Arguably the cleanest and well decorated LA Metro station you find in the whole system. Metro staff greeted me as I entered the platform. I wasn’t sure why there was such a low traffic in LA DT and in Metro line in the middle of day. A pleasant experience overall. Many of the other stations I visited in LA Metro system were poorly maintained and either smelled like piss or weed, most of time both unfortunately. Also saw cleaning team pressure washing street sidewalks. I heard about the homelessness in LA but got shocked after first-hand experience, very unfortunate.

Quiet station. Good spot to get on the E line headed westbound to get a seat before everyone gets on at 7th

Usually not too busy and quiet to Santa Monica on the E Line
