting for 30. When I pointed out, he already filled for 30 so he set the metre to 70, but what actually happened was that only remaining 40 rs worth of petrol was filled. This has happened to others too. Not the only place where this scam has happened but they do it often here.

The fuel station have all required amenities. It accepts card payments has multiple bank atm counters, air filling, smoke test center. This is a HP company owned petrol bunk and hence the quality of petrol is good. Only complain I have about this fuel station is poor traffic control. Since this is in a junction, vehicles come from all sides and its a chaos most of the time..

This is my regular go-to bunk and I'm quite happy with the staff service. Two reasons why I've reduced 2 stars: -They are out of stock quite often. -The pump meant to fill petrol for cars breaks down every now and then. Considering my house is 3km away from the bunk, it's sometimes frustrating to get there and find they are out of stock or the pump isn't working.

They have a board which says that Paytm can be used to pay for the fuel. But the problem is that they don't accept payment via Paytm. When enquired, got a rude response from the "casher"(that's what the old man in the uniform called himself). It is not recommended to make this gas station the regular one but in case you run out of fuel this is the place..

We use only HP because of the HP app. We earn reward points also which is an amazing initiative to reward HP customers. We recharge the app and make a payment through either the QR code or Pay-code option. It is convenient and easy to use. We can do more on the app to use other HP products. The staff at HP petrol stations are courteous.

Good petrol pump. Best fuel performance for ur bike, car, it gives great mileage.Their is plenty of space where u can check ur emission, Filling fuel and air checking is available. This one is old petrol pump. But good maintained. ICICI Atm is their. UPI and card payment is available here. Staff are good. Noticable from main road.

Nice experience, you have ATM at the petrol station, free air is there, emission testing center is there, digital payments are accepted, good staffs, but the only problem is most of the times it's crowded and in peak hours it's even more crowded so manage your time accordingly

Please be careful here, there is one pump attendant, young chap and always wearing a cap. He always tries to give you less change on big currency notes. I have caught him more than 5 times and when complained to the proprietor, they just don't seem to care.

When I visit this location, I always fill up with Premium Petrol, which gives me good mileage and made me one of the station's devoted customers. If I visit my hometown, I also make sure to fill up at this station before leaving. Good Service.

Around the corner and most famous petrol pump/diesel and gas station in HBR Layout. Gas station has a pollution check center, free air and nitrogen as well at an ICICI Bank ATM. Very crowded most of the time, but sale agents are very helpful.

On main road only this petrol pump was there for the traveling people's this pump was very use full,when I will also travel near by that area I will fill petrol in my bike from there only so I have experience so I told about this pump.

I visited this pump for filling petrol for my bike. The fuel seems to be good and doesn't have any issues in my bike performance. The staffs are friendly and supportive. There's also an Emission testing centre in this pump.

This pump is really good with couple of good employees, with well maintained infrastructure, but one big problem is place is always crowded in case of emergency fueling I don't recommend this bunk els it's always safe..

Very easy to access. They are very fast . It's clear and clean. It's in the end of the Road . May not be everyone are good every time but when I went there it was very fast and quick service. Very good keep it up.

Has all the facilities and honest in filling fuel. There are two ATM kiosk and have cash all the time. The station has pollution check and two wheeler bike Insurance as well. It is the only fuel ⛽️ in HBR layout.

I got fuel but anyhow they scale less petrol in trigger later i checked fuel gauge they've stolen around 300ml of petrol, usually it's commen in most of the fuel stations when there owners are unavailable.

Service person are cheeting be careful, they are showing scanner, which is not related to bunk. They are not informing card is not accepted before they fill the petrol ,very bad service and cheeting

No traffic management at the pump, vehicles come in from all directions creating havoc. The personal are not friendly and are inefficient. NOTE- They do not offer free Tire air or Nitrogen filling.

I have to say this is one the best HP bunk I've ever been and trust me it's most of time crowded cause a lot of people love this place The people who work here are very kind and sweet.

Its good petrol pump and normally its crowded with 3-4 people in a queue. Some time petrol pump run out of petrol. They accept payment through Paytm, Phone pay and Credit/debit card.

This bunk has ATM, Free tyre air checkup, freindly staff, they accept all cards for payment, sometimes they provide free car glass cleaning facility. This bunk is the busiest one.

It's a lifeline for people living in and around hbr bda complex. it has a couple of ATMs , free air and when requested even clean the car windshield. emissions test done as well.

Staff people's some times denies to accept payment through paytm and phonepe, they don't have barcode stickers at pump, you need to park and go to there office room for scanning

I myself I fill the petrol for my two wheeler and desil for my Tempo traveller for more than 10 years. I have also participate in luck drip I wonned hand watch in 2nd prize.

Online payments like Google pay, paytm etc. They don't accept most of the times. Either they should completely not accept or accept all the time.
